The location is quite away from main train/bus station and from Masarykovo náměstí. With tram 13, you can come quite close to the hotel.
The room was quite good, but building a bit old.
Area surrounding the hotel: not that many supermarkets and restaurants in close vicinity, but if you walk a bit you can find some restaurants cheap and with good food. Surrounding area mainly Czech speaking, but friendly with foreigners and communication possible with Google translate.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness: good.

마마틴사랑단I stayed at Mercure, Imperial, Quality in Ostrava so I basically tried all 3 major hotels in downtown.
But Sting is incomparable!!! Of course the price is not exactly the same, but if you are traveling with someone else or in a group, booking Sting is a no brainer!!

OOrange SharkI would like you to indicate the entrance of the hotel's parking lot connecting with Google/Apple maps. The hotels in the city centre sometimes have no parking lot or hard to find a entrance of parking. If this entrance and partnership parking are introduced how to approach connecting with maps, it would be really helpful.

Staff is friendly too
And it was so nice to have a free parking lot.
I will use it again when I go to Czech business trip.

Supermarket and restaurants nearby.
Also 10 mins walk to the park.
The hotel is a bit old with basic amenities.

SSaint moonIt was good because it was located on Old Street. There is a large shopping mall near Tsuhi, so it is very convenient to visit. Also, the breakfast was relatively satisfactory.
