On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they canāt see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception,
I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas.
Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night.
Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

yanny9418This is truly the ultimate 'all-inclusive' experience! The room has a great view, and every morning I woke up to a delicious, hot meal waiting for me. The landlady is not only welcoming but also a fantastic cook. While the dishes aren't luxurious, they're incredibly fresh and hygienic. The best part about staying here is not having to worry about what to eat; just trust the landlady with your stomach, and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other daysāthe meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

It must have been destiny! Here's the gist: I initially planned to stay just one night and then move on, as my business clients are scattered all over the place š. But now I've extended my stay for four more days because I simply can't leave! Honestly, after traveling through nearly 10 African countries, this Chinese-run hotel is the only one I've been truly satisfied with. The price is reasonable, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but what really sealed the deal is the food ā breakfast, lunch, and dinner are absolutely amazing and so nourishing! Every meal is different, with at least 8 delicious and appetizing dishes š. Don't compare it to China; this is just a recommendation for Chinese travelers visiting Lagos, Nigeria. To be honest, I truly hope our future trips will lead us to similar Chinese hotels. The general manager is hands-on, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, and the head chef, a friendly young man from Dalian, is so welcoming and hospitable. In short, the setup gets full marks, and the quality of service also gets full marks from me ā you can decide for yourselves! Check out the pictures!

Hygiene: Satisfied

Chinese Buffet Lunch: Rich variety and delicious
Chinese Buffet Dinner: Rich variety and delicious

I came to Nigeria for a business trip, and choosing Shu Garden Hotel was such a great decision! The pool water was crystal clear, and it even had a treadmill next to it ā a dream come true for fitness enthusiasts. You can combine cardio and relaxation without having to specifically look for a gym. The security was also incredibly reassuring; there's strict registration for entry and exit, so I felt completely safe strolling around the grounds at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive, with every detail taken care of. Next time I'm in Nigeria, I'm definitely staying here again!
They also have KTV rooms and such, which are perfect for business entertaining. Plus, it's right next to a bay ā I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel in my home country that offers such a unique location.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort ā spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

The rooms are pretty good, quite big and clean. The only thing is that I lost a mobile phone. I donāt know if it was taken away by the sanitation staff.

The hotel bedroom are not up to 4star standard. The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldnāt even eat the fish itās was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .
flies in the dining room. I complained to the manager. Which she apologised and changed me to another room which was a bit better but not 4star standard. There pool side was ok for the night life. There staffs are good but the hotel needs a good maintenance

Beautiful hotel with top notch facilities and warm friendly staff. Excellent security. Delicious varied food with several food options of where to eat. The voews from the pool and room were amazing. Most of the time room was cleaned to a high standard, all the staff canāt do enough for you and the only trouble we had was when I extended my stay for an extra night they forgot to update the access card and i was disturbed by the cleaning staff who had not been advised the room was still occupied. Overall a wonderful stay, iād recommend and iāll be coming back!

Itās a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated.
We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.
