Pros: - Beautiful view - Daybed was as comfortable as the bed - One of the most conveniently located hotels in Tromso - Delicious, well-seasoned breakfast Cons: - Hotel amenities are lacking (toiletries, facial tissues, phone to contact conceirge) - Only one staff member after hours, no form of room service then - Staff aren’t attentive enough. Notably, towels that were removed were not consistently replaced with new ones (One night all were removed, none were replaced. Another night, all were removed and only one was replaced)

Quite a good quality hotel. Location is excellent. Room is relatively small but still acceptable. This hotel booking includes breakfast. I rank the quality of breakfast to fantastic which it serves high quality of food with traditional Norwayigen food.

An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso.

A hotel that is located conveniently to many pick up points for tours. Grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants are also located nearby. Simple amenities such as shampoo/body soap, towels, hairdryer are available. Love it that there is breakfast and dinner that comes together with your stay. Nothing too fancy but good enough to fill your bellies considering the restaurants are quite pricey. You will need to get hot water on your own at the dispenser as there are no kettle in the room. Reception was always friendly in answering any questions, and even helped with my cab booking to the airport. Worth it for the price, would stay here again.

We arrived in the evening, reception was not open but instructions to where our room and key are were sent in advance. Due to the weather (arrived during heavy snow) we struggled a bit to find our room, which was unpleasant, but once we found it our stay was very nice. The room had everything we needed, bathroom simple and clean, kitchen organized and simple with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and everything, and a very nice shared area. The location is very close to Finnsnes, but buses don't run very often, and not in the evening; so plan in advance if you count on using public transportation. On the up side, when the bus does run, there is a stop right outside. All in all, great value for money. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

I have upgraded to deluxe house from the hotel email due to adding two friends of mine are joining. I have paid so much extra to top up from the hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist said I have to pay extra NOK 200 because I did not inform them that I have 2 extra friends are joining. Firstly, I did call to the hotel to check how much I need to top up due to two friends are joining. Second, the deluxe house is meant to have 4 -5 people to stay in, we have 4 people in total. Third, I booked this hotel on my first night and last night in my Tromso trip. I’m looking forward to stay river view and garden view. But unfortunately the service that I received is extremely disappointed and bad!!

The hotel is near the airport, an easy 20-minute walk if the weather's good. On a snowy day, we opted for the bus to the airport, which was super convenient. The hotel was quite busy overall, and breakfast started at 6:30 AM, the earliest I've seen in Norway! The breakfast selection was actually quite varied, though the layout was a bit cramped. You do need to return your own tray. The coffee machine was very easy to use. There's also a stunning observation deck right next to the breakfast area.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. It was the last hotel on a 10 trip in Norway At the previous hotels on this trip I had asked for room on high floor with nice view but never got one. However, at Radisson the man at reception took note of my request and upgraded me to a lovely room with an amazing view of Tromso. It really made the last two days of my trip special enjoying the perfect view. The room was also quiet and comfortable and cleaned promptly in the morning Breakfast was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the selection of fresh breads, yoghurt and fish Location is very central and opposite the stop for the airport bus. Quality Hotel Harstad is a very nice and modern hotel with a great location and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed – perfect for a short or long stay. However, a couple of small things could be improved: there was no fridge in the room, which would have been useful, and the Wi-Fi connection could have been a bit faster and more stable, especially for work or streaming. Aside from that, everything was great – a pleasant stay overall, and I would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely stunning views, super convenient location, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff are incredibly nice, and there are so many outdoor activities to choose from. The best part is being able to see the Northern Lights directly from the hotel!
