Hotel opened in 2023, still consider new and in good condition. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice and variety desserts to choose. Good location, Sogo is within walking distance. Overall comfortable and enjoyable trip.

Very old 5 star Hotel that the room amenities is only 3 stars. Staff were great and friendly Room amenities worst than 3 star hotel, very old towels, cheap body and hair shampoo. Recommend to bring your own. Room sound proof is so bad that you can hear every single words from next door. Totally can't get good sleep due to next door talking non stops, imagine they do some exercise... Breakfast space is too small to cater full house. Food selection was mid Gym was the highlight, world class gym. But lack of air conditioning.

Housekeeping did a good job every day, keeping everything tidy and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, which is important in Medan’s warm weather. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and whenever I needed assistance, the team responded quickly. The breakfast selection was decent, with a mix of local Indonesian dishes and simple international options. It was a good way to start the day before heading out. Facilities like the swimming pool and gym were also available and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant 7-day stay, and I would recommend Emerald Garden Hotel to anyone visiting Medan for business or leisure.

A dated, but generally nice hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, and details and amenities are lacking. However, the accommodation, with its beautiful view, is perfect for Instagram posts. The location is quiet and quite remote. The service is very friendly and attentive, although communication in English was a bit sluggish at times. Overall, a good stay, but the price is too high.

My diet was a bit off and my stomach wasn't feeling well, but the hotel service was decent. We were on a business trip, and this hotel was recommended by our client. Indonesia is very humid and hot, but overall, the hotel was pretty good!

I wish I could say it was ideal, because the hotel has the potential for that - but unfortunately it's not exactly that. The location is super, the building is what you can expect from an ex-Radisson hotel, but the problems with the cleanliness and the very aged bed linen left me a far from perfect first impression. Plus, at 4pm they still didn't have my room ready and asked me to wait 10-15 minutes. After escalating the problem to the manager I got a better room and from there on everything was OK, but the welcome was not at the level I expected.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, right opposite a Starbucks. However, traffic can be quite congested. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. On a side note, the new spa downstairs is excellent, offering great value for money. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely consider staying at this hotel.

We had 2 night gate away here, Fantastic stay 💕💕💕💕💕!!! Breakfast superb! Beach is gorgeous view , facilities are top knot ! I had a lot of pretty photos taken here in the hotel area. Every corner is fabulous photo spot !!

It's our 3rd stays in 2026 😀😀. Every staff in the hotel is excellent. This time we choosed to stay at Rm 1615, unfortunately it was too warm weather on the day and air conditioning couldn't make it to level as we need, so we asked to replace another room for the next 2 nights, then all were very good as usual. Breakfast was still very good and with variety of choice. Of course, I just ate what I choose. No more taking a lot of images, all images were already in my past review😀😀

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers using Kualanamu International Airport. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
