Even with a lot of tour groups, they handle everything perfectly. The hotel has many floors and rooms, and I really enjoyed its classic charm. While the facilities are a bit older, it doesn't affect their functionality. The river view room was absolutely stunning, much better than any other hotel I've stayed at. The lobby bar and restaurant also offer genuine, real river views. Breakfast was remarkable, and the service was top-notch, truly a perfect score. They upgraded my room and even escorted us there, mentioning a surprise. The chocolate birthday cake was delicious, and the fruit platter was very fresh. They also gave us a complimentary traditional dessert platter – highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay here! The room was spotlessly clean and super cozy as soon as I walked in. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The hotel needs to up their game, I was allocated a room at check in which had already been occupied by another guest, you could imagine the surprise of myself and the guest when I tried to open the room at midnight. The reception gave me an upgrade, but the room wasn’t very clean it had stains in a lot of places, packaging of the tooth brush look like they date from the times of the Pharaoh.

I caught the early flight to the airport. I had a few simple breakfasts and went to the lobby. After waiting for the arrival of the shuttle bus, I found that I accidentally left the passport bag and there was cash in the restaurant bag. After a while, the staff helped me deliver it very much. But later, when I got off the plane and exchanged money, I found that the cash inside must have lost the cash banknote of 250💶. The whole passport bag in Egypt was with me all the way. I lost almost ten minutes at this moment, and then unfortunately I had to end my trip to Egypt. I have left a message to the hotel to adjust the monitoring, but I don't know if there is any feedback and whether it can be found. At present, people have been to Tunisia to play, and the cash euros for the hotel are not enough！ 赶早班机去机场，简单吃了几口早餐去大厅等接送大巴到时后，发现不小心遗落护照包在餐厅包里有现金，不一会儿有工作人员帮忙送了过来很感谢，但是后来下飞机换钱的时候却发现里面的现金定丢失了现金纸币250💶。整个护照包埃及全程都在身边，就这一会儿丢了差不多十分钟，然后很遗憾得结束了埃及之旅。 已经给酒店留言调监控但是不知道有没有反馈，能不能找回来。目前人到突尼斯 玩了，付酒店的现金欧元都不够了，晕😵💫！

Exceeded expectations! The location is superb, with plenty of options for sightseeing, taxis, and dining nearby. If you enjoy nightlife, it's also easy to get a taxi to Zamalek. Throughout Cairo, getting a taxi around Tahrir Square was the most convenient, and all rides were based on metered fares. In more remote areas, drivers often cancel orders and demand flat rates, but you won't encounter that in the city center here. The room was exceptionally spacious, the staff were friendly, and the buffet was so delicious we didn't want to leave. Remember to bring an EU plug adapter!

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. It's clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a tea/coffee set, hairdryer, iron, washing machine with detergent, and air conditioning. The bedding is fresh and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. In the evenings, you can relax on the terrace. Our flight was late, so we left our luggage at reception; they have a designated area for this. The hotel's location is excellent – Tahrir Square, the museum, currency exchange, shops, and restaurants are all within easy reach. The noise that everyone talks about in Cairo definitely wasn't an issue here. One evening, we got takeout from a restaurant and sat on the terrace; it was very quiet. I'm so grateful for the previous reviews because this hotel is truly fantastic, especially for such a reasonable price.

This Marriott hotel is located in Cairo Airport's Terminal 3, which is incredibly convenient. It's only a five-minute walk from the hotel to the airport via a dedicated elevator and skywalk. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time, but they were able to accommodate us without any extra charge. The staff in the lobby were all very friendly and helpful, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff available!

It's appropriate, but there's no service next to the hotel.

Traveling with my parents, 3 adults in total, and the two 1.5-meter beds were enough. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with a partial view of the Nile, although I don't think we booked a river view room. The room was spacious enough, with a sofa and plenty of space. Facilities: Excellent, though showing a bit of age, and the bathroom fixtures are old. Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent Would choose again.

We stayed in this hotel for more than 2 weeks. It is a mediocre hotel which is acceptable if one does not expect a good standard. The lobby ceiling is low which is not usual for such big hotels. The bar and the restaurants are not very attractive. The food in the Italian restaurant was of a very low standard and we returned it and skipped this meal. Our newly renovated room in the main building was well acceptable which we experienced after we moved from a very old style room in the tower. It is not far away from the airport and can set e well if one does not expect much. Annoying was that upon checkout it took 15 minutes to proof that our booking had been prepaid which is a other indication for the hotel's organisation and standard.
