Hotels With Pool in Liguria, Italy

Stay was standard and as expected. Large room and large bathroom.  Staff were very helpful however, we requested for a higher floor and with sea view which they accommodated they also accommodated and prepared a breakfast box as we were due to checkout very early before the service started.

Chambre spacieuse et assez confortable même si nous avons dû réclamer des couvertures non fournies, pas de bouilloire. Les informations sur l'hôtel et ses équipements devraient etre mis à disposition des clients dans la chambre. Je devais appeler la réception mais aucun numéro affiché. Grosse déception pour l'accès au SPA devenu payant (les années précédentes le SPA était inclu) et cette info n'apparaît pas sur le site de l'hôtel. Et malheureusement, j'avais choisi cet hôtel pour profiter d'un moment bien-être entre amies. L'enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants est trop long ! Nous avons attendu 30 minutes (2 couples devant nous) pour passer à l'accueil. Malgré la propreté de l'établissement et le personnel accueillant, nous ne retourneront pas dans cet établissement qui demande à améliorer certains points négatifs (pas de toilettes au restaurant, il faut descendre au sous-sol...)

The overall feeling is okay. Facilities: Facilities are OK, there is an elevator but no air conditioning. Hygienic: The sanitary condition is OK, and the whole is clean. Environment: OK, in the mountains, the air is fresh. Service: Good service and warm reception.

Following the hotel last night, another very good Best Western, the view of the mid-mountain is unbeatable, the hotel staff is very polite, and brought three room cards for different rooms, took me upstairs, and let me choose one!

The room was clean with a swimming pool available for kids. Location is close to the beach and pier, but no water, tooth brush and etc was provided.

Breakfast was a lavish spread of freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and various fruits and cereals, providing the perfect start to my day. I took advantage of the hotel's beautiful outdoor pool area. The pool area featured comfortable loungers, allowing for relaxing and soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The true highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi staff. They were always friendly, courteous, and eager to assist, making me feel at home. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable and contributed significantly to my overall experience. My stay at the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi in Sestri Levante was an unforgettable experience that exceeded my expectations. The stunning location, luxurious accommodations, and exceptional service create a magical and memorable getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing escape on the Italian Riviera.

Es ist ein recht altes Gebäude, wahrscheinlich soetwas wie ein kleines Kloster, d. h. Breite Flure mit alten Holzdielen, Höhe Räume, viele Verzierungen, Es hat was, Unser Zimmer war angemessen, wie beschrieben, allerdings eine recht alte Ausstattung, es sollte mal erneuert werden.Zudem hatten wir noch eine riesige Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt, schon toll. Dennoch, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt, wir sind zufrieden. Es gibt ein sehr hochwertiges und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wer auf einen guten Start in den Tag Wert legt, ist hier richtig. Kleine Geschäfte und Lokale sind wirklich nur wenige Meter die Straße runter entfernt.

The hotel was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. It was a bit of a hassle getting checked in online to get our “digital” room key. There was no one at reception so we had to call multiple times and chat via whatsapp. Ended up talking about 45 minutes.

Nice hotel with perfect parking garage and very good breakfast and coffee, kind breakfast staff and clean and spacious room.
