Stayed here for two nights during a solo trip working northwards to Shanghai. Great hotel, gorgeous room and great facilities. The room was spotless and large, hotel reception was super friendly and very helpful. The free shuttle to and from the national park was extremely useful. Would definitely recommend staying here. I don’t have any photos from the hotel itself, but have attached some photos of the national park which is only 6 minutes drive away with the free shuttle to and from.

The resort is a little tricky to get to if you hire DiDi so make sure to utilize their free pickup service from airport or train station. They were very accommodating. We booked the hotel last min and they were able to arrange a driver to pick us up on the same day. Overall the stay was very comfortable and it’s located in a small village just steps away from one of the 5 entrances to the National Forest. We definitely enjoyed the small town feel. It was a nice trip to decompress after the lively, bright lights and bustling streets of Chongqing (which was also great!). The food they serve and free breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again when we revisit Zhangjiajie.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

I had a very pleasant stay at this Hilton hotel in Zhangjiajie with a few minor considerations. I stayed in room 826, which offered a spectacular view of Tianmen Mountain—definitely a highlight of the stay. The welcome and check-in process were very smooth and fast, and special thanks to Selina for her assistance. She was very helpful, especially in guiding me on how to order food after my late flight. The hotel showed great hospitality even before arrival by contacting me to offer airport pick-up, which was very convenient and well-organized. They also provided a complimentary transfer to the train station after check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast had a good variety of both Chinese and international options, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of staff available to assist. One point to note is that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and was not turned on during my stay. The staff provided a fan and I opened the window, which worked, but it wasn’t the most comfortable solution. The hotel is located near the airport, so you will see and hear airplanes ✈️, though it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, great views, and convenient transfers.

This hotel went above and beyond during my stay. Rain who first greeted us was helpful from the very beginning of the stay until the very end. The hotel provided a detailed route for the Zhangjiajie National Park and even provided transportation to the park and pick up once completed. In addition they assisted with the luggage during check in and check out. If flying or riding into Zhangjiajie, the hotel does offer setting up transportation to and from the hotel if needed at a very reasonable fee. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast and complimentary tea with the tea master, who was also amazing at making the stay feel very welcoming. Once the tea master and Rain found out it was my birthday they made my day one to remember. The tea master wrote me a congratulatory calligraphy scroll and set up a cake with Rain to be given to me as well. The hotel also offered activities every evening. On the day I was able to attend, they taught me how to make peach cookies which was so fun and delicious. The tea master also showed us how to do calligraphy while we waited for the cookies to be baked. Rain set up a Wechat with the staff where I was able to conveniently pre order dinner, which was super delicious. My favorite was the eggplant with pork. I can't express in enough words how everyone here made the stay the most enjoyable. For anyone visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying here. I wish I could have spent more nights here to enjoy the entire resort such as the heated pool and sunset terrace.

This guesthouse is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Wuyi Square, just a short walk to the subway station and all those popular snack streets. You can grab famous Changsha delicacies like 'Cha Yan Yue Se' bubble tea and stinky tofu just a few steps away. When you're tired from exploring, you can pop back to rest anytime – it's absolutely fantastic! Our whole stay was delightful. First, they have a 24-hour concierge to pick you up. Plus, they'll recommend local dining and entertainment guides for Changsha and the surrounding areas. The hotel facilities are also top-notch; the hairdryer is a Dyson! They even provide facial cleansing towels and steam eye masks, which is such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

The hotel service was excellent. They offered coffee and ginger tea in the lobby. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. It's definitely better to stay at a hotel with kids. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it. Getting to the cable car was very convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom, living room, and bedroom were all very clean. The location is excellent, highly recommended! The service was also very attentive, and the facilities were complete. It's very close to the scenic area.

A truly five-star hotel. It's located right by the Xiang River, and very close to Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Huangxing Square, all within a 5-minute walk. What's even better is that Wenheyou is just a 1-minute walk away. The room rate was very reasonable, especially for the period between Chinese New Year and the Lantern Festival. The guest services center was incredibly welcoming and proactive in offering tour itineraries and food recommendations. Check-in at the front desk was efficient. The room was exactly as described, over 50 square meters, with a separate wet and dry area, and a separate toilet. All areas were immaculately clean. I personally feel the overall management is excellent. The only minor downside was that breakfast wasn't included, though there are so many great places to eat nearby. I'm sure the hotel breakfast would be good too; I'll have to try it on my next visit.

Five-star praise! This time I stayed at Wyndham, I was completely conquered by Alan's professionalism and enthusiasm! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, they patiently guided me through the check-in procedures and answered my questions with a smile throughout the entire process. They were so detailed that they even included a map with recommendations for nearby food. This thoughtfulness was really touching. They always pay attention to needs and respond very quickly. Whether it is borrowing small items or itinerary consultation, they handle it efficiently and thoughtfully. From service details to professional attitude, Alan perfectly interprets the quality of a five-star hotel! But maybe it’s because it’s been open for too short a time. There’s no laundry room and no screens on the windows, so it’s hard for people to really believe that this is a five-star hotel.
