The hotel is not far away from the train station, which is a plus. However, there is no electrical kettle in the room. This is very inconvenient! We could not even get a loaner! My husband was quite dissatisfied with the shower water. When he reported to the receptionist, he was told that they were aware of the issue.

The hotel is located on a separate island, and you can take the hotel's water shuttle to and from San Marco as many times as you like during your stay for only 15 euros per person. The island where the hotel is located is much quieter than the main island, and the price is very reasonable, with larger room types. There's also direct public transport from the train station, which you can catch in front of KFC. Regarding the hotel environment, it's generally good, but the facilities are a bit old. However, the room size, at 27-28 square meters, is quite spacious for European travel. Overall, it's pretty decent.
The staff at the hotel are so friendly and professional! We loved the the guy at check in, so friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the spa. The breakfast is decent I would say, basic things, cakes and pastry are so delicious, the juices are soso.
The room I booked can actually accommodate four people. His double room on the 5th floor is a duplex building, with two small beds in the downstairs hall, and the hotel includes breakfast. Even if breakfast is not included when placing the order, the hotel will Give breakfast, I don’t know why?

Traveling as a family of four, we booked a king room and a double room. When we checked in, we mentioned to the front desk that we'd appreciate it if our two rooms could be close together. They were so thoughtful and gave us two king rooms right next to each other! To our surprise, they were even connecting rooms, which made looking after the kids so much easier. The hotel was very clean, and the location was excellent. Plus, you could even buy transportation tickets there.
The spacious parking lot and rooftop swimming pool are great. It is close to the beach and there are many marts and restaurants around, so it is good for sightseeing. It is a better choice than Mestre for sightseeing in Venice. You can go to Venice by boat and have the pleasure of coming and going.
This magnificent establishment is on the island of Murano but accessible at any time and in a short time by Vaporetto from the hustle and bustle of the main island of Venice. Several lines serve the stations of Murano including ”Navaggero” a few steps from the hotel. The establishment is very spacious with an atmosphere evoking a loft with Venetian elements and in particular many magnificent pieces of Murano glassware. The exteriors are just as pleasant. The dining room offers a soothing and splendid view of the lagoon and its wild birds very appreciable at breakfast time (with a very nice variety of savory, sweet, hot or cold products, prosecco included for amateurs). The room is spacious, bright, quiet, clean and comfortable, very nice bathroom with plenty of renewable supplies. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I recommend

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel for an overnight (or brief) stay near Venice Airport.
It is a nice, spacious property, and very well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable.
Service was very good, and there is a full morning breakfast spread. Very good shuttle service to airport (book it at front desk for 8 euro). Strong wifi signal throughout the property.
DDavid_GreWe spent 2 nights in this hotel. When you arrive you are getting such a warmly welcome. The room was really nice - especially that Venice oriental style. Just the bath, as some already mentioned, does not fit to the room. It is clean and is equipped with everything what you need/expect. Just different from the style. And one more little highlight are the big air con devices in front of the window which a super loud. The rest was really perfect. Breakfast buffet included everything what you need. Just only the powder coffee you can get for the price - rest you need to order separately which is different to other 5 stars Hotel where I have been before. At least one „good“ coffee should be included in the high price.
Overall really a nice stay with a SUPER friendly helpful staff. And the location is really perfect as you are close to the top sightseeing locations.
GGuest UserStaff was very friendly, check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was amazing and def worth the extra cost. Front desk arranged for a taxi for the airport which was very convenient. 2 suggestions would be a fully enclosed shower door, kind of weird that it’s only a half glass wall and sprays out during the shower. Also, we were on the 8th floor and alllll night and early morning I heard loud thumping noises and rolling noises, only to realize the weight room was above us on the 9th floor ?! I’ve never heard of a weight room being above the hotel guest rooms , not a good floor plan idea for guests to get adequate rest and relax after a long travel day. I would suggest first floor weight room like most other hotels. Also, hotel is not near many restaurants etc . Not a lot to do nearby.

GGuest UserIt is a super good location close to the real bridge and can be reached in Venice square in 5 minutes walk.
Venice Santalia station is about 30 minutes.
It was a red-based room, a little narrow, but there was no problem if you stayed without meals. The smoked salmon for breakfast was delicious.
