Great price deal, I love the coffee which is served 24 hours in the hotel lobby. Also, plenty of parking spots are available. Only the breakfast is average in my opinion.

Two adults and two children stayed in four beds, and the original standard room looked a bit crowded. The price on Saturday surprised me, 4400 yuan š, but it is good to stroll around.
Check in was easy, night shift front desk, Nicole, is friendly and helpful. Whereas the morning crews donāt seem to like their job, canāt see any smile during the day.

The room I booked is larger and the breakfast is more abundant. The hotel is in the center of the city. There are more rooms around the hotel to choose from. It is convenient to eat. There is an indoor pool and gym.
There is a children's swimming pool, many children and parents are playing, the hotel is large, the swimming pool is also very large. There is a lake opposite, the nearby is still under construction, you can walk around, there is nothing to go shopping

Very Good
GGuest UserThis probably would have been a great place to stay. The issue I had was with Trip/Expedia. As i was looking for a place to stay for a Dr. appointment, somehow on this particular site the date ended up being incorrect and I didn't notice as it had been correct on all the other motels I had looked at but...
I knew I had to be there so signed up for a non-refundable night. Didn't catch the incorrect date until after I had approved it. I looked through contact options and they had one listed that said incorrect date, ok should be no problem, I will just change the date and still stay there. The site said they had to contact the merchant, ok I can see that, I knew the night I NEEDED to stay was more expensive but was ok with that. Got a message saying the merchant wasn't going to allow me to change as it was a non-refundable night, I wasn't trying to not stay there just change the date. I happened to be in the town so I stopped at the motel and talked with the manager and was told that they couldn't change it without the approval of Trip/Expedia hmm guess they must be the āmerchantā rather than the hotel. So I ādonatedā the cost of a room to some corporation. So Trip/Expedia for what it's worth I will not be using you again for any travel.
AAnonymous UserThis price is completely beyond our expectations, especially in a hotel adjacent to a few hundred meters, hit by a bad environment, changed to here immediately feel comfortable, clean and tidy, service enthusiasm, mainly security is great. Thanks also to the customer service staff of Trip.com for their online help.
GGuest UserThis is one of 2 places we stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip so weāve stayed several times in the past because of the value. The furniture in our room was beaten up and needs replaced, the water pressure in the shower was bad and water wasnāt hot enough for me, but we managed. All in all, this is a good place to stay if youāre not picky about decor as it was clean, just needs some updating. Weāll most likely stay here again since itās suite type rooms giving extra space to wrap the gifts I buy and the price is decent.
GGuest UserThe New Victorian Inn worked well for our brief stay of just 2 nights. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the location is easy to find and close to lots of restaurants. The sink area was tiny but adequate, the bathroom is very compact as well but clean and stocked with plenty of towels. The complimentary soap and shampoo is by Dove (good choice!) The one weird oddity of the room was a metal panel around the base of the bed that made a huge āgongā every time I ran into it. The breakfast buffet was served from 5-10 and includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes and waffles. There was also 4 kinds of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and a decent coffee. My husband did not like the scrambled eggs, but he is very picky.
GGuest UserCheck-in clerk was friendly until I declined the $3 added to my bill for a tip for staff; then after that she acted like she didn't want to talk to me. Sorry, but I've never before had to decline a tip presumptively added to my hotel bill. Seems like a scam by the hotel to put me in the awkward position of declining a tip for staff who are looking me in the face when I do it, and I resent that, so I don't feed into it. Just pay your staff what they deserve to take the job and don't put me in that position.
So I was put in a room right next to the lobby which was maybe my punishment for declining to add the tip, and was very noisy.
The room had a pungent musty odor but otherwise seemed clean.
GGuest UserThe location is ok, just on the route of the free shuttle bus on the day of the conference in May. On the first weekend of May, hotel prices across the city almost doubled. Room size: 2 people are enough, one person is enough. Overall not bad.
GGuest UserTh Hotel was great. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our event of The Murder/Mystery Dinner that was held there, was also, top notch! If I had to pick anything that disturbed us, which wasn't The Hotel's fault was , the homeless guy shouting at us with tatoos on his face from the intersection while leaving. Looks as if there's a ācampā or something growing by the 72nd and Grover area. Luckily for Omaha, the bridge construction has ceased traffic in this area to give āthe un-housedā time for Satanic cardboard artwork and language classes for āspeaking in tonguesā. Overall, it was great night.
BBjfigProperty staff was very kind, prompt to any requests, for a small staff, they do superb work to keep the location cleanly, up and running, nice, quiet location tucked in the corner a few miles away from the interstate. Definitely 4/5 stars, fair pricing, offer a nice suite, upgraded suite inclusive with a fireplace, breakfast exactly what it states on the website. Pictures from the hotel websites add up pretty well. Easily accessible gym, pool, on site laundry, etc. Fair pricing for a nice business travel.
