The waiter's eldest sister is very good. She also came to help. It still didn't work. Finally, the window of the room was locked and opened. In such a tall hotel, the breakfast coffee machine did not have a coffee cup. The waiter asked me to drink it in a column cup. The coffee tasted not to be said. 3. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality. And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. The bathing facilities here are well-maintained, the water is clear, the environment is elegant, and the staff are always there when you need them, without being intrusive. What I find most unforgettable is the hotel's personalized service. I remember one time I accidentally left a coat in my room. After contacting the hotel, they not only kept it safe but also proactively arranged for it to be couriered back to me. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. The hotel is well located, near to shopping mall and restaurants. The room was comfortable, big, tidy and clean. There was a washing machine at the room and soap was available for free. So convinient to wash the clothes. Breakfast with a lot of options, everything tasty. Staff really kind. Bottles of water were also included for free, for each day. Highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel, located just over 4 kilometers from the ”Only Dream of the Red Chamber: A Theatrical Fantasy City,” specifically to see the show. My two girlfriends and I booked a triple room. The room was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and the shower, toilet, and washbasin were three separate spaces, making washing up convenient and undisturbed. The room's Wi-Fi was also excellent, making it easy to transfer and share photos after returning to the room at night. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Even when the hotel was fully booked and busy, the service remained warm, patient, and meticulous. It's very family-friendly, with a comfortable environment and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for family trips, I genuinely recommend it!

I initially thought a design-focused hotel like this might have mediocre service, but my experience was actually a huge plus. Saria was wonderful – never intrusive, but always on hand to help promptly when needed, and she communicated everything clearly, so I didn't have to keep checking in myself. Overall, it's a place where the space leaves a lasting impression, and the service perfectly complements the experience. I'd definitely recommend it to friends for a stylish stay or a quiet getaway.

The hotel is super big, the room is also big and clean, with a bathtub, the breakfast has a lot of variety, and the environment is particularly good. What I like most is the service, opening the car door, taking the luggage and delivering things, and the housekeeper added me to solve problems at any time.

The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.
