Hotel Cuéllar's was conceived by Mr. José Plutarco Cuéllar Zambrano , founded on November 9, 1983, where the original project was to build a building with a bowling alley and an office block, during the course of construction it was decided to change the offices for the rooms to make a hotel. Initially there were 19 standard rooms, providing basic hotel services, in addition to restaurant and parking. After various modifications that the hotel underwent, in 2016, the result was 93 rooms, 2 new rooms for a total of 13, 22 parking spaces, a new gym and an expansion of the kitchen for greater comfort of the guests.
