Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

This is the hotel I chose to enjoy Andorra skiing with my family! It takes 2 minutes to get to the slope by van to the ski resort, and the van is always waiting in front of the gondola tower. It was easy to rent a ski right at the ski rental shop and gave me a lift ticket at the hotel. Thank you for your service. It's a really unforgettable trip!!

ReazerBeautiful hotel, very nice setting, the decoration is incredible. The welcome is ultra warm. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Our room had a view of the river and the ski slopes. All the staff took great care of us.
The breakfast was delicious, with a very nice view, a cold sweet/savory buffet and hot dishes on the menu. A real treat!
The spa extends over 3 floors and even a small outdoor pool. It is very clean.
The price is totally justified in view of the services provided.

The view outside the window is great, the heating is working normally, the service staff is also very good, the SPA is open at 3:00 pm ～ 10:00 pm, and an additional 2€ tourist tax will be charged.
