The hotel services and facilities are basically very good👍The hotel location is also convenient to walk to attractions👍Breakfast options include bagel, square buns (with jam, butter and sour cream), coffee (milk or oatmilk), apple juice, peach juice, cereal with milk , eggs 🥚, fruits (apples, oranges, bananas). Tableware and cooking utensils are provided. The overall space is good, whether it is the lobby, room, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, reception, or public space. It is currently being renovated and the public space connected to the kitchen does not smell very good. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no water or ice provided, so you have to boil water yourself. It is not friendly to people who do not bring a thermos, so I only bring ordinary glue bottles.

Hilton Quebec has an excellent location - very close to the Parliament House, walking distance to the old quebec area, close to a few of the popular eateries & coffee. If you choose to stay in a room with the Parliament view, you can also see the Chateau Frontenac. Bed is very comfortable. Service wise, it's rather prompt when I requested for some extra amenities like bathroom slippers and comb. Just one boo boo (and a major one), at check-in, I was given an occupied room (got a shocked when I opened the room door). Though another room was arranged quite quickly, I thought the attitude of one of the hotel staff can be more serious, instead of attending to it jokingly. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my stay very much because of the location and comfort.

A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing... Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever. Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.

Great Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!” Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around. The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.

The breakfast could be more complete. In addition, on the second day, the juices were no longer available, so no juice for the young, there was no cheese. Considering the price paid. lunch is very frugal. There may be more unsugar (creams, more cheese), air conditioning is noisy, but it seems to be like everywhere.

GGuest UserWe went there for a couple days during the JFL festival. We booked the Panorama room, the one we got happened to be on the 7th floor. First and foremost; I've seen people complain about the noise from the street and homeless people trying to get in the lobby on every website. -This hotel is right at a busy intersection. There will be noise. It's normal. If you don't want noise, book somewhere away from downtown, period. The area was so close to everything on foot, we absolutely would go back if we happened to go to an event in the future. -The 3 nights /4 days we've been, no one tried to enter the lobby . We even had some door dashers blocked from going upstairs since they were not staying at the hotel and we had to pick up from the reception. I have no complaints there. We really appreciated the cooling system in the room; 2 different vents for the bedroom & living room, which were working very well in the hot weather (40°). It allowed us to lower the living room while not pushing direct cold air over us while we slept . Now, for the 1 star on cleanliness. Positives: -The towels and linens were clean and fresh. -Once done cleaning (I'll get back to this later), we asked for someone to come vacuum the floor and clean them to remove what was moved and fell on the floor, which was done almost instantly. Negatives; As I said, we stayed a few days so we actually went to a drug stock to pick up a duster and some cleaning wipes. - Dust. I am not talking about a small film of dust on hard to reach surfaces. I am talking about wool-covered vents and airways. The duster had no more yellow or white by the time we were done swiping the vents and corners of the rooms from cobwebs and dust. -Sticky surfaces. We used cleaning wipes to wash up every controllers , switches, tables, chairs and headrest. It was easily cleaned, but the amount of stains removed shows that nothing other than dusting had been done in a while. -Shower floor. The shower soap holder had sticky spots. We decided to wear flipflops in the shower to prevent from touching the floor directly. It did turn out to be a good move since no towels hanged in the shower were picked throughout our stay so it was definitely getting overlooked. If you are planning on staying for a bit, do bring some supplies if you don't want to be sneezing or accidentally touching someone else's dinner. That way you get to enjoy all the other great aspects of the hotel.

GGuest UserSamesun is your good basic budget hostel that I very conveniently located in Montreal. The hostel tends to attract a bit of a younger crowd but still 18-35 is the average age range and the on site bar is fairly popular. The included breakfast is surprisingly very decent with Bagels, waffles, coffee, juice and cereal on offer and muffins. Breakfast goes from 730am to 10 I believe but I always tried to get there early as I was volunteering for the Montreal comiccon and wanted a good breakfast before starting my day. The hostel while close to things is also in a bit of a rougher part of town and at night there can be homeless hanging around but most are relatively harmless. The building is older but the beds are nice and I am a taller guy and could still sleep in the beds fine. I was in the mixed genders dorm and only complaint was the 1 washroom and that you are not just handed a towel when checking in, you have to ask for it or bring your own. There is another washroom with shower off the kitchen and that helps if the one in your room is busy. 2nd night someone cleaning the room I think had turned off the AC but it was easy to figure out how to turn it back on and when on the rooms are comfortable. Without it though stuffy and hot. I really liked and appreciated the bag storage offered as I had to check out at 3pm but my Megabus was not until 1230am...but I was able to store my bag until about 10pm and then pick it up and go on my way. While this hostel does not have a hot tub or all the bells and whistles of others, if all you need is a good room with a decent morning breakfast, this place more than meets your needs.

GGuest UserThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping. The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.  The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.

GGuest UserThe location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable. Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.

XXunxiangleComing to the city of ghosts, there is no loneliness anymore, everything is brilliant Location: The hotel is located in the most central location of the ancient city, very eye-catching, and it is within walking distance to the surrounding areas. The hotel has more than 600 rooms, and it feels like a maze when walking. There is a Starbucks on the first floor, and the restaurant is also a great location to watch the sunset. Room size: It's just that the room is too small. It's really too small. The suitcase is a bit hard to open. The same is true for the bathroom. If you are a little taller, you can only enter sideways. Room facilities: The facilities are still a little old, and there is no Bluetooth speaker. The heater is very loud. Service: The hotel is too big, and you still need to wait for a long time if you need a service. Breakfast: Breakfast is charged extra, and it is a standard American Western food, but it wins in the excellent location. It feels like a vacation. Gym and swimming pool: When I went there, I happened to encounter the swimming pool maintenance. Unfortunately, I only swam for 15 minutes. The gym facilities are still a little less, and the area is still too small. Value for money: Overall, it’s pretty cool to live in a castle, but in all other aspects, it’s just average.

Llinlinlin_00The room is a little small, but the view is good. It is a bit inconvenient to change two elevators to go up and down the stairs. The front desk service is very thoughtful and polite, and there is a special car at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at night.

SSelinda NgaiThey fulfilled majority of our requests, like providing a baby crib and an electric kettle but they placed to a wrong room. Also, the rooms are not close to each other, one was on G/F and the other room was on 1/F. The receptionist was nice but he could not speak English and told us no baby crib and no kettle! He checked the system there was an empty room next next to room 18, but it was still occupied. I doubt the accuracy of the hotel reservation system! We finally kept the original two rooms on G/F and 1/F. We did not use the baby crib as it was on the 1/F and we didn't want to move or ask service man to move (it seems that limited manpower in the hotel). Anyway, the view was very good and we enjoyed the sunrise early in the morning. Finally, I need to point out that the location of the power plugs inside the room was poor. They provided us a kettle but it was not user friendly with the power source. You can see the picture below. However, the food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast there. The staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you.
