This hotel was okay, like any other Ibis really.
Very closeby to restaurants and malls (by cab about 6 minutes).
Really catering to guests and offer tea & dates at reception, lovely staff.
The service is very good, the environment is very good, the price is very affordable, the stay is convenient and the transportation is convenient. The buffet is OK, the service is very good, the environment is very good, the price is very affordable, the stay is convenient and the transportation is convenient. The buffet is OK.
- The location is excellent inside the market, good for shopping 👍
What I didn't like:
The price is exaggerated, very expensive, and for the same price there are better and cheaper ones
The lounge is noisy downstairs until late at night, it is clear that the insulation is bad
The floors of the rooms have stains that need more cleaning
There is no hair dryer, and we asked for it, but unfortunately they brought it to us the next day
Delay in checking in after 6 pm and the noise from 10 am to alert us to leave
The rooms and equipment are really old, this hotel can actually stay and then wait until check out and then pay more! It is not very convenient to go out to eat and shop. Fortunately, there is something to eat in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant owner is not bad. I know that I am a Chinese who has been shouting to give me a discount and said that he said Pakistanis. The Chinese have given a lot of help, Pakistan and Chinese brothers.
Although the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene is OK, the room is relatively large, and it is quite comfortable for two people to stay in. The breakfast is also good, and the cost performance is high. But the window cannot be opened for ventilation.
The location is OK, right by the sea, and you can see the sea in a five-minute walk. It is still very pleasant to go to the beach to watch the sunset and blow the sea breeze at night. There are many locals on the beach for picnics, and there are snack carts. Or you can take a taxi to Jeddah Corniche, which is also very close, about 20 minutes, and the scenery there is more beautiful. Overall, I am still very satisfied.
Facilities: The hotel is quite new and the room equipment is good
Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic.
Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.
Unfortunately the cleaning to the room could have been improved upon, quite a lot of dust in the carpet.
Disappointed that we were told that we can swap the breakfast with shour at the time of checking to be told no at 3am in the morning and that we had to order breakfast in the room.
We ordered American breakfast which consisted of a one egg omelette and two pancakes.
