Hotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.

Every time I go on a business trip, I will stay at this hotel. The room is large, breakfast, quiet around, very close to the US and Juarez airport, very convenient, the waiter's attitude is very good

Stayed here for 8 nights. Love the fact they had a restaurant, laundry area and gym . Would definitely recommend staying here quiet and safe area .

The hotel is on the mountain with a great view. The hotel breakfast is made on site and is delicious. However, there are some problems with the service system, which made me take the elevator twice.

The room is quite large and very quiet, but the partition walls are basically made of wooden boards. You can feel it if you move next door. This is also the case in many hotels in the United States. Maybe this is a local characteristic. Breakfast was very good

The insulation of this hotel is terrible you can hear everything from outside and from the hallways of the hotel, they really need to replace the doors of the rooms and windows.
