Bathroom needs upgrade. Old facilities and the cleaners don’t really clean well. Family type hotel so lots of kids running around and shouting but it gets quiet around bedtime. Conveniently located to tourist attractions. Transportation and downtown area also a walking distance. Breakfast buffet really great. Staff really friendly and responds quickly. Overall I had a pleasant stay there.

The Grand Plaza is a nice place to stay. Rooms are large and very clean. Great water pressure! Staff is polite and very attentive. In house breakfast has a great variety of both Asian and Western foods. Hotel restaurants are good, but not very busy due to the overabundance of local restaurants that surround the hotel, most of which have menus with English on them. You can get a great Korean mean for less than $10 within a block of the Grand Plaza in any direction.

It is a bit difficult to walk from Osong Station. However, there are many taxis, so it is convenient to use them. The facilities were very clean. If I need to stay in Osong next time, I would like to stay here.

Хорошее расположение, в номере не было запаха дыма сигарет что очень хорошо! Спокойный и тихий отель. В ванной комнате были все необходимые принадлежности ( разовая щётка, зубная паста , мыло, шампунь, гель для душа) . в моем номере небыло компьютера , но висел большой телевизор.
Кондиционер висит справа от кровати, когда лежишь дует прям в лицо

Breakfast is just average, only bread and coffee, the room is clean, there is a toilet with shit, shower gel and shampoo are all big bottles, but unfortunately the labels are only in Korean. Check the dictionary. There is floor heating in the house. . The location is quite convenient and it is not far to eat. There is parking, but I have never used it.

GGuest UserIt was nice that it was located right next to Cheongpung Lake and had a walking path that allowed you to tour Cheongpung Lake. However, since it was an old facility, there weren't many amenities. The water pressure was weak and the soundproofing wasn't very good, but most of it was satisfactory.

It seems to be the best hostel.
1. Experience of feeling like traveling to Switzerland at the end of the year
I visited in cold winter weather.
I felt very pretty and exotic experience to the feeling of coming to a local Swiss hotel.
The interior is built around red bricks.
There are a lot of small light bulbs and lights in the main color, so the warm atmosphere is full from the moment you enter the entrance.
It felt like I was on vacation to Europe at Christmas and the end of the year. There are mountains and rocks outside the window,
There's a fireplace burning firewood, so if you come out in the evening and look at the fireplace, it's really Switzerland.

I'm driving uphill from the entrance of the hotel.
It was a very big and pretty resort hotel.
Especially when you come in at night, the lights are on all the mountains along the road,
It's romantic and attractive enough to feel like I've rented a mountain for an event.
3. Room condition was so good. Overall, the room condition is very clean and there is no old feeling, including bed, bedding, toilet, sofa, table. Even if you go to a 5-star hotel in the area, the room condition feels old, and I think it's attractive, but the Nine Valley is really clean and tidy.
4. There are many and spacious spaces available in lounges, kids cafes, libraries, etc. All spaces are spacious and clean. I played for a while at the kids cafe.
The air conditioner adjusted the temperature, so the children played in Kika and the adults could rest comfortably next to them.
Even in the lounge on the 3rd floor, there is a 24-hour convenience store on the 1st floor, so if you buy a few cans of beer and drink in the lounge, it was so nice to have a year-end atmosphere.
5. And the hoteliers were very friendly.
