Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

Ii need a flat iron then i call from housekeeping dial 5 a girl answered i told her my intention of calling , but she in a sarcastic way she said u can birrow a flat iron only for 30 mins and i just said if only 30 mins maybe later ill borrow then i just hang up after an hour i called again in the housekeeping different girl answered she said akright i will bring it now to your room and the service boy just signed this maam, snd thrn no more i asked the boy after i finished do i need ti call he said no msm just left it outside.. so after i finished i just call the housekeeping the girl said alright i will send somebody yo pick it up until i checkout the flat iron still in our room… how come service person sometimes rude but the ithers are not… i hope that bayview park hotel train well their service attendant specially answering guest in right manner… not to sarcastic and too exaggerated ways…

I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries

It was a great stay for all of us. I booked 2 standard twin rooms and stay overnight just to unwind and enjoy strolling at MOA. The hotel is clean and breakfast is also good. The price is also very affordable.We tried the sauna and the pool and we enjoyed the experience.

It was a nice and clean hotel. It’s just across Market market and SM aura. Also perfect if you want to roaming around bonifacio high street. Their breakfast is ok, typical filipino breakfast. They also have indoor swimming pool, not big but it’s fine we manage to enjoyed it. We stayed in 18th floor and facing SM aura. View was beautiful. The aircondition working so well, it was so cold, maybe because there was a typhoon when we stayed there. All in all, it was comfortable and accesible to stay here. We’ll definitely coming back.🫰

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Hotel 101 for the exceptional service we received during our stay. When I made my online booking, I included a special request asking if there was any complimentary surprise for my child's graduation since it was a very special occasion for our family. I honestly didn't expect anything, so I was truly touched when the manager personally approached me to ask if it would be okay to prepare a chocolate cake as our welcome gift. Upon entering our room, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake and a handwritten Congratulations card from the hotel. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. Thank you so much to the manager and the entire staff for your kindness, thoughtfulness, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciated everything you did to make our stay extra special. This was already our second stay at Hotel 101, and because of this wonderful experience, we will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! Thank you, Hotel 101!

The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores.

The location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

We had a wonderful stay at Lanson Place and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the things that stood out the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by. The service and hospitality made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and pre-dinner drinks—such lovely extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The infinity pool was another highlight, with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had such a lovely and memorable experience at Lanson Place. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Manila. Highly recommended! ❤️
