The hair dryer wasn’t working and the button on the phone to reach reception didn’t work. Other than that it was good.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, gut ausgestattetes Bad. Check in erfolgte schnell, in guter englischer Sprache. Essen im Restaurant, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist völlig in Ordnung nur das Personal war an diesem Morgen überfordert. Als wir um 7:30 Uhr zum Frühstück gingen, hatte eine größere Gruppe vor uns gefrühstückt. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen, anstatt Milch kam nur Wasser aus der Kaffeemaschine und das nachlegen dauerte lange. Kein sauberer Tisch im Frühstücksraum obwohl 80% leer. Gut, dass man ins Lokal ausweichen konnte. Da könnte man bessere Lösungen finden. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Westin Zagreb. The room was comfy and had everything I needed, plus a nice view of the city. Staff were super helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The location’s great – easy walk to the main sights. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel faces the street and is very noisy. At 10:30 p.m., it was no longer possible to order food. The man at the bar was unresponsive; no one wanted to order anything there.

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.

Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti. The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud. Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. TV is old and dated. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style). Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.
