Title: Great Location for a Fun Theme Park Visit Review: Location: Great location, especially if you’re visiting the theme park. Very convenient and easy to find food around the area. Room: The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the towel and pillow could be improved for better comfort. The water pressure was also a bit low. Although the price is slightly on the higher side, the overall stay was still pleasant. Breakfast: Breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Service: Service was excellent, especially from the counter staff and bellboy who were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast offers a good variety, catering well to Chinese tastes. The soy milk is quite good; it doesn't taste like instant, and thankfully lacks that raw, beany flavor you sometimes get from freshly ground. The room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the beds are too small – two single beds aren't ideal for a family of three.

Been staying here each time I visited Ipoh for a short holiday. Nice location. Easily accessible to many interesting places and eating location in the City. Hotel rooms are reasonably priced. Good variety of food for buffet breakfast.

Very pleasant stay at Novotel Taiping. The hotel has a very convenient location and is easy to access. The room size was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. The Wi-Fi connection was superb and stable throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended when staying in Taiping.

As times progress, more and more hotels and guesthouses are using this simplified check-in method, offering greater convenience. The room's overall facilities were quite good, but the bathroom drain was a bit clogged. I had to turn off the water at least three times to let the water drain away during a shower; this needs improvement.

Cleaniness: i found a used coffee pack underthe wardrobe Location is alright, ntging special but nothing bad either Service: idk the service is kinda meh… and the fridge is not cold at all, it takes literally 2 days (48hours) to cold up my drinks The breakfast and event is nice and the waitress there is nice as well… i just don’t like the staff didnt invite to go outside for the countdown…. imagine Im still sitting there after 12:00 after countdown haha. if the cleaniness and service is fixed i think i should be 10/10 hotel ngl

Room age and looks old especially the flooring SPC wood layer already peeled out and loose after we accidentally kicked on it near balcony, but is broken easily due to rain water seepage in from balcony and luckily our feet didn't get hurts after accidentally kick on it, also in detachable condition so really deteriorating . Took RM100 deposit upon check in and we worried they will blame this on us but luckily they didn't say anything. I hope the management will at least change the flooring, as it can pose dangerous risk and don't let bad things happen over only regret over it. Breakfast is included, under age 5 is free.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown ipoh🤍

Great location and food, pools are small, but my kid like it very much. Area to be impressed: 1 amenities: the noise isolation by window is not sufficient. The noise from outside cooling tower sounds too big in the night sleep. 2 cleanliness: the floor under the bed is the blind spot in the quality control of cleaning

Loved the Bali vibes throughout the place, very chill and relaxing. The atmosphere was friendly and the service was good, staff were helpful and welcoming. A nice spot for a short getaway in Ipoh.
