The hotel room is big and there are many restaurants nearby, but the towels are not very clean and are black. The gym on the 6th floor is big and the swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. I stayed there for 6 days in total and it was safe to walk on the road at night.

Advantages: 1, the location is excellent, it is very convenient to go to the museum. 2, breakfast is good, there is Chinese fried rice the next day.
Disadvantages: The decoration and facilities are old, the stairs are poorly soundproofed, and the sound of the air conditioning pipe can be heard tomorrow at night, and a room is still the same in the middle.

This hotel was recommended to me by an American employee (from Mexico) who went on a business trip with me. It is said to be the most famous hotel. Breakfast is the best. I think the breakfast is the best I've ever had on an overseas business trip. In general, everything is satisfactory.

It's ok because it's 10 minutes away if the car is not blocked from the airport
The subway station is also 5 minutes walk away, so it is convenient to go

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

GGuest UserThe room is not big, but it is enough for me. Towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, hair dryer, tissues, etc. are provided. Slippers and toothpaste and toothbrush need to be brought by yourself. The mineral water you catch up with is charged, but the cleaning staff will give you water for free. If not, it is also convenient to buy it outside.
I think the location of this hotel is good. It looks like a busy area, close to Reform Avenue, surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, and is located in a relatively beautiful and safe street. The price is also good. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.

GGharibI booked room, for my sister and me. It was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and amazing. I spent 10 days there, a week for a conference and 4 days to explore Mexico City. Loved it, highly recommend it, the place is in a very good location. A little thing about us, we are two Arab hijabi girls, so if you are a hijabi, don’t worry you won’t face racial discrimination against you.

The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the breakfast starts a little late. It doesn't start until nearly 8 o'clock. If you go out early in the morning, you won't be able to use breakfast.
