Although it's listed as a hotel, it's actually a youth hostel. The triple room is a six-person dorm with a private bathroom. The hotel is very close to the ABC metro lines, making it convenient for getting around. Each person gets their own bed with an individual light above, which gave me a nostalgic university dorm vibe.

Excellent location for an overnight stay near Copenhagen Airport. The hotel is conveniently connected to the terminal, making it especially suitable for business travellers or those with an early flight. The room was comfortable and generally clean, while the facilities and service were good. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay, although there is still some room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

Stayed here for 4 days / 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained — exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was solid, good variety and well-stocked. Location is a big plus — just a short walk from Tivoli Gardens, which made it super convenient for sightseeing. Would recommend for families or anyone visiting central Copenhagen.

Location is right across the Bella Center conference center, super convenient to attend conferences. The area is about 4 subway stops from downtown, and the hotel is near the subway. Room is spacious, bright and clean. Bathroom is small, with the most annoying sink ever. Rarely seen a sink this small. It’s so small, everything falls off. Service is not so great. The provided iron and ironing board were rusty and dirty and leaked rust water on my shirt when used. Requested a new iron from front desk but it took a while. Hotel has no room service, replaced by a shop downstairs in the lobby. Housekeeping is good but did not give me shower gel for 3 days straight. Breakfast is good.

Recommended for adult holidays It is relatively quiet because it is limited to adults. Breakfast is also very delicious. The room was large and very cozy. The amenities were very substantial and I was happy to have a toothbrush. I have used the same series of hotels before, but I am glad that the eco and natural amenities are substantial. There are slippers in the room, but I think it is convenient to prepare sandals in the pool. It is highly recommended for those who want to spend a day at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had only one night in a standard room, however it was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. Excellent shower and all very clean. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, looking after our luggage all day. It was a short trip so we did not eat in the restaurant - it did look lovely We loved the glass installation too! Will definitely visit for longer next time.

Featured accommodation, compared to Copenhagen city design is cold, this hotel decoration color is many colors, there is a sauna, the staff is very friendly, the meal is very rich and delicious, the location is far from the city, but there is a Metro station nearby. It is also convenient to enter and exit.

We arrived early, the front desk staff kindly checked us in straight away. AC was working when we entered the room. Cool and refreshing. At the reception area we could access to still water and sparkling water, various tea bags and instant coffee. In the room there’s a kettle to make own drinks. The bathroom is spacious with bathtub and shower combo. I would say this hotel is family friendly with lots of activities, board games, swimming pool. Breakfast was included, we thought it was very good with tea leaves, fresh coffee, energy drink, cold cuts, hot meals, and very popular for kids were make your own waffles. A short walk to metro station, nearby amusement park, even so this hotel located rather quiet area

Environment: The environment is perfect. From sunrise to sunset, almost every frame is beautiful. It's one of the most worthwhile hotels to experience in Copenhagen; its beauty is indescribable. The location is also excellent, in the Nyhaven area, the new district, which I found most hygge. There are many concept stores and restaurants nearby. You can walk directly to the bay to enjoy the breeze and sunshine. Transportation to the city center is also very convenient. I personally think it's a little utopia in Copenhagen. Facilities: The hotel's perfect scenery and the Danish-style furnishings in the rooms, along with perfect symmetry and spatial aesthetics, come at the cost of some outdated facilities. While acceptable, the automatic door locks are a bit worrying. The basic infrastructure is also quite ordinary. However, the furniture, while not top-of-the-line, is at least of good quality. Basic toiletries and toiletries are not provided, which can only be attributed to Denmark's advanced environmental philosophy. Cleanliness: The floors weren't very clean. The dust on the soles of my feet told me that the wooden floors hadn't been properly cleaned. All the black countertops were clean, but the dust in the exercise equipment baskets and the corners of the windowsills was always glaring. Service: The female staff were very enthusiastic. As for the male staff... Perhaps I couldn't discern the genuineness of his smile, but I certainly couldn't comment on his enthusiasm. Even at 3500 a night, I still had to carry my own luggage from the check-in area to that high-rise building on the edge. It's possible that the hotel could emulate the service quality of similarly priced chain hotels. I won't make excuses for the hotel's service; this is a problem with the training facilities. Overall, I would still give this hotel a perfect score and recommend it. However, regarding the overall experience, while it was perfect, it wasn't perfect. You could even say it was excellent but not perfect in terms of design and environment. I'm not a demanding traveler; I don't expect 120% enthusiasm. I think any guest would only hope for 100% sincerity.
