YYaoyaoThis is a lodge about 3 kilometers from the gate of Etosha National Park. I stayed for two nights on June 17 and 18. I checked in the afternoon the previous day. I went to Etosha National Park the next morning to watch the animals and returned in the evening. So staying for two nights is a must. The Lodge covers a large area and has a bulk distribution of housing, with each room having a path to reception and restaurant. The room rate includes breakfast and dinner, because it is located in the wilderness and there are no shops around, you must eat at the Lodge, breakfast and dinner are good. A room, an accommodation unit, can live in 1-2 people, the room is large, but the decoration is simple, the furniture is very simple, but practical. The only downside is that the room does not have a wifi signal, you have to go to reception to surf the Internet.
EELENA_I.What a gem! This place is absolutely charming, with cozy lodges perfectly equipped with everything you need and the cutest design details that make you feel right at home. Service here is Gondwana at its finest—flawless, attentive, and warm, exceeding all expectations. Evenings come alive with vibrant performances by a local music group, immersing you in the authentic vibe— pure magic under the stars. Highly recommend!
NNataliaRThe hotel did not live up to expectations. For 3 weeks of travel, the most expensive hotel. The double rooms are small, there is no refrigerator. The view from the balcony is sad. Look at the wall of small trees. We were upgraded to a family room at no additional charge. They are large, located closer to the restaurant and the view is accordingly not of the forest, but as if higher, because... The restaurant and main building are located on a hill. The further the room is from the restaurant, the lower the house and the less view. We went to the pool near the restaurant, the water was warm. We took dinner for 500 US dollars per person. Dinner buffet without drinks. It is very dark at dinner, the lamps on the table are very dim. You can't see what you're eating. The dinner is delicious, but still very expensive for Namibia.
GGuest UserBest location to visit the nearby Unesco site; the property has a unique design and offers great dinners. Maybe a but too crowded as a lot of groups tend to stay at this property
GGuest UserFantastic and unique location, worth spending at least one night. Rooms are small but clean and very comfortable; very friendly staff too.
Dinner was rather disappointing
BBarbaraHVery beautiful camping. Great location with private toilet, shower and outdoor kitchen. Pool and restaurant and shop are present. Black at Anderson Gate of Etosha NP. You get a lot for your money and with a little luck, an elephant comes through the water hole that borders the campsite.
KKam J.A absolutely exceptional accommodation. Just speakless. Architecture. Location. The restaurant at the top of the mountain is a weighty adventure for itself. The diversity of animals. I would recommend it to everyone absolutely and I will come back very safely. Thank you also for steph from check in.
