I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

First thing to begin with is the welcoming crew of the hotel. They were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and up to your expectations. The room I booked is a 5-star level room, so clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is just at Trabzon medan. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone you care for. Thank you very much.

Otele ilk geldiğimde rezervasyonumuzun görünmediğini söylediler ve resepsiyondaki arkadaş acentelerde takılmış olabileceğini belirtti,acentelerle iletişime geçerek rezervasyonumuzu buldu,ilgi alaka en üst düzeyde,otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyoruz,temizlik,odaların genişliği çok iyi,açık büfe kahvaltı çok geniş seçenekleri barındırıyor,burada tekrar kalmak isteriz

Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's. The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment

Beautiful place. Nice comfy room and warm despite it was 7 and raining outside. Food are excellent! Very close to the national park.

The location is very, very, very excellent, the breakfast is diverse, but it's in all the hotels itself, so the snail is snailing if you give it a shrimp of nerve and it's like a snail and it speaks, if you give it a door lock on its face, for the room's clean, but the furniture is very old, the air conditioning is ruined from last year. It means if you visit it can be hot, advise you what you book, the bathroom drops out of the roof, the bathroom right to be rubbed, the refrigerator sounds awkward at night as if you're a old car rider, Mafia isolated if your neighbor moves to feel and hear it. The site is really imaginary and facilities, as I've tried only the park, imaginary, with kids Shoi, Jawaharlal Mall, restaurants and cafes close to the place, the receptionist is confused and speaks Arabic.
