"I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and overall I was really pleased with my experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pools were large and well-maintained, and the entertainment was excellent, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The service was also very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel can be very crowded, especially around the pools and common areas, so it can sometimes feel quite busy. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the food. While there was a good variety of options, I found the selection somewhat repetitive, and given the hotel’s price range, I would have appreciated a little more variety and higher-quality choices. Overall, I had a lovely stay and enjoyed my time at the hotel."

The hotel is literally in the mountain, with a spectacular view on the Mediterranean 🌊. Staff were really helpful, food was specifically made according to my instructions, and the swimming pool & bar are just perfect. "I recently spent 4 nights and 5 days at Swandor Kemer in mid-August, and my overall impression of the hotel is overwhelmingly positive. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and worked incredibly hard, like bees. The hotel's landscaping is beautiful, and I didn't notice any flies, which was a plus. We stayed in a duplex room in the new building. The room was clean, and housekeeping was remarkably efficient. We'd leave for breakfast around 8:45 AM, and by the time we returned at 10:00 AM, the room was already cleaned. What's more, the room was very comfortable, and I'd especially recommend the duplexes for families as it feels like you're getting two separate, independent rooms. Despite the hotel being crowded, it never felt uncomfortable, and we never had to queue anywhere. It felt like a 'quality' crowd, mostly families, which made it feel very safe. The hotel layout is excellent. You can always find a sun lounger in any area, at any time of day, and there's no towel issue thanks to the card system. Sun loungers are available everywhere: on the hotel's pier, the beach, by the pools, and on the lawns. The sea in Kemer is incredibly beautiful. Since it's stony/pebbly, the water stays clear. If you enter the sea from the pier, you won't encounter pebbles, but those with sensitive feet might want sea shoes for the beach. The pools and the aqua park are also quite large. Now, for the food and drinks, which is a major concern for many: the breakfast offers everything imaginable, and the quality of the products is very high. For example, there were six types of eggs and a wide variety of deli meats (both red and white meat options). I didn't experience the late breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The snack restaurant actually operates like an open buffet. They had pasta, rice, Turkish dumplings (mantı), Turkish flatbread (pide), pizza, meatballs, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, various crispy and grilled chicken options, salads, and fruits. I ate meatballs every day – there were two kinds (butcher's and İnegöl), and they were delicious. It was a clean, comfortable environment where you didn't have to wait in line. There are bars located throughout the hotel. The drink selection was extensive, and I found their cocktails to be particularly well-made. My only criticism is for the hotel's patisserie: it opens at 2:30 PM and closes at 6:00 PM, and the variety is limited. The ice cream is good, but it definitely needs to open earlier and offer more choices. Regarding the main restaurant for dinner: there's a small Asian cuisine corner. Fresh grilled fish (sea bream, trout, and sea bass) was continuously available every day. There were always chicken and turkey options, and the variety was quite extensive. Döner kebab was served every evening. Pide and pizzas were baked non-stop. During the Turkish night, kebabs were served. Another night featured grilled quail and entrecote, and there was a seafood night – so there's truly something for everyone. For those sensitive to red meat, there was always a meat-based alternative. I should mention, however, that I wasn't particularly fond of the döner. There was a huge variety of meze, salads, and fruits. I enjoyed the desserts and pastries, but I didn't see any pistachio baklava. For the late-night dinner, they prepared one of each type of meat. I don't think it's possible to go hungry here. Stewed dishes like tas kebabı and orman kebabı were always available. When I went to the main restaurant at lunchtime, I felt like I was seeing the same menu from last night's dinner. Overall, though, I liked the food, drinks, and flavors. As someone who has experienced many different all-inclusive hotels, to summarize this property: you get more than what you pay for at its current price, and that's very satisfying."

"Easy and straight forward check in. Receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was okay. Room was spacious and clean. We were given free 2 hours after check out because we had a late flight. Overall, no complaints."

"The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was reliable, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, and items were replenished quickly by attentive staff. Unfortunately, there were numerous flies around the dining area and on the uncovered food, which significantly detracted from the experience. Room service was generally acceptable, although the quality did not reflect the prices charged. It felt expensive for what was provided and fell short of what I would expect from a four-star hotel. The complimentary shuttle bus to the beach was a welcome benefit. Unfortunately, my positive impression of the hotel changed dramatically midway through our stay. Shortly after room service had delivered our meal, I received a phone call asking me to come to reception. I was informed that because my room service bill was approaching £100, I needed to settle it immediately as I was considered a “high-risk” guest. I found this surprising and inappropriate, particularly as I had already paid for my accommodation in full before arriving. When I attempted to pay by card, I was told twice that my payment had failed. I was then asked to use another card, which I did. When I returned to my room to eat my now cold meal, I checked my banking app to understand why my first card had supposedly failed. To my surprise, I discovered that all three payment attempts had actually been processed, meaning I had been charged three times. I immediately returned to reception and showed staff the transactions on my banking app. Despite the evidence, I was initially told the payments had not gone through, that I was mistaken, and that everything would automatically correct itself once they balanced the accounts at the end of the day. The refund did not happen. The following day I returned to reception with the same evidence. Staff apologised and acknowledged that I had indeed been charged multiple times, assuring me that a refund would be processed. However, I was repeatedly told that the matter would be dealt with by the accounts department and that it could take up to 21 days for my money to be returned. As I was checking out today, four days after the duplicate charges were made, I had still not received the promised refund or the written confirmation that I had repeatedly requested. In an effort to resolve the matter privately before leaving, I also sent a polite WhatsApp message to the hotel outlining my concerns and requesting assistance. That message received no response. Most concerning of all, during the checkout process the same member of reception staff attempted to charge me again for the very same room service bill that had already been paid and had resulted in the duplicate charges. Had I not been paying close attention, I could easily have been charged yet again. If I had been travelling on a tighter budget, having hundreds of pounds tied up because of the hotel’s mistake could have had a serious impact on the remainder of my trip. What disappointed me most was not that an error occurred—mistakes happen in every business—but the lack of urgency, accountability and communication in resolving it. Overall, there were aspects of the hotel that we genuinely enjoyed. The reception team were friendly, housekeeping was reliable, and breakfast staff worked hard. Unfortunately, the handling of this financial issue completely overshadowed those positives. I have retained screenshots of the duplicate transactions, my banking records and my communications with the hotel. This review is an accurate account of my experience. If my refund is received promptly after my departure, I will happily update this review to reflect that. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel until it improves both its payment procedures and its handling of customer complaints."

"We stayed at the Selin Hotel for the weekend. We stayed in a cute single-story room very close to the beach. The food was really good. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The pool at the Selin Hotel was quiet and clean. Spending time in the aqua park was fun for my son. We are definitely considering staying again."

"The hotel was in good condition as of November 2025. The rooms were clean, the plumbing worked properly, and the grounds were well-maintained. The breakfasts were amazing, so plentiful that we never managed to finish everything. The food was delicious and varied. The private beach was wonderful; it was quite small, but very beautiful and Instagrammable. The pool was also beautiful, but in November it was already colder than the sea, so we only swam in it once, and that was because it was a hot day. I don't know what the price was or how many people there were during peak season, but for early November, the ratio was perfect. One downside is that road noise was very noticeable; we had an economy room, the cheapest one. I think the more expensive rooms should be quieter, especially those with a sea view and further from the road. But it wasn't too disruptive; we slept well despite it. Our room also had a window, which was also the entrance, facing a passage between buildings, so sometimes people staying in the next room walked right by our window. So, the cheap rooms don't offer much privacy, but we simply closed the curtains in the evenings and rarely spent time in the room during the day. There's parking, but we had a car; getting into town without one isn't very convenient, unless you take a taxi. There are many more advantages here, so I can confidently recommend it."

"Yes, it’s a cheap hotel and not Ritz Carlton style, but it differs to much from photos. I booked a hotel to attend the working meeting with a customer in quiet atmosphere and assumed that room is quiet, will have a table and WiFi. There’s no table as “they recently made a renovation”. WiFi on the 3d floor is bad. And at the time of my call they started to fix something on the floor (like the constructions). And this towels😭😭😭 damn, I don’t care if they’re branded or not, but I just want a not damaged towel. The curtains do not close the windows entirely and there are neighbors in front. There’s also no fridge in the room, but they let to use a fridge in lobby. The only good thing is the location."

"Booked this on Trip.com sight unseen, and what a pleasant surprise! The room is a bit small, but with this ocean view and the cliffside location, who cares about anything else? Go for it!!! Chinese don't lie to Chinese! Many negative reviews complain about not being allowed to bring outside food, which is true for many hotels abroad. I actually think it's fine, especially since delivery isn't all that convenient here anyway 😄😅😅"
