A superb hotel , very noble equipment,to welcome in the room a personal welcome with pralines,minibar best equipped with water,Fanta,juices,Wine and beer-see you really rarely, Rooms all with balcony and even a couch cover for the evening if you want to enjoy the red wine provided! Coffee cooker and tea in the room,Mega large bathroom in very great blue rivers-we had a double bed and a bed sofa for two people in separate rooms and both rooms had flat-screen TV! It can be a little noisy at night,because the trams run next to the hotel,but for that, the hotel is very centrally next to the main railway station and the large shopping miles.Zoo in 10 minutes to reach  Cosy atmosphere for rich breakfast ,parking garage in the hotel for 22 Euro per night,be to be booked before-all is easy and we were really enthusiastic as a family-come never again ALL!!! The hotel has a wellness area without pool but with sauna and salt sauna at 17-22, is heated for each person if needed(12 Euro per person)

這是一個在德勒斯登火車總站旁邊的全自助旅館，會需要用訊息的方式收到密碼進入房間。 很多設備的插頭是拔下來的狀態，包括廁所的總開關。剛進房間時，廁所的燈開不了，跟友善的線上客服處理了快2小時才發現廁所的燈也需要插插頭。 房間內有6-7個插座，但一半是壞掉的無法使用。另外，剛進去熱水壺還有一半的水，讓人感覺清潔沒有到位。

Family room with two double beds, the family is really comfortable to travel The decoration of the room is low-key and elegant, and it is quiet at night. Sleep well. Breakfast is full, breakfast on the river bank view I like this hotel very much and I like Maison very much.

It was beautiful. The staff were very nice, the breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice, the hotel was very centrally located close to everything. I had a suite and the view was incredible. One of the best hotels I have ever booked.

Hotel Review – Hotel Ocidental Dresden Newa I recently stayed at Hotel Ocidental Dresden Newa, and while the property benefits from a central location in the inner city, the overall experience was disappointing. The hotel’s greatest advantage is indeed its proximity to the city center, allowing convenient access to major attractions and public transportation. However, aside from this, the stay was overshadowed by several shortcomings. Firstly, the amenities were very limited, and the guest room itself appeared dated and somewhat worn, reflecting the age of the hotel. This left an impression of tiredness rather than comfort. The most concerning issue, however, relates to the parking situation. The hotel advertises that it offers its own parking facilities, yet in reality, this is not the case. Guests are required to use a public parking facility nearby, which is misleading and highly inconvenient. This information should be corrected immediately, as it creates false expectations for visitors arriving by car. Additionally, the area in front of the hotel is consistently overcrowded with parked vehicles, often blocking arriving guests from accessing the entrance or unloading luggage during check-in. This further contributed to a frustrating arrival experience. In conclusion, while the central location is undeniably practical, the limited amenities, outdated rooms, misleading information about parking, and poorly managed entrance area significantly detract from the overall quality of the stay. I would strongly recommend the management address these issues to ensure a more accurate representation of the hotel and a better experience for future guests.

The best choice for many business trips to Delei. The hotel environment is good and the health services are very good.

The environment is very good. The location can also go to the Leipzig Zoo. It is a few minutes drive. It is Sunday. The nearby shops are closed. It is not easy to find. The hotel bathtub is very good. The toiletries are also very good. The little brother at the door is very handsome.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

The hotel is located near St. John's Church on Dresden Square. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and stylish. Our room faced a residential house, and we felt like we were immersed in the local area and experiencing German life!
