Guest UserMy accommodation in Zhengzhou during my Henan trip. Usually, tourists seem to stay near Erqi Square. However, since we needed to take a train from Zhengzhou East Station to travel across multiple cities, and also planned to visit 'Only Henan' (a scenic spot), plus I heard the scenery around 'The Big Corn' building was good, I specifically chose it as our accommodation for these few days. It turned out to be an excellent choice.
Even more, I have to thank 'The Big Corn' for a fortuitous decision: because I chose to stay during two nights that were considered 'off-peak,' I adjusted our travel dates. If not for this, our trip would have coincided with a heavy rainstorm, making it impossible to go out at all.
The room itself was fantastic – very large and spacious, with that classic five-star hotel feel. The bathtub was very comfortable for soaking, and the desk was convenient for work. Welcome fruits were also provided. However, the small snacks in the room that I saw mentioned in other reviews didn't seem to be there; I'm not sure if it was due to the room type or something else.
The service was also excellent. Ms. Zhang Dongmei and Ms. Kong Mengge provided outstanding service. They were very responsive to all requests. When checking in, they directly offered a late checkout until 4:00 PM, which was incredibly convenient.
Regarding the food, I was also very satisfied. The breakfast had a wide variety of options: Roujiamo (meat burger), Huimian (braised noodles), rice noodles, Hulatang (spicy soup), millet porridge, cold dishes, fruits, baked goods, and various Chinese and Western delicacies. It was exceptionally rich and satisfying. The executive lounge was also great; happy hour offered several hot dishes, fruits, desserts, and very good drinks. You could even print custom patterns on your coffee.
The facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and hot spring pool, were also very good. Amenities were plentiful; the swimming pool even had clean towels and non-slip slippers provided.
Right downstairs is a large lake, and an evening stroll there with the breeze was very comfortable.
I will definitely come back again.

The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were well-equipped. It was relatively quiet in the evenings. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's also very close to the Tianbing Cold Drink Factory store. After we used up the two complimentary bottles of water on the first night, the staff proactively replenished an extra bottle the next day. Excellent service!

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

Guest UserI loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the sight seeing I went to do with my friends! After a long day walking around in the sun and heat, the cool water of the hot spring bath attached to my room was perfect to relax and get refreshed for my adventures the next day! This hotel is perfect for groups of friends, business travel, or families with children! We didn’t realize it when we booked our stay, but there is also a water park in the hotel resort, which is perfect for kids!

My stay in an executive king room at the Luoyang International Hotel was exceptional. The executive benefits were extensive and satisfying, with the executive lounge offering afternoon tea, evening snacks, and cocktails – great value for money.
From the warm welcome at the entrance, the efficient check-in process, and the thoughtful explanations, to the room service, breakfast buffet, and executive lounge, the service was consistently meticulous and attentive, making me feel right at home. Doormen proactively opened car doors when I entered or exited the hotel, and the restaurant and lounge staff were quick to seat guests and clear dishes, demonstrating excellent service awareness.
Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection. There were six or seven egg options alone, including boiled eggs, tea eggs, fried eggs, eggs Benedict, English scrambled eggs, omelets, and poached eggs. The spread featured both Western and Chinese dishes, along with local Luoyang specialties, providing a wide range of choices.
The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to taxis and the subway. The surroundings were quiet at night, which was a huge plus for light sleepers.
My only minor suggestion would be for the lounge to add a signature cocktail with a local Luoyang flair; that would elevate the experience even further.
Overall, my stay was very comfortable and pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Family Room this time. Been stayed in many high-end hotels in many countries, the level of services of Pury is impeccable. Picked up at the train station, the friendly driver even taught us how to speak in Luoyang accent! Special thanks to Mr Han, Ms Zhang(Karen) and the ladies who made our room everyday, you made our stay a wonderful experience. Warm, detailed helps and at home feeling. We will definitely come back when we visit Luoyang again!

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar.
Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large.
Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink.
Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.

The hotel was great, very close to the East Station. I couldn't book the shuttle service that was included in the package, but it was only a five-minute walk anyway. I stayed for two nights and got upgraded to a 40+ sqm room, which was spacious and bright. The hotel is quite new and well-maintained. On weekends, breakfast runs until 10:30 AM and is plentiful, complete, and delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and the drinks are excellent. It was perfect to wake up naturally, enjoy a brunch, then take the kids out for a stroll or let them have fun at the pool. Other services were pretty much 'anything you ask for'. The only minor issue was that laundry services required a fee; I glanced at the price list and decided it wasn't for me. I usually stay at Quanji hotels when I travel, so I'm not quite used to paying for laundry. 😂

helerenThe Hilton is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Zhengzhou. I'd say I've stayed there over 80% of the time, whether for business or leisure. Being an international chain, you can always count on their facilities and service. The lobby has a great vibe, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding and toiletries are top-notch. The pool is 1.3 meters deep and there's also a hot tub, so it's enjoyable whether you can swim or not.
