Hotels With Spa in Gangwon State, South Korea

The hotel is right next to the sea. Every building is like looking for an English name. There is a cafe under the building, and then it is just next to GS25~ There is a free parking lot next to the street. If the two parking spaces next to the gate are full, you can go to the beach and park a whole row of parking spaces! This room type can only see the sea in the bathroom or the living room. The room is not visible. The TV is also in the room, but there is no YOUTUBE and NETFLIX function. There is no door from the living room to the room, so the sun will shine in the morning~ There is a kitchen, pots and pans and an oversized refrigerator! The room is on the fifth floor. If the bathtub is not closed, it can be seen outside, but it can be pulled down halfway, because the bathtub is very high and can block the body~ There is also a separate bathroom, which is very small. It is difficult to open the door alone. The bathroom is a bit damp. If you want to take a bath, you can wash it in the bathtub. There is a larger space for the water pipe! The sea is really clear and beautiful. The mood of bathing and seeing a sea in the morning has improved~

We stayed at the Ramada while on a family ski trip to Mona Yongpyong Ski Resort.  The hotel was very convenient and was a nice place to stay during our trip.  Only really had two complaints about the experience.  (1) We booked a family room that said it would accommodate up to 4 people (we have 4 in our family).  However, they only provide bedding for 3 people, so you have to pay a nightly fee for bedding for the 4th person (didn't realize this until we checked in).  If the room can accommodate up to 4 people, then bedding should be provided up to 4 people, especially when the hotel knew we had 4 people from the time of booking.  (2) The breakfast is super convenient as there isn't much open/available in the area in the morning time.  However, it is very expensive, so be prepared!  Even with the hotel guest discount (10%) we still paid over 90,000 KRW each day for breakfast!

It is very close to the ski resort. There are band performances on weekends. The environment and sanitation are good. It is mainly for skiing. There are few people at the Liping ski resort.

Pros 1. Location (in front of sea nose) 2. Bathtub water pressure is good and warm water is the best 3. Cleanliness Cons: 1. Room is smaller than I thought 2. There is no breakfast at over 250,000 per night during peak season I'm going to have a cafe on the ground floor, and I'm going to have a cup of coffee. No discount coupons. 3. Amenity is the worst ... ㅎㅎ 4. There's no one that's empty and empty. The price is low, but everything is offset because it is in front of the sea I'm a doctor back.

Living in the Blue Tower Sky Suite was a great experience! We enjoyed a 4-day, 3-night stay with no delays during check-out. The suite is within a 5-minute walk to the ski house and about a 10-minute walk to the central plaza, where we could shop at the convenience store (open until midnight) and visit the game store to play with the kids. Our kids really loved both the day and night activities. However, driving in the snow required extra caution since the rental car had four-season tires but no chains. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable trip!

Pros Easy access by paid shuttle bus from Seoul which stops at tower B. The suites unit is spacious with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms ( eventhough the master bathroom is wet type) & living room. Sparkling clean. There are plates, bowls, mugs & cutlery sets in the room. Microwave in common area near lift. Some staffs speak English. Tower B is centralized with eateries, supermarket, sauna, farmacy, bowling table tennis, karaoke,etc at the basement and underground link to Ski Park & Snowy Land. Great place to spend for holiday with plenty of facilities/activities for all ages Cons: No luggage storage before check in & after check out. Need to pay locker service for the storage. Only small towels are provided but I think it is kind of Korea Hotel standard practices Cleaning on alternate day & need to make a call for it. 2 water bottle are provided despites booking for 5 pax To note: We booked shuttle bus service online through Trazy application. The bus stopped at a rental shop before reaching Vivaldi Ski Park. We rented helmet( ₩10.000/day), goggle(₩ 10.000/day) & helmet with sun visor ( ₩ 20.000/day) from there. We regretted it so much after found out that the rental price at the Vivaldi Ski Park ticketing it much cheaper. Goggle is only ₩5.000 for 8 hours which is more than enough for Skiing in 1 day.

The Sokcho Cassia Hotel, which we visited for our wedding anniversary trip, was located in Daepo Port, and we could see both the port and the sea from the veranda of the accommodation. It was on the 25th floor, and when we went in, there was a slight musty smell from the bathroom shower room, so we took off one star for cleanliness! The breakfast here was 66,000 won, which was expensive compared to other accommodations, so we had high expectations, but there weren't many options for the price. Weekends are divided into three parts, and you can choose on a first-come, first-served basis when you check in. I think the checkout time was 11:00, but we checked out right after 8:00 after the first part of the breakfast to avoid traffic.

Conveniently located near a variety of dining options Drawbacks The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging. Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities

The room condition, various programs, and facilities such as the spa were really good. In particular, I enjoyed swimming and using the sauna while looking at the beautiful scenery, and I participated in the yoga program twice among the wellness programs, and the quality of the classes was very good. The only regrets were that it was a long distance of more than 2 hours by car from the metropolitan area, the somewhat chaotic atmosphere when the wellness program yoga/meditation was in progress, and the outdoor jacuzzi facilities and water quality management were lacking. If you visit next time, it would be good to stay for more than 2 nights on a weekday during the off-season in the warm season.

A place I visited with my parents! It was so cold because of the cold wave, but the heating was good and the atmosphere was nice! Especially the outdoor hot springs were the best!!! I would visit again!!! There were many places to visit nearby and there was a convenience store in the main building, so it was convenient!!
