"The room and the service in the hotel were both really good, we were very pleased. However, the location was a disaster, it was central and incredibly noisy with mopeds roaring around late into the night and early morning, the noise insulation was really poor. There also was no bar or restaurant in the hotel and while breakfast was fine it was very expensive. Unfortunately due to the noise levels we wouldn’t stay here again, a shame as there is a lot to like but we left feeling exhausted."

"Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍"

I stayed at the Best Western Hotel Nazionale in Sanremo and could not have wished for a better experience.
The location is simply perfect: right on Corso Matteotti, just steps away from the famous Teatro Ariston and the sea.
The property is elegant and well-maintained in every detail. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered the comfort you would expect from a true 4-star hotel. Breakfast, served on the top floor with a spectacular view of the sea and city center, was one of the highlights of my stay: fresh products, a wide selection, and impeccable service.
A special thank you to the entire staff, who were exceptionally kind and professional—always ready to fulfill every request with a smile. A particular mention to the reception team, quick and extremely helpful with information and recommendations about the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Sanremo at its best: unbeatable location, excellent comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
I will definitely be back!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Hotel booked with it.trip at a super price. All right, the quality perceived is from 4 stars hotel. spacious room, silent air conditioning. I only signal a few small particulars to improve, like a shower bedroom, the electric fruit plates to be fixed better.

Hotel is nice, but there is ongoing reconstruction of some outside areas of the hotel and around. Amenities are okay, no gym, the breakfast is a bit modest and usually crowded.

We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed the hotel. A great bonus was being able to use the amenities of the neighboring 5-star hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the Genova train station.
The only minor issue was the beautiful antique elevator, which was not always reliable because the doors had to be closed manually, and some guests did not do this properly, which occasionally meant the elevator would not work and we had to take the stairs instead.
Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Lovely Hôtel in Genovese decorated details with amazing staff members.
English reception a plus in Italy. Well received and a rapid Check in.
The hotel is located in an excellent position for anyone who wish to be in central Genova.
The parking is 25 euros extra but you can leave your car for 24hours.
They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it.
Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival.

Good hotel.. guest service and rooms ok breakfast to be reviewed for a 5-star hotel.. breakfast service staff very prevented.a dress or a shirt well-paid makes much in a 5-star.. scarce salsa and cheese.. Cappuccino presented very bad.. scarce coffee of taste.. a quality coffee and a good cooking makes a lot..
