Our family of three are adults and set this junior suite. Due to the room type, it is on the first floor. The second floor has a better view but does not meet our requirements. The hotel is located in the most central area of Guanajuato. On the day of arrival, there was a parade through the door. The soundproofing facilities of the hotel are very good, so there is no need to worry about affecting sleep in the downtown area. And the floor height is very high, there is an open-air bar on the top floor, gave us coupons, and went to drink champagne at night. The open-air bar can see the Pipira statue, which is the highest mountain. The atrium of the hotel has a large space and a sense of design, so you can sit and relax. Breakfast is an ordering service and it is delicious.
The environment is very good 👍, the facilities are complete, and the service is okay. But when booking a hotel, some bring their own breakfast, which is only basic. Coffee with bread and butter. If you want more, you can only order it a la carte.
Ctrip’s navigation was inaccurate, and Guanajuato was a one-way street. It took us three quarters of an hour to go around three times before asking passers-by to find it. The hotel is a boutique hotel, the front desk lady is enthusiastic, and the breakfast order is not enough. It's about a 16-minute walk from the ropeway.
300 meters from Home Depot and 1000 meters from the southwest corner supermarket. The location is quite good, with a lot of delicious food. The hotel breakfast is relatively healthy. Dry cleaning needs to be done next to the supermarket, which is not very convenient.
The location, service and cleanliness are perfect.
You can also take the cable car for free, and you can go to Pipila Hill in about 15 seconds.
However, there was no hot water, only cold water, so I couldn't take a bath, and the washroom was full of water, so it was a pity about the plumbing.
Las habitaciones están muy cómodas además de bonitas la alberca y el bar tienen excelente ubicación, la alberca templada perfecta.. solo los alimentos les falta un poco para completar la excelencia
Nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast spread! However, Just one restaurant and a cafe, would appreciate to have more dining choices.
A relatively new hotel, generally good.
No laundry seems to be a common problem in Mexican hotels. It is really unfriendly for people on long-term business trips, and the self-service laundry is far away...

Very Good
GGuest UserI stayed here for 8 days as a solo traveler. The location was perfect. It was close to Centro, markets and sites; yet far enough away to be quiet and feel calm. The lower level patio is beautiful and serene, while the upstairs patio provides a beautiful view of the countryside. It is very clean and Lupe cleaned my place daily with care and thoughtfulness. I appreciated that she replaced something that wasn't working properly before I even had a chance to report it. The staff (Jessica and Maria) are super kind and helpful, and always greets with a smile! I highly recommend this place!
EEstrella 星星A fabulous hotel at the entrance of San Miguel. The location is great, although is not right at the center of the city it turned out to be better for us (you avoid the noise of the fireworks all night long).
The rooms where clean, spacious and with a beautiful style. The lady at the reception was really nice and helpful. And the swimming pool is amazing.
But! The Jewel of our stay was the hotel itself, is decorated in such an exquisite way! It looks like an antique store, full of details and beautiful objects!
Will definitely stay again here in my next visit to San Miguel de Allende.
GGuest UserGood location, very friendly service staff ! but negative, the staff are very distrustful and keep running after you to ask you to pay, especially in the restaurant. like . Very unpleasant and a big change from last year. That's why we changed the hotel.
AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen.
I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic.
Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!
GGuest UserRoom had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .
GGlobetrotter20This property is more a lodge than a proper hotel.
Very nice decoration following “Quijote” theme.
Location is quite good with a beautiful view from the roof top , but quite high in San Miguel you will have to climb to get to the property ( not suitable for everybody)
Overall satisfied with good price for value
No room cleaning during the stay :(
AAhgusYou get what you pay for, its a budget place but convenient for short stay and nearby is a convenience store and restaurant.
Front desk were very nice and helpful
JJesijeThe hotel is good, the room is clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.
GGuest User300 meters from Home Depot and 1000 meters from the southwest corner supermarket. The location is quite good, with a lot of delicious food. The hotel breakfast is relatively healthy. Dry cleaning needs to be done next to the supermarket, which is not very convenient.
GGuest UserI was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.
