"At this hotel the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the security staff are rude and aggressive, we had one security staff member demand that my wife remove her motor scooter before the premises before 10 pm despite she was a paying guest, and we had in fact the right to use the underground parking all night! Yes, the hotel has a policy that non-paying visitors must leave the hotel by 10 pm, but rather than check if the motor scooter user is a paying guest or not the hotel security staff would rather just threaten paying guests.
WE WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN, AS THE SECURITY STAFF ARE CONSIDERED TO BE MORE IMPORTANT THAT THE PAYING GUESTS."

"Hygiene: The hygiene in the bathroom is a bit unbelievable. The toothbrush and shampoo bag used by the previous tenant were still left on the iron rack for shower gel in the bathroom.
Facilities: The bed board is much larger than the mattress. When I got up at night, I couldn’t see and my feet were covered with blood!
Service: Check-in was a bit slow. We booked 11 rooms and it took almost an hour to check in!
Environment: The hotel courtyard environment is OK."
高高StingThe best value of this lodge, is the friendly and helpful service staffs. They deserve 5 stars.
I booked Grab car for return trip but was cancelled by driver without any advanced notice. When I tried to book local Grab bikes and cars, no one answered. It made me understand that I was in jungle, not as convenient as in the city. While I was asking the lodge reception and ready for paying double cost to get a return trip, reception staffs discussed and called a private bus which costs VND120,000(around 1/10 Grab car cost) to Bien Hoa. I realized that they tried to help me instead of taking advantage of my transportation problem. What pure souls I met, thanks God!
Anyway, if the owner of the lodge can read this article, please improve the problems I mentioned. I killed 21 mosquito in my room one night. I believe I could kill another 20, if I stayed another night. There's frequent motor rotation noise annoyed me whole night. If you can not remove the motor-driven machine, do you consider to make the room I lived a warehouse. The hotel has best location, nature beauty and excellent staffs, one single room should not become low quality burden of the lodge.
The food is good, the same quality and expense as in the city.
AAussiestevieThe only reason you would find yourself in Bien Hoa is for business or ( like me ) family reasons. I stayed 8 nights at the Aurora Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and a good size. The bathroom is also a reasonable size but the shower is over the bath meaning it is quite a big step over the baths side when entering or exiting from a shower. The Aurora has one of the best bathroom kits I have ever seen. As well as the usual kit there is also shower cap,Emery board and a vanity kit which I discovered had packaged cotton earbuds. The soundproofing in the rooms is woeful. Coughs, conversations and TV from adjoining rooms was easily heard. Air con and Wifi both good. Swimming pool lovely and clean and well equipped gym. Now to breakfast, all I can say is, as a Westerner , go in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed, though eggs are cooked to order. All staff were helpful and pleasant
GGuest UserThe hotel is truly a five star hotel, and is an amazing value for the money. The location is in Bien Hoa, but one can order Grab service to go anywhere easily. Breakfast was top of the line, many choices and various cousins were offered (but mainly Asian). The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, same for the bathroom. It was a quiet gateway from the bustling streets around. The front desk staff was super nice and courteous. The hotel facilities seem to be used often for high level meetings and family celebrations. The top floor restaurant offers amazing views and a surprisingly affordable Korean and Japanese menu. I would stay here again without hesitation.

GGuest UserThis medium size hotel is a real gem in a quiet walkable area of Bien Hoa. Only four stories tall, but with a tidy little gym and a warm saltwater swimming pool, buffet breakfast, laundry services, coffee shop, and lovely outdoor lounging area on a quiet street. The staff are quite accommodating and free parking available across the street. I found my rooms to be fairly quiet, except for street noise through the single pane windows. Guest comfort should improve when the housekeeping department is properly organized. I think too much of the buffet is left under hot lights for hours in the morning but there’s good Selection. I would happily stay there again.

AAnonymous UserThere was a staff member who spoke Japanese at the front desk. I took a rest in a quiet place. Breakfast was also delicious. I want to stay next time I go to Longcain.
GGuest UserWe felt very well in the Lodge. The pool is large, the water is fresh and the view is beautiful. The accommodation equipment is simple, but good. The air conditioning works well. The view of the river was astonishing. The operators of the facility were very helpful and friendly. 150 m further the ferry was leading to the National Park. Ideal. I would book again.
