It's in a weird part of the city surrendered either by housing or some low small businesses. If you walk or take the MRT a stop or two, you're in an area that's got food and other interesting things. The one really strange part about the hotel is that the elevator is constantly smell like sewage in the basement. There is the fitness center which was very smelly of sewage as well. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is okay. I would definitely not spend more than one night here.
The hotel is in a good location, the transportation is more convenient, there is a relatively large urban complex around, shopping and dining are very convenient.
The hotel is fully equipped, although the overall is not very big, but it feels very good. The front desk brother is also very enthusiastic, the gym is in the SPA center on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and the facilities are also available! The restaurant is on the 1st floor of the hotel. The breakfast variety is extremely rich and worthy of praise.
Next time I come to Ankara, I will continue to stay here, very good!
Staff SUPER friendly, very helpful, even though I had booked 2 small rooms, we were upgraded to a double room with a connecting room for free! That gave us more space and was super practical for us as a family with three children. This was my second time there. I have hardly experienced a hotel with a better bed. The duvet is very pleasant and all the bed linen also seems very comfortable, we even looked for the brand so we could buy it ourselves. I slept very well, the pillow was not too high and not too low like in many other hotels. It was brilliant, especially since you are only 8 minutes from the airport. I can recommend it to anyone who needs a good night's sleep.
Location is super, in the city center. Near to restaurants, cafes, shops and big mosque. Place is comfortable and well planned. Usually the owner himself is in reception. He is very nice and helpful. He provided the towel for free, explained everything and said to call him if need any help. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean. Totally recommend!
Location is perfect with many coffee shop, restaurant, retail shop n banks. The hotel is cosy but tidy. The service is up to standard. Just the air condition is not strong enough that making the room’s ventilation not very nice. The breakfast buffet is well served.
If you choose Holiday Inn , you’ll most likely get a good service! The location of this hotel is really good: it’s a walking distance from a metro station and the old city from where you can climb to Ankara Castle - a must visit landmark. The check in was smooth and the staff were most welcoming and supportive . If you want to treat yourself to a local meal, there’s a superb kebab place right across from the hotel . The prices are great and the place is super popular among local people which means it’s amazing!
The service was very good. When driving to the hotel, my daughter just vomited at the hotel entrance. The service guy brought various small gifts to cheer the child up. He was very enthusiastic. The scenery is also good
Consecutive booking prices should be preferential! Only in this way can there be repeat customers. A good hotel must first be sanitary and secondly safe. The price must be reasonable to make customers feel that the value for money is good, and only then will customers look back. Customers will introduce to others. In this way, the reputation of the hotel can be spread out. The better and the bigger the business, this is my understanding. Is there a problem with how to stay on the 32-word Ctrip website?

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Ankara My recent stay at Kahya Hotel Ankara was a truly delightful experience. Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. The lobby itself was inviting, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance that set the tone for my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, even though the hotel is centrally located. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful details, like the complimentary bottled water, tea, and coffee station, which added to the convenience. The breakfast served at the hotel was one of the highlights. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from local Turkish dishes to international favorites. The quality of the food and the attentive service from the staff made for a perfect start to each day. The hotel’s location was another major plus. It’s within walking distance of many key attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the vibrant city of Ankara. For those needing transportation, the hotel also offers excellent support in arranging taxis or providing directions. Overall, Kahya Hotel Ankara provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay with exceptional service and an unbeatable location. Whether you’re visiting Ankara for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic option. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to the city!
The hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.
We stayed here for about 11 days . Location is good . Room size is decent. They upgraded us for the first few days. Only downside is that no one comes to the room to clean. We had to request water , toilet paper every day which was quite annoying
