Our family of three are adults and set this junior suite. Due to the room type, it is on the first floor. The second floor has a better view but does not meet our requirements. The hotel is located in the most central area of Guanajuato. On the day of arrival, there was a parade through the door. The open-air bar can see the Pipira statue, which is the highest mountain. The atrium of the hotel has a large space and a sense of design, so you can sit and relax. The location, service and cleanliness are perfect. You can also take the cable car for free, and you can go to Pipila Hill in about 15 seconds. However, there was no hot water, only cold water, so I couldn't take a bath, and the washroom was full of water, so it was a pity about the plumbing.

A relatively new hotel, generally good. No laundry seems to be a common problem in Mexican hotels. It is really unfriendly for people on long-term business trips, and the self-service laundry is far away...
