Sorry to say.. 3 star hotel staff dont know speak english.. one women.. no have menners. How to talk in phone. She dont know👎👎👎👎

Апартотель расположен в самом центре Саламанки на тихой улице. В здании есть лифт, однако до мансардного этажа придётся подниматься один этаж по лестнице. Апартаменты просторные, есть холодильник, печь и микроволновка, однако кухни как таковой нет. Есть отдельная гардеробная. В основном помещении слабое искусственное освещения и после захода солнца очень темно. Как в основном помещении, так и в спальне есть кондиционер.

A pleasant hotel with a quality restaurant.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very friendly. We stay with our animal without problem except that it could not be in the common areas. The rooms are a little old but for a stay of a few days it is perfect. The wifi could improve.

More than 2 kilometers from the center, driving is suitable for free parking, breakfast McDonald's is not far away, next to a Burger King and factory shops and shopping malls are next to it, still very convenient, facilities in general, a bit lonely this hotel

Room facilities are old and cheap. Breakfast is simple, there is a big cockroach at the front desk

O quarto cheirava a esgoto, com momentos de intensificação de cheiro. Tendo reportado o desagradável odor, não houve por parte do direção qualquer esclarecimento sobre a situação, ou pedido de desculpa. Estou a reportar aqui, para que possam ser tomadas medidas retificativas. Quanto ao serviço, foi eficaz, tanto ao nível da piscina/esplanada, como na entrada ou restaurante. Staff teve atitude profissional.
