Hotels With Parking in National Capital District, Papua New Guinea

A short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

I arrived early in the morning and was told an early check-in was possible for an additional fee, so I was assigned a room. The bedding had a slight musty smell, but I was so tired that I fell asleep immediately. When I woke up, I had a rash and itching, which looked like bed bug bites, just like in the photos. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites and asked the reception for ointment, but they said they didn't have any. The facilities are good compared to other hotels in Port Moresby, but I never expected to get bed bug bites at a Hilton hotel. I mentioned the bed bugs to the reception, and a staff member noted it down, but there was no follow-up. I probably won't be staying here again.

Good facilities with gym, pools and closed to Vision City Mall. Good security too. But shuttle service need to improve. especially from airport to hotel where they tend to left person hanging there for 1 hours

(+) the hotel room is clean and spacious. Check in from 2pm was possible. The hotel has its own restaurant and rooftop bar. It is located in a safe neighbourhood, I was walking around Boroko and visiting the local market, crafts market during the day and no issue at all. (-) I think I was unlucky cos my room 210 had bedbugs. I suffered from itchy bites the whole night, and thinking what it was until I saw a doctor. At first I thought it was mosquitoes but the room is air conditioned. See picture. I was bitten on my neck, arms and back. Their bedsheet or mattress must have been infested. Travelers do beware.

The Hotel great service and great staff , the staff and front office to understand and monitor what type of guest either business, pleasure etc...Also priorizing the customers need wants and not to turn away customers whom are there for good cause in helping our country . The hotel clean and nice and needs monitoring of poolside use for the guest in house only and family kids not the public . Staff and supervisor agu in front customers in pool side restaurant it's bad .Solve your problems quietly not for customers to hear or know .

Family enjoyed the stay at Ela Beach Hotel. Will definitely come back

The hotel environment is comfortable and  clean.  staff service attitude is attentive ,  active and enthusiastic.  The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality and  tastes good, which is beyond my expectation. The most important thing is that the price consumption is also reasonable.

I found the apartment is dirty on the first day and i didnt have access key due to bad door sensor and i tolled hotel more that 3 times but no one response to my complain, in addition there are no internet on the apartment for theses 7 days, moreover they prommesed me to pickup me to airport but no bus come to my appartment, i was about to miss my flight because of their appointment.

Very friendly and helpful service. Great location. Could have better signage, but otherwise a very good experience.
