The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

I found the reservation a little difficult because I had not yet operated with this site, when we arrived was td right and we were stayed in a room with a folder and a wonderful smell, we complained in the gateway and the attendant quickly re-allocated us in a fourth floor I think this was already passed in hotel.

Very helpful staff. The hotel is not the most modern, but the beds were comfortable, the restaurant food was tasty, and everyone extremely helpful with any questions. Bus stop is right in front so it's easy to get around. Was great for our stay to the falls.

We arrived at night according to the navigation guidelines. All the way to the black light, I thought I went to the wilderness. The hotel is very wonderful. The room can only accommodate 2 people. The children over 3 years old will have to pay 60 yuan for the room. The half-day price is almost noisy and the final price is 40 dollars. The room decoration design is very simple, almost no decoration. The toilet door is facing the bed, the room on the first floor is simpler, two small beds of one meter wide, no carpet. In China, it is completely incompatible with the five-star standard.

我們連續住了三晚獨立小屋202房，酒店位置和整體自然環境都不錯，比較天然，還能看到野生刺豚鼠在花園裡活動。距離機場和瀑布都不算遠，單程打車25刀。早餐比較基礎。有泳池。房間比較舊，設施也老，吹風筒很小的功率，桌子也開裂。
服務態度挺好，有問題也會反饋。第一晚發現屋子周圍的燈都壞的，反饋後，第二晚修好了一部分。
但從第二天就開始跟酒店溝通要更換到另一間空的201房，前台小哥説被訂走了。但第二天晚上發現並沒有，201房是空的。房間也沒打掃，垃圾沒倒，但房間裏的燈和空調卻被關閉了，説明有人進入過，為什麼不打掃？也不更換垃圾桶以及衞生間浴巾？也沒更換床單。前台説因為我們沒放需要打掃的字牌在門外。根本沒有。我要換到隔壁乾淨的無人的201房，前台不給換。也沒人打掃。
第三天房間整理床鋪，但沒換床單，整理清空垃圾桶。總之有問題酒店會有迴應，但不怎麼整改，也不給住空置的房間。非常奇怪難以理解！下次應該不會住了。雖然自然環境不錯。

We arrived before 9am and could check into our room straightaway. Very grateful to be able to do so and focus on getting to Iguazu Falls. We had no idea how to get there and the receptionist swiftly settled for us by helping us book return transport. The room was spacious and had good views. Nothing luxurious but serves it's purpose well. See pic. The breakfast was nothing fancy but decent. There are 2 swimming pools. One at ground level, one at 9th floor. You can fill up your bottles at the gym, basically all I needed.

香香港來的商务客人Mercure is so reliable with reception Lucia who can speak fluent English. She is so kind to help us book tango show for us. the breakfast nascent a variety of bread, pastry’s, fruit and bacon etc. We enjoyed the salad and risotto in the restaurant although the rib eye has let us down. The hotel is conveniently located about half an hour from the airport and 15 mins to Iguazu Fall and town centre. The tour guide could’ve pick us up easily in the morning after a full breakfast.
We highly recommend Mercure to travellers.

GGuest UserThe hotel is seriously run down in terms of maintenance. The spa is only open five hours a day, and it's difficult to get appointments for the number of hotel guests. If we book at 3:00 PM, we can't get in until 4:00 PM because it takes an hour to fill the whirlpool, and the staff doesn't arrive until 3:00 PM. The restaurant isn't open at night, so you have to go to the hotel next door for dinner, about 150 meters away at night and on the highway.
The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant service and the attentive service.

EEttie LUKThe hotel staff treated us very warmly and made us feel at home. When checking in, they asked us to change to a waterfall view room at a discounted price, which allowed us to see the waterfall 24 hours a day, adding more splendor to our itinerary. I had a massage at the spa and after doing it, I felt very comfortable and strong! There are very exciting cultural and artistic performances every night! But the restaurant has individual employees whose work performance can be improved, for example, I booked a table for dinner, but when my roommate went to the restaurant to pick up the table herself, she said she could not find my reservation! The food for breakfast was varied and high quality, but the cut fruit had a couple of fruit flies flying around, which made my appetite decrease!
