Honestly, the room was pretty good, quite spacious, quiet, however I had to pay €1.50 when I arrived, I gave €5 to the gentleman at reception and there he gave me the magic phrase, it's good, you won't have need change and leave the rest to me, I was going to leave him a tip but when you see that he is forcing himself to keep the change without giving the customer his hand then it becomes ridiculous

One of the best place to stay in medina. Nice and stylish, clean rooms, simple breakfast. Location also good enough, because its not that far to walk by medina from taxi (another riads can be so far and it's not comfortable to find it, especially when you have a lot of clothes). One more thing - they are really equipped with everything you need in rooms - fridge, smart-TV, hairdryer, even in single rooms. Not every riad can have it, especially with this price. Friendly and very helpful staff. Especially grateful to Hassan, he helped me with my one thousand questions 😅 So, I can recommend this place. I stayed in few riads in different points of medina, and it was most comfortable place.

[5 points] The most surprising hotel in Morocco! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to Marrakech Square. The front desk lady speaks English and French, and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room with a terrace. Special thanks to the Chinese tour guide Master Lin (****************), booking through him is 20% cheaper than the platform price, and he also recommended the top floor pool room, where you can see the starry sky of the Atlas Mountains at night✨ The hotel itself is very distinctive, the Moroccan courtyard in the atrium is super beautiful for taking photos, and the mint tea and crepes for breakfast are also worth a try. Guide Lin (see above for contact information) also helped us plan a private route in the Sahara Desert, saving a lot of queuing time. The room is cleaned twice a day, and the bedding is all local hand-embroidered, which is a great experience! Tips: It is recommended to book 1 month in advance during the peak season. There may be hidden benefits for booking through a local tour guide~

Being a 5* hotel, it had facilities and ambiance but lacked in certain things. The room didn’t have any coffee or tea making facilities. The bathroom was run down and required touch up. Breakfast arrangement were weared! The hot breakfast such as eggs was cooked outside the main area in open, which was cold and one had to bring it inside! Room service lacked efficiency and had to call them few times to get things done.

If you like waiting this place is for you! Whilst most of the staff are friendly, there is a serious lack of urgency in their service. Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait. This is quite a surprise given the number of staff working - it is unbelievably painful to see plenty of resource around, yet all lack a sense of urgency and ooze inefficiency.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities I could need. The bed was so comfortable, and I woke up feeling refreshed every morning. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. I especially loved the [mention specific feature, e.g., rooftop pool, delicious breakfast buffet, or stunning views]. It truly added to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the level of service—every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I can’t wait to return!” Let me know if you want it tailored to a specific hotel or experienc

This riad was literally out of a postcard! Absolutely stunning and the service, the whole vibe was just soo goood. The location is perfect to walk to many must visit restaurants, rooftop bars, El Fenn, boutique shops etc. I most definitely do miss waking up to the heavenly sounds of birds chirping! 🤎🤎🤎

Great
MMötley NüFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth. I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles. However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didn’t. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind there’s not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified. 1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to ‘fight’ for a bottle of water - especially because this isn’t a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said it’s a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that I’d had free complimentary water every day. The lack of water didn’t really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that I’d received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I could’ve been told this from the start and there wouldn’t have been an issue. All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

AAnjLamCorpuzLocation: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area. Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house) Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly. They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock. They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price.

PpixietreatsThe service is superb! We availed the airport pickup to get to the Riad easily. We arrived around 2100 but they waited for us to serve our dinner. Staff are very welcoming even if it is already late. They even arranged a breakfast pack as we are checking out early. Will definitely return! Special thanks to Ihmad!

Amazing
GGuest UserService exemplary. Without a doubt, Michel & Ansa our hosts, went above and beyond in all they do. Our first time in a Riad ( ”home” away from the chaos of Jemma al Fna )- Michel walks with every individual guest the route to take to the Square from Riad Timila. Without this - one could easily get lost amidst the labyrinth of crowded souk passage ways. Ansa gave us support and assistance in purchasing a Moroccan coffee table ( to be shipped ). Buyers beware - it is an arduous process of negotiation requiring 100% trust ! The Riad was complete with fabulous Moroccan arts and crafts . Remember, all Riads have steps to the different levels. Breakfast simple and wholesome, dining outside on the sunny rooftop. Dinner available on request which is very convenient after sightseeing all day. In addition, international guests were super interesting to share dinner with. It is important in Marrakech to take cash as many locations do not take credit cards. An authentic Riad with very special hosts. Thank you Michel and Ansa.

TTze yanRoyal Mansour Marrakech Royal Mansour Marrakech 🕌 One of the reasons for coming to Morocco is because I want to stay in the Nijian Hotel. The owner of the hotel is the former King of Morocco, Mohammed VI (Morocco's King Mohammed VI). It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people, There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1. Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂 Personal check-in experience: Since each room is an independent House, it is necessary to make a reservation for check-in or not to go up and down the stairs. And such a noble hotel calls reception, the person can’t speak English (most of them can speak French, because this was a French colony before), it’s very simple to ask what time the swimming pool is charged, but they can’t answer, and they think you’re not Speaking French is very low😂, and the more senior staff feel more proud, I tried Qu Asian Sai Cuisine restaurant during my stay, and the taste is pretty good😋 In addition, it is really good to check in here, especially if it is a Spa🥰. In fact, there is another indoor swimming pool that I really want to take a picture of, but it happens that it is under maintenance... a few more months) . . . . ❣️Personally, I think the price/performance ratio is low. Unless you really want to go to the photo studio, you can stay for one night. Otherwise, the most beautiful place is the hotel lobby, so you can go to the photo studio as long as you book a meal. . . . #thebesthotel #morocco #marrakech #royalmansour #Morocco#Moroccan style

GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes. It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip. When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly. The man is very kind. The accommodation was very pretty and nice. Breakfast was good too

KKgezhiwangNO1The environment and facilities are good. It was very strange to have a travel agent at the front desk of the hotel. When I checked in on the first day, I was introduced to the agency reservation program. After hearing about it, I said thank you and didn't ask for a reservation. When he saw me the next day, he asked me why I didn’t come to him to book a project and asked me to apologize to him? ? ? What's the meaning? ? Other service staff are not very enthusiastic either.

MMo Osmanthe hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people). Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people. The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong. Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum
