The best even hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe. Super perfect service, highly professional and quality staff, good English, efficient, and take care of my every details. Quality physical condition of the hotel, the hotel is a re-renovated building from a flour mill, so that it is very spacious, my room is big enough also in European hotel. Great location, 15-minute from St Mark’s Sq, chilled island and not distanced but you’ve to take water taxi to get to the hotel Qualify breakfast, an unforgettable enjoyment for my stay Reliable Water shuttle bus - one of the very important services provided by the hotel to go to / from St Mark’s Sq, Euro15 for the whole stay, 30-minute frequency every day. And the hotel also offer complimentary water taxi to Murano Island everyday, so that I can visit both Murano and Burano at the same day.

All perfect ... only too many people ...ma were Christmas holidays ... very gentle and always ready to meet any request. We have even found a bottle of champagne in the room offered by the staff, as my lady's birthday.

This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying.

This place is off the beaten path but, worth it if you’re looking for a more relaxed environment. Service was perfect, staff was so helpful & went over and beyond and the hotel is so trendy and cute. This is a must stay I would recommend this to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and very clean, and the service provided by all the staff was outstanding. The hotel is small and charming, which made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing throughout. The pool was also very clean, and our whole family enjoyed spending time there. We were very satisfied with our experience and would be happy to stay here again.
