There is a small bed in the room, and my little friend directly said that he wanted to sleep on the small bed (he would not sleep on it at home). It's just that there is no elevator on the third floor, so it's a bit tiring to move boxes. The restaurant service is good.
Except for not closing the house every day, there are almost no shortcomings. You can see Aurora without going out. They cook instant noodles in their parking lot. I am very happy.
Nice hotel, friendly staff at the counter and helpful as well. Theres a bus from evenes airport to thon hotel and a short 5 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good, there is also an option to do lunch takeaway
The room was quite big, the breakfast was good, and the restaurant next to it was delicious. It is a good choice as a hotel that catches an early flight for one night. The surrounding shops are also complete.
Environment: very quiet, the hotel is by the sea
Service: Support self-service or manual check-in, good breakfast, bath towels provided
Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy
Facilities: Refrigerator and kettle available, free parking, afternoon refreshments available, beautiful view from the window
It's a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. The restaurant and bar on the 11th floor (where you check in, have breakfast, and get your welcome drink) offers breathtaking panoramic views of the fjord. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an industrial design. There's a parking lot downstairs, and it's convenient for shopping at nearby supermarkets. Scandic hotels are consistently great, and I'd definitely recommend them if you're visiting Norway. This one isn't just close to the cruise terminal, it's also super convenient for getting to other parts of the city. Plus, the hotel views are absolutely stunning. The breakfast is delicious too – highly recommend!
We arrived in the evening, reception was not open but instructions to where our room and key are were sent in advance. Due to the weather (arrived during heavy snow) we struggled a bit to find our room, which was unpleasant, but once we found it our stay was very nice. The room had everything we needed, bathroom simple and clean, kitchen organized and simple with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and everything, and a very nice shared area. The location is very close to Finnsnes, but buses don't run very often, and not in the evening; so plan in advance if you count on using public transportation. On the up side, when the bus does run, there is a stop right outside.
All in all, great value for money. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.

TTurkmenbashiAn unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room.
Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling...
With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

EEva wong1129This type of glamping cabin is a bit remote, but the overall atmosphere and environment of the campsite are absolutely fantastic and very comfortable. The living room area inside the cabin is okay, but the bedrooms are a bit run down. We were a party of three, and the bunk beds in one of the rooms felt quite old and wobbly 🥲. Also, it was really strange that we had to make our own beds and put on the sheets!

GGuest UserThis hotel is at the waterfront right in the center of town. It offers excellent value! Afternoon tea, buffet dinner, breakfast and free tea/coffee all day are included in the price. There's a sauna on the 5th floor together with a small gym. A jacuzzi is available for a small fee. Bus 42 from the airport stops just behind the hotel so it's less than a min walk to the reception. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and quite spacious. Best value in town! I'll definitely stay here again.
MMaximilian M.Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming.
Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!
MM402849****The room was tiny. Paying over 2,000 NOK a night for a single room in January, it felt ridiculously small. I've stayed at two different Radisson hotels in Oslo that were much better than this one in Tromsø. Plus, the mattress was incredibly soft, with absolutely no support. At this price, aren't you going to get better mattresses for your guests? The moment I lay down, the whole bed just caved in. The pillows were also useless. After a few nights, my back was killing me, my whole body ached, and my neck hurt. The hotel's location is decent, but it's really not worth the price.
On the last day, my Apple Pencil rolled under the bed. When I lifted the mattress to get it, I found used cotton swabs on the bed frame. Then, while packing, I discovered someone else's clothing tag, fruit pits, and a used napkin behind the mirror. So frustrating.
The only redeeming quality was the decent window view. This terrible mattress deserves the lowest rating I've ever given on Trip.com.
SShuihetianIt's incredibly hard to find a hotel of this quality at the same price point abroad! Facilities: The room is more than spacious enough at 65㎡. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and tidy, with no strange odors. Environment: Absolutely beautiful. If you're lucky, you can even see the Northern Lights directly from your room. Service: Warm, hospitable, and very polite.
ZZiyouzhiniao01The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was also very generous. However, the hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, which contradicts the information provided. We had to find parking ourselves.
