It might have been due to the May Day holiday rush, but the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were leftover food stains on the table right inside the entrance. However, after contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for cleaning and even offered two complimentary breakfasts, which was a very timely solution. The location is excellent, very close to Pang Dong Lai Angel City store. The parking lot is connected, which is a great convenience. When we left Pang Dong Lai, the hotel helped us input our license plate number so we didn't have to pay any additional parking fees.

My first time at JW Marriott Zhengzhou, and everything from service to quality was top-notch. The hotel looks stunning at night, and the location is fantastic. The executive lounge offers memorable views and food, and the breakfast even includes local Zhengzhou specialties like egg rolls and 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which were delicious. Upon arrival, I received a welcome snack; the peanuts were incredibly flavorful, a pleasant surprise. I requested mosquito repellent, and it was delivered to my room very quickly with excellent service. A special thanks to Luna from the hotel's customer service center; her service was incredibly thoughtful. She even helped mail my charger back home after realizing I left it in the room—I'm truly grateful! I'll definitely be back!

Many people traveled during the Qingming Festival. It was already past eight o'clock when we arrived at the hotel after visiting Yuntaishan. It was a bit late to order food at the restaurant. The manager arranged for two bowls of noodles and some fruits for free, which was very considerate. The room was large, the sheets were white, clean and hygienic. There were both Chinese and Western food for breakfast, which was very rich. The environment is nothing to say, it is located in a small park, the cherry blossoms and lilacs in the yard are in full bloom, the trees are lush, and it is very quiet to sleep at night. The road at the door is wide, and it is convenient to get on and off the highway. I am very satisfied with the stay experience.

Facilities: I booked a twin room, which was very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel also allows you to choose pillows. I chose a buckwheat pillow, which was very good. The hotel shower has a large amount of water and a stable water temperature, which is very good. The overall sound insulation of the room is OK. There is everything that should be in the room. There is a lot of water, and there are also double milk, fruit, and two bottles of drinking water from Pangdonglai, which should be unique to Xuchang. Hygiene: The room hygiene is good, and I didn't find any problems with hygiene. Environment: The hotel is very large, the lobby environment is very good, and the breakfast buffet environment in the morning is also very good. Service: The lobby reception staff and front desk service are relatively good. They will call to inform the hotel's services in time, and the hotel will come to inquire about the needs and arrival time after booking the hotel, which are all very good. Welcome fruit: Welcome fruits include cherry tomatoes, oranges and cucumbers. Exclusive double Pu Yue Shui Hui bath: A free bath ticket was also given, but I didn't go.

The lobby is on the first floor and quite grand. It's very convenient to take the elevator directly to your room, unlike some hotels where you have to take one elevator to the lobby and then another. Much easier! After checking out, I received a call from them saying they found my lost charging cable and notified me promptly, so I was able to retrieve it. I really commend the hotel's service quality and speed. I highly recommend this hotel. It's very close to Mixc City, the headquarters of Mixue Ice Cream & Tea, and the future Pang Dong Lai.

The hotel offers freshly ground coffee and snacks in the lobby, along with hand warmers, which is a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The front desk service was also excellent!

During the May Day holiday, I stayed at the Luoyang International Hotel, which is the best hotel in Luoyang. From the reception in the lobby to the restaurant and guest rooms, all the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive; I couldn't find a single fault. The room was spotless, and the bathroom featured high-end brands like Hansgrohe, plus a Dyson hairdryer. The extra bed was very comfortable, and they even included a complimentary children's breakfast, along with a free buffet dinner for the whole family. The executive lounge was also excellent! Last night, I experienced the spa, and the young lady who served me, who is also a dog person, and I chatted pleasantly. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The next time I visit Luoyang, I'll definitely come back just to stay here. They even laundered my dirty clothes, which will make unpacking so much easier when I get home. If 100 is a perfect score, this hotel is flawless and absolutely deserves full marks!

My stay was absolutely perfect! Echo at the front desk was incredibly professional and welcoming. She proactively communicated our needs and made the check-in process very efficient. The room was spacious and elegant, with a calming low-saturation color palette. The bathroom was bright and airy, with excellent water pressure and high-quality amenities. The night view from the high floor was stunning; watching the city lights come alive at dusk was incredibly therapeutic. The dining options were extensive. The Cantonese cuisine at Le Mei Chinese Restaurant was authentic, and the afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge was exquisite. During Happy Hour, the drinks were free-flowing, and the food was fresh. Quality truly shows in the details, making this my top choice for both business and leisure travel.

The room was very satisfactory and clean. You can smell the fragrance when you enter the room. The toilet and shower are separate. The mirror of the washbasin is beautifully lit. The large window has a wide view. The room is also quite large. I will come again next time. The boss's attitude is also very good. Of course, it would be more perfect if the room had a dressing mirror

The intern at the front desk, Sun Junyi, was lovely and enthusiastic, much better than the two people who were there on the day I checked in! The check-in process was so inefficient; from the moment I walked in, no one paid any attention to me while I was queuing. I just stood there! Couldn't a staff member or someone nearby at least offer a greeting? The room itself was still good, although a bit old, but the cleanliness, layout, and essential standards were all met. The soundproofing was truly excellent; I even wondered if there was anyone else on that floor. For someone like me who has trouble sleeping, this was a blessing.
