Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

The hotel is right in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Zagreb. You simply turn left out of the hotel entrance and walk straight. There are many historic buildings nearby, making it a great area for a stroll. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room size is decent, with enough space left after opening two 28-inch suitcases.

Very nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption. The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress. The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment. I must stress that I am always afraid in such a big hotels that I will wait too long for the hotel elevator. But in the Westin Zagreb, - I didn’t have any problems. As the city is in the very center of the town, everything is so close, and also you can make great shopping. What to say, the best choice to stay in Zagreb!

Me and my friend had an amazing stay at your property. Reception staff named ‘Dari’ was very friendly and very helpful on our check in. Room was nice and has a very comfy beds. Breakfast was so delicious, plus very friendly and very accomodating Filipino staffs. Big thanks to the tall guy on the breakfast(sorry we forgot his name) for the excellent service. We will definitely come back.

The room (twin bed) is large and clean. The staffs are also very friendly. Althought the food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but the taste is quite nice with a comfortable dining environment as well. The hotel location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a tram station nearby the hotel, which is within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! Nicest hotel suite i have ever seen. The sheets and the room were clean, had additional blankets in the closet. Big bright bathroom. Has a nice tv inside. Bed was comfortable. Really private area
