*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay*
This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality.
I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10.
When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14.
On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us.
The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable.
When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us.
When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false.
I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation.
I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment.

Guest UserOne of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Soft beds, great showers, the best travel desk I ever had the pleasure to do business with. Kindest driver too. Trip to Agra to see Taj Mahal was done without hassle. And everything in Delhi I wanted to visit

Hotel Luxe Manor lives up to its name, offering a blend of convenience and luxury that makes it a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay close to the airport. While the proximity is a major selling point, it's the quality of the hotel itself that elevates the experience beyond just a convenient location.
What I Loved:
Location, Location, Location: This is the obvious winner. Being minutes from the airport, it's ideal for early morning departures or late-night arrivals. The convenience factor alone alleviates a lot of travel stress.
Luxurious Ambiance: Stepping inside, you're transported to a world of elegance and sophistication. The decor is tasteful and modern, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. This isn't your typical sterile airport hotel.
Exceptional Service: The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Concierge services were particularly useful in navigating transportation and local attractions.
Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel.
Excellent Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, with options for both quick bites and more formal dining.
Potential Drawbacks:
Price Point: As a luxury hotel, Hotel Luxe Manor comes with a higher price tag. However, the quality and convenience arguably justify the cost, especially for those prioritizing comfort and convenience.
Noise (Potentially): While well-insulated, some guests might be sensitive to occasional airport noise. Requesting a room on a higher floor or facing away from the airport can help mitigate this.
Limited ”Local” Experience: Being so close to the airport, you might not get a strong sense of the local culture. However, the hotel's concierge can assist in arranging day trips and excursions.
Overall:
Hotel Luxe Manor is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and convenient airport hotel. The combination of its prime location, elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a standout option. While the price point may be higher than other airport hotels, the added value and stress-free experience are well worth the investment. I highly recommend Hotel Luxe Manor for anyone looking to start or end their journey in style and comfort.
Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars.

KeshMahinder SinghMy wife and I had a short stay at this hotel. We ordered room service and Shalini, the person who took our order on the phone was very accommodative to our specic requirements at 10pm.
Then came the most impressive Room Service ever experienced by both of us. Aditya, took so much of personal pride to layout the food and served us. Typically we are delivered a trolley with food inside and are expected to serve ourselves. But this wonderful young *** made our late dinner extra special.
We skipped breakfast but had their buffet lunch. What a huge and appetising spread....
Once again, the service was as good as the food. Both exceptional !!
Chef Sandeep specially attended to us. He saw that we had taken Saag (spinach) so he came around and said you must hv Makki Di Roti with your Saag. Within minutes, we had freshly made Makki Di Roti at our table. The person who served us at the Del restaurant was Nikhil. Very attentive, friendly and quick to serve us.
Kudos to the hotel for infusing such a deep sense of good service and superb food quality.
Well done ji 🙏

Very close from the airport and right beside the highway. So, no hassle of the crowded narrow dirty lanes of Mahipalpur. No noise. Very quiet.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
It's a new hotel. Exactly one year old.
Hence it's very clean. No worn down, used look. Bathroom clean. Geyser installed in the bathroom. We can switch it on anytime.
Bedsheets very clean. Towels also clean but not as crispy clean as the bedsheets.
Room size comfortable for two people.
We had a third bed provided and we could manage fairly well with 3 large suitcases inside the room.
Fan and AC provided.
Even outside the rooms, the corridors are wide and bright. And clean and fresh.
There's an in-house restaurant on the ground floor. We had dinner there. Decent food - vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Not expensive.
Our room booking had a complimentary breakfast option. But since we were going to take an early check-out at 4.15 am we assumed that we will not be able to avail the breakfast facility.
But then their restaurant is open 24*7.
So they said that if we wished to, we could get breakfast anytime before our checkout, even through room service.
I assumed that we would just get toast, butter, jam and tea at that early hour. But they were ready to serve us anything off their breakfast menu. We had a hearty breakfast of stuffed parathas with pickle and yoghurt, hot toast, butter, jam and hot tea.
Our booking didn't give us the option of picking free airport drop-off so we assumed that it's included (since the name of the hotel suggests the same). But it turned out that it wasn't included in our booking, yet they obliged us by giving us this service free of charge.
I would surely recommend this hotel especially if you want proximity to the airport. It's right on the service road. You don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic jams on the inner roads.
Also, while looking out for decent hotels close to the airport I came across many hotels which were scams- they gave false information about proximity to the airport.
Quite a few even displayed false photos of their premises and their rooms, their location etc . So I was genuinely worried about this hotel right from the time I booked it. But I had no cause for worry.
It's clean, it's comfortable. Location is very convenient.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues.
The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great.
One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing or just the way this hotel operates, but it definitely felt a bit much.

Convenient hotel for a stopover between flights, close to the airport. You can get there by metro (one stop, about 20 rupees) or by Uber for around $3. A taxi can also be arranged and paid for at the hotel desk, though it will be more expensive.
The staff are friendly and helped resolve an issue with extending the stay.
The room has everything necessary: a bed, air conditioning, and amenities. If you have some time, you can visit the outdoor pool.
If you don’t want to gamble with the nearby scam hotels, this is a very good option, although the price is not low.
