Romantic Hotels in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan

I used the buffet-style breakfast for a total of three days, but because no trays were provided, I had to go back and forth several times. The area where the food was placed was long and narrow, so people who picked up the food crossed each other, and in the area where I got the rice, people were clearly lined up in the opposite direction, taking the seaweed first and then the rice later, and there was no clear flow of flow, which was dissatisfying. This was because there were hardly any hall staff except for reception and tidying up, and there were no signs to guide the flow, so it was left up to the customers, and in this respect the service was worse than that of an average business hotel. The tables were also narrowly spaced from front to back, and were arranged in a long and narrow manner, so it was almost impossible to move sideways. It seemed that they were not aware of the problem, perhaps because they were turning a blind eye to the movement of customers when it was crowded, or because they didn't look like they were busy tidying up. There were only two coffee machines considering the number of customers, so patience was required. It is unfortunate that there are issues with the soft aspects, even though the facility itself is wonderful, reminiscent of the MSC Yacht Club.

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station, with some rooms offering distant views of the station. The lobby is bright and spacious, offering complimentary morning coffee and a microwave for guests. The self-check-in kiosks are very user-friendly; you just enter your booking number, and with Chinese language options, the check-in process is seamless and free of any language barriers. A 7-Eleven convenience store is conveniently located right next to the lobby, perfect for grabbing snacks and essentials. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. As a welcoming gesture, the mini-fridge contained two complimentary bottles of water and two mango puddings. A complimentary hot spring ticket was also provided. We managed to book this room during a 618 sale event for under 600 a night, which was absolutely fantastic value for money! Overall, a five-star experience; I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there.

Great location and room was very clean and spacious. It’s a very new hotel and everything is new and nice. Hotel location is great! It’s right next to the train station and shopping mall. There are many restaurants nearby so getting good food is easy. Will definitely come back to stay again if we visit Nagasaki again.

The hotel staff are very polite and hospitable. The hot spring facilities are also very good. There is an open-air bath with a beautiful environment. Horse oil is used for bathing and shampooing in the hot spring. In addition, the tatami is very comfortable and warm, and the breakfast is also delicious. Except for the old decoration of the room, everything else is very good and cost-effective. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel!

This hotel definitely ranks among the best I've ever visited. While the meal prices were a bit on the higher side, enjoying delicious food with an incredible ocean view made it entirely worth the cost. I loved being able to watch the sunrise right from my room, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to the lighthouse so you can catch the sunset too. The hot spring facilities were superb; I spent an entire day exploring all the different onsens and saunas. The complimentary cafe, where you can grind your own beans for fresh coffee, was another lovely touch.

Although the hotel is located on the mountain, there is a regular shuttle service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station and back. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would vote for this hotel if you do not mind the inconvenience of the hotel located in the mountain.

The hotel is so beautiful, you can overlook the whole of Kujukushima. Yumihari Observatory is just on the right hand side of the hotel. You can walk a little way to get there, but there are too many bees🐝, which is a bit scary. The public bath is made of transparent glass, you can enjoy the scenery outside while taking a bath, and you will feel relaxed. The room is large and quiet. The hotel is renovated not long ago. The buffet dinner is 220 yuan per person, and the dishes are very good👏

The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

The view was outstanding and it was good to enjoy fireworks. Perhaps because of the reduction in labor costs, it was pitch black when I entered the room, and there was no guide for the meal while the katen was closed. The futon should have been laid first, but it was self. I wandered from where to where I was eating. The bath was the best with a night view.
