Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor. - Complimentary water - Welcome non alcoholic drinks - Complimentary 15mins massage for 1 person at the spa (we added it to a 45min massage which was great too) - 8 mins walk to Santafe shopping mall (which has a grocery store underground) - Fully loaded fridge & bar for paid items - Buffet breakfast with variety of fresh fruits & hot soup & tons of options - Attentive staff at breakfast & bar in the evenings Special shout out to Tatiana & Andres & also a chef / staff from the kitchen who asked us if there's anything else we need when I was just looking around.

Very ochto the hotel very close to everything and very careful staff , the rooms very well ...the very rich breakfast ...

Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

The hotel is not a 5 star but the associates are! The bellstaff, the front desk and the breakfast staff are all great! The location is good, very close to Santa Fe and Oviedo, the El Tesoro is not far away either. Pool is never being used it is a little unwelcoming or not so private I guess. The hotel could use a refurbishment, like the hallways. Good budget hotel though with excellent staff. I would go back also because it is a little far from all the craziness of Provenza.

This time I caught up with the Medellin Flower Festival and was completely moved! Medellin is romantic, and the spirit of Medellin is what China should learn! The hotel is also like a Spanish garden, the room is very comfortable and large, the bath water is very large, every day is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel! The hotel staff wear Medellin hats and small scarves every day, which are very beautiful! This Medellin Flower Festival, I saw Medellin's respect for every industry! I love Medellin very much!

I didn't use the facilities. The food was good and reasonable. Tight security.

The breakfast is excellent and varied. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facilities are clean and the location is very convenient close to restaurants, shopping centers and good transportation.

Super disappointed In bed at 9am in the morning and the girl that does the mini bar comes in to my room sees I'm in bed and goes to check contents of mini bar .I tell her come back later but NO SHE HAS A JOB TODO AND CARRIES ON. IT TAKES PRIORITY OVER GUEST PRIVACY. COMPLAINED TO MANAGER HE SAYS ITS MY FAULT AS A PAYING GUEST I HAVE ACCEPT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO COME IN TO MY ROOM EVEN IF IM IN BED VERY UNUSUAL MANAGEMENT STYLE. The hotel facilities are very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the suites are good, the buffet breakfast has few varieties, the environment is not good, and the service attitude is average
