This is an unparalleled feature resort hotel. The girl at the front desk was very warm and polite. Even take you to the room to show all the facilities of the resort. Preheat the floor heating and the room in advance, give a small gift. Very friendly to guests. This service level is already five stars. The hotel room was clean and comfortable with a large bed. A characteristic roof-style room. The shower was full of hot water. The morning sun shined into the room the next day and the breakfast was exquisite. Very perfect hotel.

Breakfast is relatively rich. After all, it is a small hotel. It is hard to be like a domestic 4-5 star hotel. It is good for this country and city. There is a square at the main entrance, and you can walk to the river in a few minutes. This is an old hotel that was remodeled later. Every room you stayed in is actually different, big and small, and which one is assigned to pure metaphysics! The rest is the same anyway. Hungarian resort hotels are almost the same. The bed is a big bed made of two small beds...like all Hungarian hotels without toothbrushes. Because parking is free during the epidemic now

Отличное место для отдыха. Чтсто и уютно. Все есть необходимое. Кухня хорошо оборудована, вечером готовили ужин самостоятельно. Есть кофемашинка, чайник, тостер. С завтраком тоже проблем не возникло. Отдельное спасибо за капсулы с кофе, приятно, что не пришлось бежать за кофе в магазин.

The hotel does not have a first-line lake view. It is blocked by buildings and greenery in front. Even if you book a lake view room with a balcony, you have to be on the third floor or above to see the lake from a distance. However, the hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities, a clean environment, and a stylish and simple design. The service staff are friendly and if you drive by yourself, there is a parking lot that provides paid parking.

房間還可以 離湖邊有點遠，步行要20分鐘，天黑了一個人走回去有點害怕
我住了一晚後對那個房間很滿意
所以原房續了一晚 在攜程上續成功了
但是旅館管家告訴我那個房間已經有人訂了
我必須換房 考慮到衹是換到隔壁
我雖然不情願 還是妥協了
結果新的房間陽台小了一半也就算了
花灑是壞的
窗户窗簾也不遮光 一大早被光線驚醒
退房時 管家要求我付款1480福金城市税 衹接受現金，我給了她5000福林 我出門後發現它衹找回給我3020福林，少了500福林，難道是故意以這種方式收小費？ 不能接受！

People smoke on the beach beds because instead of information about the ban and smoking zones there is information that you should not feed ducks. Rooms are too small for 2 people, with 3 people staying in them, even at night, is a drama. I understand that the room I have on the last day to free about 10.00, but that the hotel I have to leave about 10.30 is an overdoors. It should be possible to stay at the hotel to 11.30. No attractions for adults - full of horrible loud games for children... Hotel on a very busy street.
+ Clean, nice beach, beds are always available and gratis (bravo). Meals and drinks approx. Bar with alcohol at night works very efficiently. Service throughout the hotel is very nice. The hotel has children's attractions.

VVictoria MalkovaНомера после реновации вполне хорошие, есть все необходимое. Убираются хорошо, все чисто. Месторасположение отличное, выход из отеля прямо на променад-набережную. Собственный пляж это тоже плюс, но лежаки и зонты платно, бесплатно на солнце на газоне. Места под деревьями в тенечке в 8 утра заняты. В бассейн не ходили - уж очень пахло хлоркой. Главный минус отеля это столовая. Огромное количество людей, место нужно караулить, столы занимать. Чтобы сесть плюс-минус спокойно нужно идти на завтрак до 8, на ужин приходить строго к 18. Еда однообразная, все скромно, но голодными не останетесь. Качество того, что предлагают на завтрак и ужин нормальное,с голода не умрете,но и пропустить не жалко-вокруг множество кафе, в том числе очень достойных

MM234318****優點：酒店的地理位置很好，離火車站步行5-10分鐘，開車的話有自帶的收費停車場；外景不錯，打開窗能直接看到山景和巴拉頓湖，價格在匈牙利算比較良心。前台的人服務態度也不錯，尤其是年輕的工作人員更熱心和樂於助人。我定的房型包早晚餐，餐食的選擇不太多，但味道很好，食材新鮮。冬天的室內泳池是32-35度的水，不會感到冷。很多人説的電梯問題沒有感受到，我的電梯來得都很快。
缺點：房間有點小，電視面前的桌子也很小，放一點東西就很擁擠，沒有其他的置物空間，比起Szeged和Eger的Hunguest hotel差了太多。其次，懷疑酒店有不公平對待攜程訂單的可能，我去得很早，幾乎三點剛過就到了，但分到了一個走廊末端的尾房。暖氣不足，中央空調最高衹能制熱到24度，在冬天有點冷。
總的來説7.5/10，淡季去的話價格比較便宜。
