Excellent service, free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff were reliable from the moment we arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the rooms were excellent. The facilities definitely made me want to return – I was pleasantly surprised! Since we had an early flight to our final destination, they offered a tailored breakfast from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and then another breakfast with different hours after that. I loved this thoughtful detail because we were able to have breakfast before heading to the airport. The staff were very attentive to details at all times. A very good experience 🤩 I would definitely stay again.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

The room is really big, the location is also very good, the hotel has airport pick-up, which is good. There are many restaurants downstairs. There is Juan Coffee across the road, which is pretty good. There is also an Exito supermarket not far away, which can be said to be very convenient. It is a relatively good old hotel with acceptable facilities. The breakfast is also OK. Highly recommended, close to the airport

The hotel's shuttle service is back this year, which is super convenient. You can catch the shuttle at Gate 1 on the 1st floor of the airport. They'll send you a timetable once you've booked. Breakfast is decent, and luggage storage is available. While the windows don't open, the view is still quite nice.

I would definitely go back again, it is a 5 star hotel, a luxury in each area and a first class service, the rooms are super comfortable and well equipped, despite having a very pleasant climate I am a somewhat hot person and they provided me a fan to feel more comfortable, the gym area is very good, something else that I do recommend is to include breakfast in your plan, It's excellent, they don't limit you to quantities and the variety is extensive...

The room is really big. You can order breakfast according to the type of eggs you like. Public transportation nearby is also very convenient. If you want to eat out, there are bakeries, pizza shops, coffee shops and other options nearby.

The staff is very warm and friendly, and the hotel's sanitation facilities are first-class. It is safe to have high-end residential areas nearby. Shopping is very convenient. The room has a kitchen, there is a big supermarket not far from the downstairs, buy a la carte and do it from Shanghai. Almost every time I go to Bogota, I will live in this hotel, or the Marriott next door The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).

The location of the hotel is very good, in the old city, 20 minutes walk to the main attractions. The room is very hygienic. The service at the front desk is very good. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it tastes good.
