Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Sehr saubere Zimmer, gute Betten, gut ausgestattetes Bad. Check in erfolgte schnell, in guter englischer Sprache. Essen im Restaurant, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist das Frühstück. Die Auswahl ist völlig in Ordnung nur das Personal war an diesem Morgen überfordert. Als wir um 7:30 Uhr zum Frühstück gingen, hatte eine größere Gruppe vor uns gefrühstückt. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen, anstatt Milch kam nur Wasser aus der Kaffeemaschine und das nachlegen dauerte lange. Kein sauberer Tisch im Frühstücksraum obwohl 80% leer. Gut, dass man ins Lokal ausweichen konnte. Da könnte man bessere Lösungen finden. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

The hotel is a 4 star. A clean hotel, very friendly, pleasant staff… it is a place that I would recommend whenever you want to go through… since the center of Zagreb itself is quite far away. Very spacious room. That's right... BEWARE! On TRIP it said FREE PARKING… and we had to pay €7 per day… nothing free… I would recommend it if I would return while passing through Zagreb… breakfast, for example, is included and is very varied and delicious!!!

Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

This is a reputable hotel, and the environment, service, and quality are all guaranteed. After checking in, we entered our room and were immediately hit with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. We complained, and the front desk promptly switched us to a fresh-smelling room. This reminded us that in the future, when booking, we must specify a non-smoking room. The hotel breakfast was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The gym equipment was excellent. It's also quite close to important uptown attractions, reachable within a 15-minute walk. The hotel is worth the price. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Nicest hotel suite i have ever seen. The sheets and the room were clean, had additional blankets in the closet. Big bright bathroom. Has a nice tv inside. Bed was comfortable. Really private area

The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.

The lobby is gorgeous, and the breakfasts were sumptuous and plentiful. The service at the front desk was excellent. We also had the chance to visit the salon this time, and it was very good. The rooms we stayed in could use an update, but the value for money is perfectly acceptable.

Excellent hotel, just steps from lines 2 and 6, which take you to the city center in 10 minutes. Comfortable rooms, top-floor pool with spa. Delicious continental breakfast.
