GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy. The first floor is a bit damp, but higher floors are fine.
Recommended: Sea view, clear swimming pool, three meals included, free bottled water, 24-hour hot water. You can also opt for a private kitchen, BBQ, bubble tea, and entertainment like KTV and Mahjong.
Downsides: Occasionally, there's a faint smell of dead rats and sewage from the outdoor patio. The tap water is yellowish, there are frequent power outages, and the 4G network is poor.

AAnonymous UserThis is a hotel first and foremost, then a restaurant. However, I feel they haven't quite sorted out their priorities.
The hotel's service (software) is fine, but the facilities (hardware) don't measure up. The renovation seems a bit slapdash, probably just a quick refresh. Some of the older fixtures and fittings were simply covered up. While you can't see them, you can definitely smell them, as there's a persistent musty odor in the room that won't dissipate.
Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. You don't even need loud noises; just people walking down the hallway, and their footsteps come through crystal clear into the room.
As for the restaurant, the food tastes good, and the portion sizes are generous. What I can't quite understand, though, are the several dogs roaming around near the food serving area, shaking their fur.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

GGuest UserFour Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldn’t even eat the fish it’s was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .

DDouble-oneI've stayed here multiple times. Whenever I come to Lagos, I usually choose this hotel, especially since there aren't many options on Victoria Island. The Asian restaurant on the 2nd floor is quite good.

MmcpoThe following are the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 201 that day. Hotel location: Lagos has convenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for the bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: It is separated into dry and wet areas. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself, it is ok. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded and were quite nice during my stay. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in.

SSamkelisiwe Pamella NokwenzaIt’s a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated.
We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.
