Convenient and ease as already included morning tickets and night hot spring tickets and also breakfast so everything is seamless. Room floor should be spc wooden as tiles too cold and tiles flooring looks cheap for hotel, not a personal fans for carpet floor and luckily they did not install that. This is 3rd time staying here, good place for our son to experience lost world tambun as he loved the animals here roam freely and feeding freely. Room has a strong smell as we guess they use strong air freshener male strong musky smell to mask the smoking smell before us. Water given to us also past expiry date 😅

Reasons for the low service rating: 1. Host did not initiate contact with me regarding booking information. I have to send them a message to inquire for a booking that I had already paid for. 2. Host requires a RM200 deposit which my friend who had booked with a different host at the exact same location did not demand. 3. After making the deposit payment in the morning at 10.30am and providing all other information requested, host did not respond to provide any additional information such as unit number and pin code for to retrieve access card. 4. At 5pm when I had finally arrived at the building, I still had not received any form of communication from the host. I had attempted to call their service line (+601157651449) but no one responded to the 6 calls that I had made. 5. At the mailbox area, I had also overheard another visitor that was also facing similar issue where the pin provided to her was not working and that she was also not getting response from the host. 6. Host offered late checkout that I did not need as I was departing early morning the next day. The building is relatively new but the number of lift does not cater to the residents, there are many occasions where we had to skip multiple lift rides as it was overcrowded. The unit itself is clean with basic amenities.

We are writing to express our disappointment regarding our recent stay. During booking, we explicitly requested a quiet room; however, we were assigned a connecting room. Unfortunately, due to the thin separation, we could hear the neighboring guests talking and moving items late into the night, which resulted in a sleepless night for us. While we understand the hotel was fully booked when we raised this with the front desk, we are frustrated that no alternative solution or assistance could be provided at the time.

Awesome hotel, felt welcoming while stepping in, smiling staff everywhere including housekeeping and restaurant server, Appreciate to Ms Jojo at the front desk who given us wonderful connecting room due to my handicap mom, Overall cleanliness is great, Thanks to the housekeeper Rahim who take care of room 515&516, My family enjoyed the stay so much especially my kid, love the pool and games room .The only downside was the pool entrance which is wet and slippery which needs more attention. One of a unforgettable hotel so far at Ipoh with beautiful scenery and people, Thanks AC Marriot, Hope to see you guys again ☺️

We stayed at Ipoh Bali Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights for our honeymoon, and we’re truly so grateful we chose a local honeymoon instead of flying overseas. This place made our trip feel peaceful, romantic, and memorable. From the moment we checked in, Raidah was incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly and she even checked us out at the end of our stay. Her hospitality really made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the trip. All the staff we met during our stay were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Every time we walked past, we were greeted with smiles, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and comfortable. We also had massages during our stay, and the masseuses were amazing. The service honestly felt like a 5-star experience, professional, relaxing, and exactly what we needed after the wedding. A special mention to the breakfast team as well, especially May, who was so kind and attentive. The food was excellent. We loved it so much that we ordered the same dishes twice during our stay, the Balinese chicken porridge and the Balinese rice set (can’t remember the exact name, but it was so good!). The room itself was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, giving such a cozy Bali-inspired atmosphere. One of our favourite parts was the sound of flowing water from the balcony at night It was incredibly calming and helped us sleep so well. The bathroom was also very spacious and came with a lovely bathtub, which made the whole honeymoon experience even more special. Honestly, the hotel felt like a 5-star resort experience to us, so we were surprised to find out it’s officially rated 3 stars. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Overall, this was the perfect honeymoon stay for us, and we will definitely come back again in the future.

First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!

Great homestay ❤️ If you're visiting Lost World of Tambun, you can choose this place. It's within walking distance to the park, making the location super convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, and you can even see the amusement park from the window. The ambiance is very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this homestay again next time 🏡

The Rocky Farm is very unique, was surrounded by tall and great cliff, and have few pond in the farm. The farm is far from city, its quiet and can hear the birds and insects chirping. The scenery and experience is good and relaxing, and the owner is very kind and helpful.

The hotel's exterior is new and fresh, and the room is bright and comfortable with a modern, 'cyber' design. The toilet in the bathroom is state-of-the-art, and the in-room electronic system is very convenient to use. The lobby staff were all smiles, attentive, and friendly. The hotel is located near the city center, less than a ten-minute drive away, which is very convenient. For Ipoh, Malaysia, this hotel is definitely a five-star experience. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort to celebrate a special anniversary, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving at 3:00 PM, I had to wait in a very long queue for check-in and only received my room key at approximately 3:40 PM. After entering the room, I noticed that the anniversary decorations I had requested were in place, but the cake, chocolates, and fruit platter that I had paid for were not provided. As this was intended to be a surprise for my husband, it was quite disappointing. What was even more frustrating was that no one informed me that these items were not yet ready. I had to call and follow up myself to check on their status. The cake and other items only arrived more than an hour later, which significantly reduced the excitement and impact of the surprise. I was also surprised to find that the minibar fridge was completely empty, with no canned drinks or refreshments available. Considering the room rate was approximately RM1,200 per night, I expected more than just complimentary bottled water. The room was advertised as having a king-size bed, but it felt smaller than expected. In addition, the dinner buffet pricing for children was quite expensive at RM50 per child. My children are 8 and 10 years old and, like most children their age, they eat only small portions and usually only one or two dishes. The breakfast charges for children were also relatively high, making the overall dining cost difficult to justify for young children. To make matters worse, the cashier accidentally charged my children's dinner twice. Although the duplicate charge was voided, I was informed that the refund process could take between 7 and 14 weeks. This seems like an excessively long waiting period for a billing error made by the hotel. Overall, this stay was disappointing and frustrating. I had expected a smooth and memorable experience for such a special occasion, but several service shortcomings negatively affected our celebration. I hope the management will review these issues and make improvements to enhance the guest experience in the future.
