The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were stylishly decorated, and the lobby was spacious with a lounge, sofas, chairs, and tables – it was perfect. The front desk service was also very welcoming. It's only a two- or three-minute walk from Li Pang Donglai Times Square, super convenient. The front desk has a luggage room for storage, a refrigerator, and a shop where you can buy Pang Donglai products. There's also a ”treasure chest” with some essentials. The lobby also has signs with daily temperature information. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the hotel offers free parking. The value for money is incredibly high, and they even provide a must-buy list. We couldn't find a single fault with it; we were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it. This is a very honest review from a Chinese customer – no exaggeration.

There are many tourists on Qingming Festival. It is more than eight o'clock after the Yuntai Mountain tour. The restaurant is a bit late. The manager arranged to send two bowls of noodles and some fruits for free. It was very intimate. The room was large, the sheets were white and clean. Breakfast is Chinese and Western, very rich. The environment has nothing to say, it is located in a small park, the cherry blossoms and cloves in the yard are in full bloom, the trees are lush, and the night sleep is very quiet. The road at the door is spacious and convenient for getting up and down. Very satisfied stay experience.

This is my third stay at the JW Marriott Corn Building, and unfortunately, I feel like it's going downhill. Every time I come, getting in and out of the hotel and parking is incredibly inconvenient and congested. The property security at the Corn Building directly detracts from the JW Marriott experience! The facilities and amenities, especially in the public areas, are not well maintained. It's a noticeable difference compared to other JW Marriotts I've stayed at in other cities. However, considering the room rates are quite reasonable, and I understand the challenges of hotel operations, I won't hold it to the exact service standards of a Marriott. I hope the management can uphold the brand standards and truly become the KEY HOTEL that Zhengzhou expects. Of course, I would still recommend it to friends visiting Zhengzhou. I really don't like taking photos all over the hotel when I'm on business trips, as it can make others uncomfortable, so I didn't get enough detailed pictures this time. I'll make sure to get more next time.

The hotel was very comfortable overall, right from when I got out of the car to the front desk, and then being guided to my room by the concierge – everyone was very friendly. The downside was that the hotel's housekeeping wasn't very thorough. The first day, the room wasn't vacuumed, and I had to call housekeeping again to clean it. The small teapot I used for tea wasn't replaced, and even after I reminded them once, it still wasn't swapped out. The teapot is quite small, so perhaps the housekeeping staff doesn't usually check it. The countertop in the bathroom wasn't wiped very clean either. Despite these minor issues, it's still a very relaxing and reassuring hotel overall. I especially want to mention that the Chinese restaurant is excellent, and with the group buying vouchers, there's no need to order food from outside. It's clean and convenient.

Very good hotel, very good experience. 1. After booking, the front desk took the initiative to call and ask me about my room preferences, which was very considerate. 2. Check-in took the initiative to upgrade the room and sent us to the elevator door. 3. Welcome fruit and yogurt were delivered directly to the room, and asked if I was satisfied with the room. If I was not satisfied, I would change it. 4. The hotel has complete facilities, comfortable sleeping, and good sound insulation. 5. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and delicious. 6. The hotel can park on the ground and underground, which is very convenient for friends who travel by car. 7. It is very close to Cao Wei Ancient City and Times Square Pang Donglai Supermarket. Next time I come to Xuchang, I will choose to stay here.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Special mention to Mr Aaron at the front reception who helped us with our airline tickets as the Airline company staff was unable to understand our English. One thing they should improve on are the labels on the food items in the breakfast, since its an international chain they should consider these labels for international guests. The labels should in my opinion explain properly the ingredients or contents of the dish

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Zhengzhou. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent—staff were attentive and professional. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!
