Very satisfied, there is a Chinese restaurant opposite. It is very convenient to cross the road. The price is a bit more expensive, it is recommended to pay with a credit card, the boss is still better. Once I didn't bring a credit card, I asked the boss to collect the payment treasure. The conversion exchange rate is very high and not cost-effective.
We stayed at the this hotel 3 times in the space of a month. We returned here for many reasons, the location and the food. But what stood out for me the most was the staff. They were all so friendly and approachable, always willing to help when they can. Thank you to all the staff and in particular Bame, Thabile, Arnold, Babedi, Sharon and Keikantse.
Roof top sunset bar is a really nice spot to relax and take in the sunset.
Everything was fine. Room is clean. Safety is guaranteed, internet connection was excellent, workers are friendly and helpful. The only thing they need to improve is menu because breakfast was the same all days of my stay.
It's my 1st time in this hotel with my family and friends. The location is so strategic and close to the airport and other malls for shopping.
Their rooms are neat, cozy and very nice. We enjoyed our stay here, and we love their complimentary breakfast and their service. The only challenge I had is their internet wifi was always fluctuating and slow. They also have a free airport shuttle, and their driver is so gentle, careful, and professional.
Where to begin? Fleas on the bed, manager of the hotel was too busy waitressing at the hotel on-site (certain there were others that could have been serving us since the restaurant was empty). There was only 1 of everything despite checking in with two guests, we were moved to another room and toilet was leaking. Went to the bathroom near reception and there was no toilet paper in the stall. The hotel seems outdated, carpets are dirty and it just hasn’t been taken good care of. Had booked for a stay a week later, the bed seemed flea free, would not recommend. If you choose to stay it has the convenience of a Newscafe onsite and is in close proximity to amenities.

Very Good
GGuest UserI only stayed here for only one night but had a lovely stay. Town lodge is located adjacent to 2 shopping centers so you can find gyms, ATMs, restaurants and other convenient services within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful as well! They hallows me figure out an app to get a ride to the airport and helped with my bags etc.
ps- booking was a lot cheaper online than in person so you can save a bit by booking on a travel app.

BBrianAEBRoom was great, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean with shower and a bathtub. The light outside the room that stayed on the entire night was a bit annoying though.
AAnonymous UserStaying for one night when connecting in Gaborone, the hotel location is slightly biased, if there is no other travel needs, the hotel is good, the environment is beautiful, the pool is clean, the hotel's own restaurant is recommended, the price is moderate, the taste is very good, especially the breakfast is very rich, And every staff member I met was very enthusiastic and responsible, the hotel provided a free pick-up and drop-off service
