One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Extremely close to the haraam with two entrances either via outside the street past al safah tower or can go through the clock tower. You have the option of both safa tower and the clock tower for food and shopping. The service was brilliant. Honestly there is absolutely nothing I could even complain about. If I was to return again I would 100% book again. The staff are absolutely amazing.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It’s a value for money option… Rooms are not very big but well-planned and good for a several-day stay. It’s clean, well-maintained, and also offers a very good breakfast buffet. However, the selection of the complimentary drinks -tea and coffee bags are switched to brands that I have never heard of. Paper tea cups are also the cheapest you can find on the market. They provide only one type of soap inside separate hand, body, and shampoo dispensers. I understand that we are going through difficult times, but I think keeping the quality at certain levels is also important.

It was very nice staying. We were seeking staycation with family. So we could achieve it. Hotel is a bit old but very clean and well organized. And room is renovated. Valet was also good. However, kids cannot use indoor pool. Only outdoor pool is available for all family members. But I could enjoy my own time at sauna. Food also amazing.

The rooms and equipment are really old, this hotel can actually stay and then wait until check out and then pay more! It is not very convenient to go out to eat and shop. Fortunately, there is something to eat in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant owner is not bad. I know that I am a Chinese who has been shouting to give me a discount and said that he said Pakistanis. The Chinese have given a lot of help, Pakistan and Chinese brothers.

The hotel’s location was excellent, centrally situated near the water and directly across from the Jeddah Fountain. My room was comfortable and featured a balcony, adding to the experience. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of delicious food with ample dining space. The gym was well-equipped and impressively spacious.

The bed in the room is very, very small, much smaller than the single bed in Dammam Riyadh. The room always has a musty smell, and the smell can't be dissipated. The window is very small, not the window shown by the seller at all, and the window can't be opened. The room is very depressing. There was no hot water in the bathroom during the days I stayed there. I changed the room and asked someone to repair it several times. The experience was very bad. I am impressed by the staff in the hotel. It's hard to describe... Compared with holiday inns in other cities, it's too bad. I won't stay in this hotel anymore. Avoid it.

The hotel environment is very good. The room in the main building is very new. The lounge on the 11th floor is also very good. This accommodation experience is very good. I will consider staying here again next time I come to Jeddah.
