Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

I arrived at midnight and check in took a bit long. The room has 2 twin beds and sitting area. There is a small fridge and hot water pot. Bathroom amenities consist of bathe gel and shampoo, no conditioner. My room has a view of the city and looks down at the Analakely market. Complimentary breakfast is not bad but not special either. The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a pool, stean room, spa and fitness equipment. There are restaurants nearby. I recommend the L'Orient Asian Fusion Restaurant, good food and great presentation. It's 2 minutes on the same street of the hotel. Overall I like the hotel and would stay here again.

Close to the airport, there is free drop-off. The restaurant on the first floor can be eaten in part cash and some credit cards, so the local currency can be emptied here before leaving the country, and the airport cannot be used.

Located behind the city hall, this old Chinese hotel has somewhat dated facilities, but the rooms are clean and each has a kitchenette so you can cook your own meals! The beds are soft and comfortable! There's also hot water! Perfect for Africa! The outlets in the rooms can be used with Chinese appliances! Amazing! The landlady explained that the voltage in the capital is unstable, and there are occasional power outages at night, but they have their own generator, so it's manageable. Just be careful to unplug your phone charger when there's no power outage, or it might burn out. Compared to a $100 night's accommodation, this is great value! WeChat payment is accepted! Service: Airport pick-up service is available; you can contact them in advance. The landlady is very funny and friendly. Cleanliness: Ask the front desk for anything you need (laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.). In the morning, I saw workers cleaning, and the walls in the room had been repainted.

All services were perfect, except one lady at the front, who was not really eager to help us to solve the problem. What I felt as a customer was that she wanted me to pay directly again the bill, coz Trip.com did not send to the hotel the amount I paid. I lost my time and could not reach my appointment. Thanks to Mrs Miora (another lady at the front) the problem was solved smoothly.

It's a very good hotel in the local area. The service is also very good👌😌 The surrounding area is also good for shopping. There are two large supermarkets... It's worth staying

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities weren't fully equipped though – there were plates but no bowls, and the pots didn't have lids.

Hong Kong boss, Shunde chef, Maoming lobby manager. Authentic Cantonese cuisine, I don't want to go outside to eat at all. The room was quite satisfactory, but the tower where the water was cut and the power was cut, there was air conditioning and hot water, and it was clean, which was very good.

Not recommended, the reason is that it is far from the tourist attractions, the price/performance ratio is not high, many hotels in Tana are under the name of Radisson 😸, the whole East Africa, Radisson franchise stores are everywhere, but this Radisson is located in the suburbs, I have lived in the Radisson apartment in the old town, it is within walking distance to the tourist attractions, this one is a bit far, you have to take a taxi, and to be honest, I don't think it is special, it is more than 100 yuan expensive for no reason, more importantly: the free airport shuttle is nonsense, nonsense, nonsense 😭😭, just take a taxi yourself, emails are not replied, you have to call to book a pick-up, the price is twice that of the airport taxi, more locals come, the reason is that there is a cinema next to it, suitable for weekends, after all, locals don't go to tourist attractions 😭
