The room was incredibly spacious, well-lit, and very clean. I loved that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the mirror was huge! I was particularly impressed with the hairdryer – it was so powerful, I'm actually thinking of getting one myself, haha. The hotel service was excellent too. Plus, it's super close to Pang Dong Lai; we could just take one elevator right down, which made it really convenient for us to buy things and take them to our car.

Service: 💓 The staff were very dedicated. Due to equipment failure, they arrived quickly to fix it. At first, they couldn't fix it, but later the equipment became usable. However, they were still concerned about potential malfunctions in the middle of the night, so they proactively suggested we change rooms. Thumbs up! Facilities: 🔋 This was also quite a saga. Initially, the internet was bad, and the projector couldn't connect, but then it was fixed. Later, after returning to the room in the afternoon, all the lights couldn't be controlled by touch and wouldn't turn off, plus one light was flickering. This must have been due to the smart home system, likely a bad internet connection again, causing these issues. But we ended up changing rooms, so it's all good now~ Breakfast: 👌 Quite generous, my family really enjoyed the beef soup. Overall, considering the environment and price during the May Day holiday in Luoyang, I personally think it was acceptable~

It is also very close to Fat Donglai. This time I came to the New Year's Eve. I feel very at home here. Health is also good, service is very good, responsive, facilities really can not be said. I am really satisfied with this price hotel. Last time I asked my friend to come, he also lived in this one, really feel very good, do not give praise, I feel uncomfortable. The front desk crews were very helpful and friendly which have made our stay comfortable like home. Like the coffee counter at the front desk that cheers us up everyday. Like the washing machine and dryer facility. Like the courtyard garden that feel peaceful every morning. Hope to stay here next time. During the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Luoyang International Hotel, which is the best hotel in Luoyang. From the reception in the lobby to the restaurant and guest rooms, all the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive; I couldn't find a single fault. The room was spotless, and the bathroom featured high-end brands like Hansgrohe, plus a Dyson hairdryer. The extra bed was very comfortable, and they even included a complimentary children's breakfast, along with a free buffet dinner for the whole family. The executive lounge was also excellent! Last night, I experienced the spa, and the young lady who served me, who is also a dog person, and I chatted pleasantly. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The next time I visit Luoyang, I'll definitely come back just to stay here. They even laundered my dirty clothes, which will make unpacking so much easier when I get home. If 100 is a perfect score, this hotel is flawless and absolutely deserves full marks!

Many people traveled during the Qingming Festival. It was already past eight o'clock when we arrived at the hotel after visiting Yuntaishan. It was a bit late to order food at the restaurant. The manager arranged for two bowls of noodles and some fruits for free, which was very considerate. The room was large, the sheets were white, clean and hygienic. There were both Chinese and Western food for breakfast, which was very rich. The environment is nothing to say, it is located in a small park, the cherry blossoms and lilacs in the yard are in full bloom, the trees are lush, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The road at the door is wide, and it is convenient to get on and off the highway. I am very satisfied with the stay experience.

The hotel is very close to Sanpang (a local landmark/restaurant name), and there's a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient. The hotel breakfast is also excellent, and the room is spacious and bright. I had a very comfortable stay! Highly recommended!
