We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

The hotel is right by the sea, so you can watch the sunrise from your bed. In the evening, when the tide is out, you can collect clams. The front desk service is excellent, and there's a swimming pool directly facing the ocean. Parking is free. The room is large, clean, and comfortable, and you can hear the sound of the waves while you sleep. The only minor drawback is that the towels and sheets are a bit old, but everything else is great.

Wonderful 3D2N Family Stay at Swiss-Grand Hotel, Kuantan We recently enjoyed a 3D2N family vacation at Swiss‑Grand Hotel Kuantan, and it was truly a memorable and relaxing experience for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile, which made us feel comfortable right away. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a family stay. We especially loved the beautiful sea view and the calming sound of the waves, which created a peaceful atmosphere throughout our trip. Housekeeping services were excellent and consistent during our stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s facilities. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, while the direct beach access allowed us to enjoy relaxing walks and family bonding time by the sea. The environment was safe and family-friendly. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options suitable for both adults and children. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing seaside getaway in Kuantan. We would definitely love to return again in the future! ✨ Thank you for making our family trip such a wonderful memory!

The building was very dated, the smell of the air refresher was too overpowering and from the lobby to corridor and to the lift, all smells are different. The smell in the lift was unbearable. For the price and the name of Hyatt, I expected much better quality in the rooms and amenities. The gym was old, dark and low ceiling. The restaurant was too small for the number of rooms. You have to queue to go for breakfast. The food was mediocre. No taste in the vegetable lodeh, dhal. The coffee from the coffee machine was bad, too bitter and acidic. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel. It felt like a 3 star instead of a 5 star. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is located next to the beach.

No toothbrush or other toiletries, just a body wash. Everything else was okay. There aren't many Chinese restaurants nearby, so it was a bit hard to find good food, and the beach was just average.

Great location which just in fromt of East Coast Mall. The room is nice, comfortable and spacious to stay. I stayed here during Ramadhan, so it’s easy to get food for Iftar at the shopping mall. The hotel also provide Sahur with variety of foods. However, the room can be improved especially in the toilet which got some black stains. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will repeat again.

Small room but we checked in for a rest so it is sufficient for us. Only one thing, i suggest people do not go park at the basement because when came at the morning our car is full of cotton “snow”. The hotel laundry is nearby so….yeah

We stayed on the 34th floor, the view from our room is very nice, it is facing Genting. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Plus point is there is an additional basin in the room outside the toilet. Amber parking and it is free, you just need to validate your car plate no. with the reception every time you are driving out. The bathroom shower area was flooding and almost overflowed to the toilet area. The toilet is smelly even though we switched on the vantilation fan in the toilet for the whole day.

This beachfront guesthouse truly excels in both the guest experience and its management. It boasts stunning sea views, with clean, well-lit rooms; some even offer direct sunset views over the ocean. The front desk and room service teams are professional and courteous, handling check-ins, luggage storage, and in-room requests promptly. The property is well-designed with excellent facilities for families and vacationers, and the beach is just a short walk away. It's an ideal getaway for families, couples, and friends. Overall, the stay was comfortable and offered great value for money, reflecting excellent operational standards. It's definitely a place worth revisiting and recommending.

SSyikin AhmadLocation is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient shops. Use the connection bridge at L5. Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive. Parking is allocated for 1 car. The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop. Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater. Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.

Ssaree3Amma make this one short, The place is nice, staff were amazing, food could be alot better i mean depedns its almost all Asian. For all coming to visit, this place is more like a romantic trip than a family vacay. The beach is very bad TBH its all rocky, no beach front that you can actually lay on and enjoy the dash o'water The closest lets say snorkelling requires a package purchase or if you know a sea taxi, as relying on this beach's marine life its sad, dead coral everywhere.

PPOH WEI WONGThis hotel is really a gem for a short vacation who seek for comfort, quiet, family-friendly facilities. I like the children pool which is clean, no chlorine smell and most importantly, warm. At night the view from the deck is really fantastic. The staffs are courteous and helpful. The only downside is they were a group of men smoking inside the children playground, the security guard should play a strict role to refrain them from doing that.

RRyan DongThe hotel is very nice—spacious and cozy. There are restaurants, a morning market, convenience stores, and even a fun fair nearby, all within walking distance, making it very convenient. You can also find massage services nearby for relaxation. The breakfast is excellent. The room offers a beautiful mountain view, and I highly recommend choosing a mountain-facing room so you can enjoy the sunrise.

WWanee ZulkifliMe and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

JJane ZZZThis newly opened Service Apartment offers a great alternative for staying at the top. It's about 15mins walk up to the Sky Avenue and about 15mins down to the Chin Swee Cave Temple (both via a fully covered Linkway equipped with escalators). The room is spacious and the view from the balcony is nice. It is also connected to the Antara Signature Mall which is progressively opening up. Some teething issues as it's still new, but nothing major so we enjoyed our stay overall.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had mixed experiences. On the plus side, the hotel's mountain-top location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views and a 15-20 minute drive to the theme park and ******. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. However, I had some significant concerns with the hotel's facilities, which felt outdated and in need of maintenance. There is a swimming pool with warm water, but no hot water shower at changing room after you swim. It's not possible to shower there before you back to your hotel room. Cleanliness could also be improved too. The biggest headache was the parking - while it's free for hotel guests, the process of validating and exiting the car park was convoluted and stressful, especially during peak hours. I.e. every time you exit the car park, you need to validate your touch n go card at hotel lobby (tower 2) while car park is at tower 7. You have to take lift to level 3 to walk across skybridge and take lift again to collect your car. Don't forget you only have 20 min to exit the car park after validation. And the parking lots themselves were also cramped and challenging to navigate. The hotel's layout, with multiple towers and levels, was confusing even for me, and I found myself getting lost daily. I e. Check in at tower 2, you may stay at tower 3, car park is at tower 7, and breakfast is at another tower. If you're comfortable with this, you might enjoy your stay, but I'd recommend exploring other options in Genting Highlands.

书豪This accommodation feels a bit older compared to when I stayed a few years ago, but the price has also significantly decreased, making it a reasonable and fairly good value for money option given its current rate and overall facilities. I stayed on the 29th floor this time, primarily to experience being surrounded by mist, which was indeed a unique and rather special highlight of this place. However, the dining options around or within the hotel are quite limited. The only thing that really impacted my experience was a connecting door to the adjacent room, which had poor soundproofing. Around 1 AM, I could clearly hear a man and two women talking in the next room, which disturbed my sleep. If you prioritize quietness, I'd recommend confirming the room type with the hotel beforehand.
