The location of the property is awesome, right at the steps of exit 5 of Tenjin station. The room is new and clean, bathroom is spacious and view from the reception/outdoor lounge at 19th floor overlooks Fukuoka city. There is also a complimentary lounge for guests at 18th floor that serves decent coffee and local snacks! Not sure where is the right pick up point as we had a little trouble looking for it when driving. Some streets are also blocked, but if you are taking public transport then I would highly recommend it! It was slightly tough to maneuver around with a big luggage opened up for our room size but the wardrobe is spacious so make use of that!
The hotel offers amenities for kids which is great. The rooms are spacious and perfect for family travellers. There are many photo worthy spots in the hotel and all day dining for staying guests. We will definitely stay again at this hotel during our next visit to Fukuoka.
Secluded high end hotel by the Fukuoka pier away from the city which most guests arrived by driving their own rental car. Both service and hotel premise are outstanding. They got well trained service oriented staff helped guests with sending their luggages to their room, and showed guests their room and made guests feel like a vip. They also got complimentary free flow of alcohols and snacks serving from 3-5pm and 8-11pm (with ramen serving at 10pm) at the lobby cafe which we appreciated and also enjoyed a lot. We attended these complimentary drink and snack outings mostly by ourselves alone without other guests.. However, there is some room to improve in terms of cleanliness in housekeeping as I found a piece of hair in the bed and some food on floor along with a receipt left by the previous guest which is not acceptable for this sort of high end hotel. I also requested for a room away from the noise and given that they only got 10-15 parties checked in last night with 5 floors, staff has assigned us to a room next to another party and we could hear the couple arguing at night when we opened the balcony door. Having said that we still found this hotel lovely as we appreciate the warmness of all the welcoming staff from the check in, the bonfire event from 8-10pm and all the lobby cafe staff throughout the whole stay. The room, the beds and amenities are all excellent.. I will recommend this hotel to friends in off peak seasons esp in a good discounted price.
We enjoyed staying at this beautiful traditional hotel. Serene Japanese garden, friendly service and nice hot spring. We loved everything about this hotel and will recommend to others!

The hotel is conveniently located 15 min away from Hakata Station. It has a nice onsen, and provides many refreshments for free at different times of the day eg ice cream, Yakult and ramen. The breakfast spread is good, and the food is delicious.
It was already night when I checked in on the first day. It was dark and scary when Jr came out, but it was right outside. The English at the front desk had a slight accent. The hotel was quite big. The breakfast was delicious. It was close to the aquarium and the park. It was quite quiet at night. There were almost no Chinese people.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, green fields, beautiful sunrises and sunsets at the seaside, and many check-in attractions, such as: Futamiura Couple Rocks and the white torii. It is definitely a recommended tourist place.
The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka is located in a prime location in the city center, adjacent to the Hakata business district and Canal City, and a 5-minute walk to the airport. The guest rooms are modern and luxurious, and the high-rise view rooms have a panoramic view of the city skyline. The intelligent temperature control system and the whole house smart home enhance the comfort. The executive lounge provides tea breaks and business support all day long, and the rooftop outdoor swimming pool overlooks the night view with ingenuity. In terms of dining, ”THE CUT” Teppanyaki specializes in Wagyu cuisine, and ”Ryugin” presents authentic Kaiseki aesthetics, both of which are recommended by Michelin. The hotel is equipped with a children's club, executive concierge and free airport transfers (need to be confirmed in advance), and the service is meticulous. Although it is positioned as high-end, it is indeed a good choice for business and leisure due to its scarce landscape and complete facilities.

Very Good
日日本女旅人The room does not have a TV, is using a projector, are more special, but sometimes the reception is poorer, so the image will sometimes be more blurry, the room can see the sea outside, also very comfortable. There is a bathtub Jacuzzi and complete toiletries. Only lack of some facilities, because the geographical environment is relatively far, so self-drive travel is more convenient, if there are no self-driving tourists, can only stay in the hotel, facilities are relatively lacking. And there is no barbecue in winter, it needs to be available in summer, which is more disappointing. But outside the hotel there are Qianqiu and small clock tower, can take pictures is also good.
YYU CHEAs soon as you enter, it is big

Would not live here if the hotel was full or expensive
