Good location and quiet and comfortable rooms . Very nice bedding and good mattress .
No communal spaces in the hotel other than the lobby . No living room .
No laundry service at the weekend .
No English speaking staff and google translate didn’t seem to work for them which meant I had a lot of frustration in trying to find out some information .
If I spoke Japanese it would be a lot easier
Beautiful hotel, view was awesome the moment we stepped out of the train at the station. Pleasant surprise that we got free upgrades to rooms with park view that was so stunning. We took many beautiful pictures of the view. The breakfast was very impressive as well. The staff was very polite and provided good service with smiles. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.
The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. Driving up the hill may be a little challenging because the road is narrow and winding. Hotel stuffs are very polite and helpful. Breath taking view with a hotel pool where people use for the wedding reception. Just another beauty of Japan.
The air conditioning could not be adjusted and the greenhouse was a bit hot. But the view outside the window and the service of the hotel staff are really good
This is an excellent apartment-style hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of Nagasaki Station. It comes with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen with a gas stove and microwave, a washing machine, and air conditioning. Check-in is handled at a central front desk that serves several buildings. You'll find complimentary bath amenities, as well as tea and instant coffee readily available.
The bed was a bit small, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable; after a week, my back and neck started to ache (though the massage chairs at Amu Plaza helped with that).
However, these minor drawbacks are offset by its superb value-for-money location. We managed to see all the key city attractions in a week without using public transportation at all. The station is just a 5-minute walk, which was perfect for early departures to neighboring cities or late returns. There's also a 24-hour Yoshinoya and several key convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended for couples who plan to actively explore the region.
