Overall it's OK, but it really doesn't meet the five-star standard. It's relatively old, the location is good, the service is generally OK, but it doesn't meet the five-star standard. I stayed for 9 days, and the housekeeping sometimes knocked on the door at 9 or 10 in the morning. Fortunately, I was awake. I had to check out today. The housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 o'clock, but I was still asleep. Then I hung a sign at the door saying ”Do Not Disturb”. They knocked on the door again and asked what time to check out, but I had already told the front desk about the delayed check-out. I feel that their links are flawed. Some staff feel that they are enthusiastic and enthusiastic about their work, and they will answer questions in a timely manner, but some do feel that their attitude is casual. The lobby is well decorated, and the rooms are average.

Super convenient and great value, located right by the airport. It's perfect for travelers arriving late at night. There's a convenience store right outside, which is handy for grabbing snacks or meals. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to the Falls.

This motel was a bit more than expected, the room was very spacious, but there was a chair missing and we had to stand and eat. The front desk service was very good, when we said that we wanted to stay for one night, we were told that the room was full. Simple breakfast provided but had to bring back to the room to eat as there were no tables and chairs for dining. Overall quite satisfactory.

One stop on the Ivy League tour is in the hotel. The location of this university is really remote. There is nothing around. You can eat and drink there. I paid extra for breakfast, which was not good. It is not as good as the lobby bar. There are free coffee and cookies.

Hotel is old and outdated. They charged additional approx $10 daily for amenities like wifi & pool which are free for most of the hotels now! No toothbrush, no slipper, no hot water etc. Location is good, minutes walk to state park and rainbow bridge.

Hotels in the United States are generally old, so don't care about the old and the new. The hotel room is large, it is a suite, with a bathtub, a living room, and a kitchenette. There is free breakfast (although Trip.com shows that there is no breakfast), I heard that there is a free dinner (haven't tried it, you can ask).

The room is big and the location is good. You can walk to Niagara Falls. The breakfast is not a buffet, so you can't eat enough and it's not tasty. The check-in cookies are sweet and warm. Parking is very convenient. The price has increased from $16.2!

RRRosssMy family liked this hotel very much. We gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we felt there was room for improvement in every area. The room and hotel was very clean but there were some stains on the bedding and towels. The hotel was on 42nd street but just a little too far from the main action. The hotel provided good services but we had to call multiple times for towels. Overall we’d still recommend the hotel very highly.

KKimberley Louise Dight IuffredoWe decided to change hotels from our original in hell's kitchen to this one close to the park. We stayed for 3 nights in march 2024. We had a twin room on the 6th floor. Room 650. The entrance is quite grand and the lobby is really big. We checked in around 1600 hours. It was easy and we were aware of the additional charges, tax , deposit and resort fee. We'd read the reviews about the lifts being busy and some out of order. This was not an issue for us. Easy enough to walk the 6 flights of stairs as necessary. The check in staff were friendly and polite. We asked for a kettle for our room. This was delivered as were tea bags, sugar and milk along with paper cups. The room was ok. The beds were a good size. The view was of the street. The windows opened. The bathroom looked ok too. It had a bath tub. I wanted a bath. The shower was in the bath. On the surface, everything looked clean enough. The decor was a bit tired. There was a safe in the closet. The bedside lights had usb sockets and plug sockets. Very useful. Once we were settled we started to notice issues. The bath plug didn't close. It was a push down plug. I didn't get to have my bath! The walls in the bathroom were dirty. When the shower water dripped on the tiles you could see black mould running down and into the bath tub. The mirror in the bathroom was peeling. We saw a bug running across the table area! We spoke with the cleaning staff and they said they would clean up the dirty tiles. We also spoke with reception. Someone was sent to our room to fix the plug in the bath tub. They didn't fix it. They removed the casing on the tub and just left it on the side. We reported this again and everything else we came across that was faulty or not acceptable. The staff were very polite and apologetic yet nothing actually got fixed. The edges of the room were really dirty. The lounge area on the ground floor is really nice and the bar is well stocked. The loos though were not very clean and you did have to queue to get in to them. Access only with a room key. The actual hotel is connected to the Manhattan Club Hotel. We used the bar on the 26th floor a couple of times. It was really nice. Upon check out we reiterated the issues that we had and staff were very apologetic and returned our deposit and resort fee. Maybe that's why a resort fee is added to these hotels. You feel like you are getting something back when in fact I don't believe a resort fee is actually that fair. Are you paying for the use of a kettle? The bar? It is listed what the resort fee entitles you to. As I mentioned, I was aware of this. Would I stay here again? Probably not, despite the great staff and fab location and cheap room rates. I understand there is a refit of the lifts going on. Not sure about cleaning and updating of the decor. Something needs to be done to improve this hotel. I think it was probably quite glamorous back in the day.

AAnchengThe toilet had leaks issue (the room in level 48). Called hotel to fix it but the first engineer was not able to find the issue. The second engineer was able to find the issue but we were leaving New York on the same day. The leak from the toilet is quite gross. Called hotel for help for the toilet leak issue but one of people took the call just ignore the request (he did not take an action but he said he will )

AAcaciaFilmsIt was a night stay before my flight and the front desk people are telling pretty nice!  My room it seems to be bigger but divided by a white door to make more room, I can hear the people next door very clear and the divide door can actually be opened…..  The shower water was finicky and I couldn’t figure out how to use it but the front desk said you need to open both the faucet and the shower faucet to get hot water!  It was a nice room overall, overlooking the airport!

Nn2hx!Just say it. . 1. In addition to the room fee, you have to pay an additional resort tax and a compulsory $55 access fee, which includes the lobby lounge and a water dispenser room, which means that it costs $55 to drink water. 2. This fee does not include the rooftop bar, which cannot be visited for free, and requires a minimum consumption of US$500 on weekends. 3. The app mobile phone room card advertised by the hotel cannot be used at all. 4. There is not much difference between the room types of high floors and low floors. Only the penthouse suite and the bar with a minimum consumption of 500 have this view. 5. The decoration is very good, which is higher than the average level of dirty carpets in New York. Those who dislike carpets can come here. 6. It says on the website that it takes 7 days for the deposit to be refunded when using a foreign credit card. In fact, it has not been refunded at all after a month. . .

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Hyatt Grand Central New York, and while the location is extremely convenient, right next to Grand Central Terminal and close to many Midtown attractions, the overall experience was not as positive as I had hoped. The hotel feels quite dated. The rooms, although relatively spacious for Manhattan, show noticeable signs of wear: older furniture, tired décor, and bathrooms that feel small and in need of renovation. Amenities are basic, and some essentials you would normally expect at this price point weren’t always available, which was disappointing. Service was also inconsistent. Housekeeping seemed irregular, and simple requests sometimes took longer than expected to be addressed. For a hotel with such a central position and premium rates, I expected a higher level of attention and comfort. Overall, the Hyatt Grand Central is practical if you need convenience and quick access to transportation, but if you are looking for a more polished, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel experience, you may find it falls short.

GGuest UserThis is your no frills place for a place to lay your head. It was relatively clean, had all the necessary amenities, adequate breakfast, housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again. It gets the job done a peaceful rest without breaking the bank. The room had a slight odor not sure what it was but maybe they should do a deep clean to all the rooms and bathrooms. It could be just the one I was in. The toilet seat wasn’t cleaned that well but I survived.

AAiMeiLiThe location is good , a few seconds walk to Wall Street , Broadway street, Trinity church, the charging bull , the subway station 10 seconds walk , the pier 11 to Brooklyn was very close , in a nutshell worth to book for the location. I was shocked that the hotel doesn’t provide simple things like toothbrushes and paste and comb or cups , no kettle , no robes, no mini fridge, no iron, nothing. No water in the hotel . These are basic things especially for a 4 star hotel . If people stay for 1 night it’s not important but if u book it for 7 nights, u need to have some coffee or tea or hot water if u feel cold or wanna get some warm water u don’t have it . The reception had some hot water but the elevators were always busy so it’s a headache. Also the neighbors were very noisy , the walls were not blocking the sound. I could hear them using the bathroom.

MMagicMilesThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn! I usually choose this hotel chain for its service quality, but this stay was incredibly disappointing. I booked a Standard King Size room for two nights. When I checked-in at night, I received my key card and went to my room, only to find that it was a basement room with just a tiny window, not the large window room I had booked. I immediately went back to the Front Desk to request the correct room, but the staff told me that it was already full and only this room was available. I asked why they didn’t hold the room I had booked since I should be getting what I paid for. Their response? ”Because you arrived at night.” This excuse made no sense at all! Then, another staff member (curly hair) walked over, mumbled complaints, showed an upset attitude, and finally said she would move me to a new room—but only for one night. The next day, I had to move back to the standard room. The way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. A staff member should never complain or show frustration in front of guests! The next morning, my husband and I brought our luggage down and returned our key card as instructed. However, a different staff member told me that I could actually stay in the same room. So, I placed my luggage back in the room again and went out for the day. Before leaving, I specifically informed housekeeping to clean the room. When I returned that night, I couldn’t access my room. After going back to the Front Desk, the staff told me that the room I originally booked was full, meaning I had to stay in the same room again. Worst of all, when I finally got back inside, the room had not been cleaned at all, even though I had requested it in advance! Overall, this was the worst Holiday Inn experience I’ve ever had. The management was disorganized. This stay completely changed my perception of the Holiday Inn brand. I would never recommend this hotel!
