This hotel definitely feels like a blast from the past. I saw a lot of reviews saying that before I booked, and it's absolutely true – it seriously feels like stepping back into the 80s. The facilities are quite old, and the cleanliness is just about what you'd expect for the price. The location was convenient for me, as it's right near where I was working for my business trip, which is why I chose it. Overall, the hotel service is actually very good, and the breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options. There's plenty of parking available, and it's free for hotel guests.

Excellent! The location is fantastic, very close to the Mountain Resort and easily walkable. Crucially, they have parking available, which is a huge plus, especially when all other nearby lots are full. I was even offered a complimentary room upgrade by the staff. For just over 100 RMB, I got a mountain view room, which was incredible value. I could lie in bed in the morning and watch the sunrise, with beautiful mountain and water views right outside my window. On the downside, the facilities are quite dated. The main issue was a strong, unpleasant sewage smell emanating from the drain.

From the moment I push open the hotel doors, the familiar Baroque-style decor greets my eyes, a faint fragrance permeates the air, and the front desk staff always know my surname, greeting me with a 'Welcome home, Mr./Ms. X,' instantly melting away my travel fatigue. I absolutely love the hotel's food; it's simply incredible! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 You must try their Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), and the breakfast spread is particularly rich and diverse. The hotel rooms consistently maintain a reassuring level of cleanliness and comfort. The bedding is just right for a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing for peaceful nights even in the bustling city. What touches me even more are the subtle touches of care: the humidifier, eye masks, and earplugs always available in the room are a godsend for someone like me who has specific sleep environment preferences. With each stay, I notice small updates to the room facilities, perhaps a new decorative item or upgraded toiletries. This continuous dedication makes me feel the hotel's relentless pursuit of quality. And 'Water World' is always a highlight I must experience. After a day of work or sightseeing, soaking in the hotel's bathhouse or swimming a few laps in the heated pool makes all fatigue disappear. After contacting the hotel, they not only kept it safe but also proactively arranged for it to be couriered back to me. Over the past two years and nearly ten stays, the Venice Water World Hotel has witnessed my business trips and also accommodated my leisure time. It has never shown any neglect despite my frequent visits; instead, each time it has surprised me with new delights and consistent warmth. It's not just a hotel; it's more like a 'home away from home' in Shijiazhuang, a sanctuary where I can let my guard down and rest peacefully. Ctrip orders indicate a free upgrade, but the scene denied the upgrade, and stayed for four days to give a room with a block. (Nonetheless, I still score objectively, I will not give 1 point for others, direct 0 points) The location is OK, there are many snack bars nearby, and it is not far from Yonghui Supermarket. The room is air-conditioned, the space is large, and the TV is very convenient to turn on. Bathing hot water is enough. Breakfast service is good, say 7.30, often considering the tight time of the guests, it will be opened in advance and humanized. The breakfast type is acceptable. The only strange thing is that the breakfast on the first day is delivered to the room and the breakfast room is not open.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.

Now that the children are older, it is rare to see triple rooms. The hotel is not large, but it is economical, practical, clean and hygienic. When I took my children out, I saw that the price of the parent-child room was often twice that of the standard room. I felt like I was being ripped off. From this point of view, this hotel was very attentive. Although they added a small mattress that was a bit hard, the hotel room was very quiet. I didn't know where the room I stayed in was next to, and it felt very strange that the neighbors were talking all night. But I still want to give a good review, why? Just out of conscience, the price is here. The hotel does provide breakfast. The restaurant is not big, but the simple breakfast tastes good. If I go to Yongnian in the future, I will still stay here.

The hotel is located right next to the Hebei Museum in Shijiazhuang, literally just downstairs, and the surrounding shopping malls are also very close, which is super convenient. Everything about the hotel is top-notch. It's a landmark building, quite tall, offering great views of Shijiazhuang's night lights. The room was clean and comfortable, and they even provided complimentary drinks. The only minor downsides were that during the Chinese New Year, there were a lot of guests, so breakfast service was a bit slow, and finding a seat was a challenge. Other than that, I couldn't find any faults. The room facilities were also very new. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant.

We booked a room by the hour, and the front desk not only called us less than 20 minutes early to urge us to check out, but also said that if we were even a few minutes late, they would charge us for an hour. Regarding the water, we drank small bottles of water. Every hotel provides complimentary water, which is placed on the table. Water that is chargeable should have a label next to it. Not only did they not label it, but they also charged us for two bottles of water. Moreover, the front desk's attitude was absolutely terrible! Working in the service industry and acting like a boss! Their tone was incredibly arrogant. Looks like they're the owner!

They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

We chose this hotel, located just over 4 kilometers from the ”Only Dream of the Red Chamber: A Theatrical Fantasy City,” specifically to see the show. My two girlfriends and I booked a triple room. The room was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas, and the shower, toilet, and washbasin were three separate spaces, making washing up convenient and undisturbed. The room's Wi-Fi was also excellent, making it easy to transfer and share photos after returning to the room at night. Overall, a fantastic stay!
