The hotel offers a free shuttle service from Taizicheng High-Speed Rail Station, which takes only 10 minutes to reach the hotel, super convenient! The hotel staff are very friendly, always smiling, and very welcoming. Bottled drinking water is provided in unlimited quantities, and the room is very clean. There's also a small balcony where adults can enjoy a drink and the scenery, which is very pleasant.

The views are fantastic! On the day of departure, the front desk even sent a text message with directions for driving there, which was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. It took about two hours to drive from Beijing to the hotel. We pre-registered our car and were able to park it in the parking lot. They even have fast-charging stations. We also pre-booked the public hot spring and enjoyed the Eye Stone hot spring. The breakfast quality was also excellent. I highly recommend coming here for the experience!

A few days before our trip, she provided a super comprehensive guide for first-timers, covering everything from the highway exit and park entrance registration to parking fees, tidal schedules, reservation channels for various venues, and the locations of dining halls for all three meals. She even detailed where to go for morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, completely saving me from staying up late to plan. Upon arrival, the park was huge, and I was disoriented with our luggage. Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. When we temporarily needed extra towels and drinking water, they were delivered to our room within minutes. What impressed me most was the perfect balance of her service – she never bothered us with frequent messages while we were enjoying ourselves, yet she was always available to help whenever we had a question. The hotel itself is minimalist and tranquil, offering great comfort. Coupled with Wendy's detailed and reliable guidance throughout, our first Aranya trip was absolutely flawless, with no missteps or frustrations. We'll definitely be staying at Nuo An Yuan Jin next time and specifically requesting Wendy as our butler.

This hotel is located in Taiwu Town, surrounded by other hotels, making it very quiet. It also has an underground parking garage. The room itself is spacious, with a large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, all with separate wet and dry areas. While some of the furniture is a bit old, it's still perfectly functional. There's even a washing machine in the room, which I imagine would be very useful for ski trips in winter. The pet park, cable car, and restaurants are all conveniently located nearby. The front desk staff were very patient and answered all my questions. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the lamb soup and tofu pudding were delicious. Chongli truly is a treasure for escaping Beijing's summer heat – it's cool and not humid at all. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

I've stayed here a few times now, and the facilities, cleanliness, and environment are consistently excellent. However, there are quite a few issues: Firstly, the air conditioning is always too cold in summer; even with a light jacket and long pants, it's still freezing. Secondly, I tried to check in at 2:30 PM, and the front desk staff, a young man with glasses, told me my reserved room was ready and just being inspected, asking me to wait in the lobby and promising a call. After waiting for half an hour with no news, I went back to the front desk, only to find out my room key had already been processed, but no one had informed me. The staff member with glasses was also nowhere to be found. This level of service attitude and work efficiency is truly speechless. I hope the hotel strengthens its training for staff regarding their professional skills and service awareness.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful rest. Check-in was entirely self-service, quick and efficient. The facilities were complete, and the hygiene was top-notch, with a warm and elegant atmosphere overall. Great value for money, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. Two big and one small hot spring tickets: The hot spring is really bad. It is very small. It will be frozen to death when you enter the dressing room. After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management. Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast. They even sent some delicious welcome fruit. The room had great natural light and offered a fantastic view overlooking the city. The environment was quiet and peaceful. The front desk and room service staff were all very pleasant, and Shara always responded instantly whenever I had a question. The hotel itself was clean and elegant, instantly easing my travel fatigue. Highly recommended!

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's just a few minutes' walk to Laohu Stone Beach, and you're right by the sea as soon as you step out, making it super convenient to watch the sunset 🌅.
