The facilities and hospitality of the hotel mentioned above are close to full marks. On the other hand, unfortunately the cleaning of the hot spring bath is not so good, and there is nothing that can be done about the quality of the hot spring water. And the quality of the dinner. The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

酒店名是花千鄉，谷歌地圖導航要搜這個名。預訂了兩個不同套型，都帶陽台（設備平台），河川景色都不錯，酒店早晚餐都很棒！另外切記入住時和前台預約退房後的接送公交，否則等退房時再説就會面臨無車可坐。是一家老牌温泉酒店，服務員整體彬彬有禮，由於晚到入住時告知晚餐被取消，但後來又致電到房間表示準備了晚餐請儘快去就餐，餐廳服務人員雖有催促就餐，但態度不錯也一直説抱歉，其實這事由於我們早前失誤，所以不能全責怪酒店，人家也有工作下班時間，因此我們也在預約時間裏卡點晚餐結束哈哈。還是謝謝餐廳提供服務。總體是一家推薦入住的酒店，普通房面積也不算小，餐品和河川景色加分。小貼士：總之到鬼怒川要趁日間行，晚了連出租車都沒有哦。
