I booked this hotel for my mother as she was traveling along. She told me the service was impeccable… they waited for her until she arrived which she arrived very late. They even had the kitchen open in case she was hungry and hungry she was …. They picked her up and dropped her off to the airport and took care of everything’s. She is elderly and truly she depended on the staff. Great service and the room was big and spacious for what she told me. There is a park next to the hotel with many restaurants n is near the airport.

Stayed here for one night during a long layover. The hotel is a great value. The bathroom in the room was spacious and the rain shower head was very nice. The room had everything necessary and the pool and sauna were well-maintained. I also ate at the restaurant. This was a little bit pricey for the serving size, but the food was good. The hotel itself is a bit far from anything to do in Santa Cruz, but for me it was the perfect spot for just one night.

The environment and breakfast are good, but some charges are puzzling. Sometimes purified water is free, sometimes a bottle of water costs 20 bolivars, sometimes printing at the front desk is free, sometimes you have to pay. It feels like the staff charges based on their mood.

Perhaps the best hotel to stay in town for business travel. Comfortable, convenient, amazing wet area facilities, wonderful breakfast, staff that goes above and beyond.

For colleagues to book, not far from the city, the key is to ensure comfort and safety, the hotel is still very clean, very warm, good service, will continue to stay next time

The breakfast type is single and the amount is not much. It is often a little later and there is nothing. The window of the room is open in a patio. The staff is friendly.

Location is 20 minutes walk from the city center, 10 minutes taxi ride Facilities, cleanliness and service are highly recommended. Breakfast was also good to eat by the way .. Highly recommended

Hotel is good but they make many tricks , when I check out they charge me 200 bolivariano, because they said I was using their coffee and water , in fact instant coffee is not shown the price on table , at least nobody know that’s not free ! And water on the table they didn’t tell me that’s cost extra money ! This is very bad tricks ! Not good way to charge service cost !

A normal hotel level 3*, everything is clean enough, the price is in line with quality. The room was all necessary, the places were enough, everything worked. Stopped not for the first time, everything is satisfied.
