It's the closest hotel to the airport. The facilities are average, but it's perfect for catching an early morning flight.

The service was very good. When driving to the hotel, my daughter just vomited at the hotel entrance. The service guy brought various small gifts to cheer the child up. He was very enthusiastic. The scenery is also good

This is my third stay at this hotel. It is located 50 meters from the Thai consulate, which is very convenient when submitting documents. They checked me in at 8 am, for which I am very grateful, then they offered to go to breakfast. Everyone is polite and professional. Breakfast is a buffet. Thoughts, eggs, cheeses, vegetables, olives - you will not go hungry)) They helped with printing out my passport. The room is standard, but everything you need is there. There is a gym for fitness! I recommend!

The room was very nice and the service was very good. There is a kettle, slippers, refrigerator, everything is complete. The food in the restaurant tastes pretty good. There are also 24 hours room service.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Although parking was limited, they assisted with parking, saving us a lot of trouble. The hotel is very nice, and the location is excellent. The breakfast was plentiful. It's great value for money.

Very nice hotel for my opinion in the center for my position needs, very clean hotel as per european standard, i did not tryed the food, only not full positive thing in room 712 the wall next to bath door was bit broken so I can not give 5 start for cleaness but 4 and window in room was not closing completely but for me was not a problem..I would reccomend to travel for Italians and all European

Very good location, very clean and warm

The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to visit various attractions in Ankara. There are also plenty of supermarkets and eateries nearby. The hotel facilities are just average, as it's an older property, and the rooms aren't very spacious. It's worth noting that the hotel only rebranded to Mercure in 2024, so if you search on maps, it might still show the old hotel name.

Location is super, in the city center. Near to restaurants, cafes, shops and big mosque. Place is comfortable and well planned. Usually the owner himself is in reception. He is very nice and helpful. He provided the towel for free, explained everything and said to call him if need any help. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Totally recommend!

Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions. Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.
