If you choose Holiday Inn , you’ll most likely get a good service! The location of this hotel is really good: it’s a walking distance from a metro station and the old city from where you can climb to Ankara Castle - a must visit landmark. The check in was smooth and the staff were most welcoming and supportive . If you want to treat yourself to a local meal, there’s a superb kebab place right across from the hotel . The prices are great and the place is super popular among local people which means it’s amazing!
We stayed here for about 11 days . Location is good . Room size is decent. They upgraded us for the first few days. Only downside is that no one comes to the room to clean. We had to request water , toilet paper every day which was quite annoying
The service of the Turkish hotel is not to say, it is very good. The food in this hotel's restaurant is also delicious, and there is also a 24-hour room service. There is also a gym, fully equipped for fitness. Non-smoking rooms are also very comfortable,
Location is perfect with many coffee shop, restaurant, retail shop n banks. The hotel is cosy but tidy. The service is up to standard. Just the air condition is not strong enough that making the room’s ventilation not very nice. The breakfast buffet is well served.
Staff SUPER friendly, very helpful, even though I had booked 2 small rooms, we were upgraded to a double room with a connecting room for free! That gave us more space and was super practical for us as a family with three children. This was my second time there. I have hardly experienced a hotel with a better bed. The duvet is very pleasant and all the bed linen also seems very comfortable, we even looked for the brand so we could buy it ourselves. I slept very well, the pillow was not too high and not too low like in many other hotels. It was brilliant, especially since you are only 8 minutes from the airport. I can recommend it to anyone who needs a good night's sleep.
It's in a weird part of the city surrendered either by housing or some low small businesses. If you walk or take the MRT a stop or two, you're in an area that's got food and other interesting things. The one really strange part about the hotel is that the elevator is constantly smell like sewage in the basement. There is the fitness center which was very smelly of sewage as well. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is okay. I would definitely not spend more than one night here.
I can not add my booking to my accor account. I have said to workers at reception. I have already stayed at the hotel about 5 times in six months but in their own agency, I can not add the stays.
Cleanliness was ok. Location is good. Breakfast was tidy and enough.
Location is super, in the city center. Near to restaurants, cafes, shops and big mosque. Place is comfortable and well planned. Usually the owner himself is in reception. He is very nice and helpful. He provided the towel for free, explained everything and said to call him if need any help. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Totally recommend!
The hotel is in a good location, the transportation is more convenient, there is a relatively large urban complex around, shopping and dining are very convenient.
The hotel is fully equipped, although the overall is not very big, but it feels very good. The front desk brother is also very enthusiastic, the gym is in the SPA center on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and the facilities are also available! The restaurant is on the 1st floor of the hotel. The breakfast variety is extremely rich and worthy of praise.
Next time I come to Ankara, I will continue to stay here, very good!
The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel lobby is luxuriously decorated with a wide view, which leaves a deep impression on guests.
The room is fully equipped and comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. It is super comfortable to live in. The hygiene in the room is also very clean, and the bedding is super comfortable, making people feel as warm as returning home.
Thoughtful service and warm attitude. The hotel's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and the waiter's smile and enthusiasm make people feel very cordial.

MMaheenI really enjoyed my stay at Hitit Otel in Ankara. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Ankara Castle and other historic spots. It’s in a peaceful area yet very central.
The hotel staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. For a budget hotel, it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and convenience.
Breakfast was included and quite decent — enough to start the day well. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveller, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable, well-located stay in Ankara!

GGuest UserTheir check in time was 4pm so that was inconvenient. Nice kitchen, but kettle not working. Not a bottle of water to drink for the price we paid. Bathroom and bedroom doors were punched in and broken. Quite disappointing. Personally, not my thing but we needed a place for one night.

严严Consecutive booking prices should be preferential! Only in this way can there be repeat customers. A good hotel must first be sanitary and secondly safe. The price must be reasonable to make customers feel that the value for money is good, and only then will customers look back. Customers will introduce to others. In this way, the reputation of the hotel can be spread out. The better and the bigger the business, this is my understanding. Is there a problem with how to stay on the 32-word Ctrip website?
AAmo2021The apartments are no longer new, it wasn't very clean. When they entered the room, there was a bleak smell.
There is a kitchen, but there are no dishes.
天天添能The hallway is lighted off and the room is dark. Breakfast is not a Viking, only something you can't eat. Anyway, it was a ketchy hotel impression.
GGuest UserIn fact everything was ok except the heat in the room. You couldn't change temperature, so always in the room. 504 it had 24 degrees. It felt much warmer. Secondly, the door was defect, only after several times holding the map and the door to draw it always felt.
Otherwise the stay was all right.
Thank you.
