Overall Experience: Very Good / Excellent Location KSL Resort offers fantastic value, mainly thanks to its unbeatable location right above the KSL City Mall. Service: Generally friendly and helpful staff, though check-in can sometimes be a little slow during busy periods. Facilities: Excellent. The hotel is packed with amenities, including a great Dinosaur Water Park, a large pool, gym, and cinema access right next door. Rooms are typically spacious and comfortable. The Bottom Line: A great, convenient choice for families and shoppers looking for everything under one roof.

There were a bit congested during check in hours. Hotel guests crowded around registration counters forming long queue. Room keys were placed in different locations. However, customer service staff worked hard to serve the guests with efficiency and courtesy. Other staff also serve with professionalism and pleasant manner. Breakfast was delicious with great variety.

Good stay and value for money. Location is far from city square city centre, only worth it if shop at Sunway wisma, Citrine mall, or grab to Aeon Bukit Indah. From Sunway citrine to Wisma mall is more than 1km away not recommended to walk. The emerald lake beside Citrine mall is worth visiting and the area also has Korean bbq, vegetarian Vine cafe etc. Nearby hotel has X-park, golf and cinema for entertainment. Bed is big in size but a bit hard, pillows are not soft type and it’s not an issue if not so particular. Cleanliness is good. USB A and type C charging are provided.

This was our 1st stay 2d 1n. We feel safe , enjoy the aminities and ofcos the breakfast is sooo delicious & incredible compare others. Will come again for sure because i liked the view from the hotel room. Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel for a night at the last minute, and it exceeded our expectations. The location, atmosphere, and overall vibe were amazing, and the service was top-notch. Breakfast had a simple menu, but the food quality was excellent—the nasi lemak and sambal were truly exceptional. What made the stay even more memorable was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff we met at both the restaurant and reception. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out. A short stay, but definitely a great experience!

It was our.first time staying at a Hard Rock property and overall I would say it was a pleasant experience. Staff were very polite and helpful and the room was very comfy. Perhaps one downside was the TV remote control, which was not very responsive. Hence it took a while to keep navigating back to the TV channels. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

The hotel is near Toppen but there is no traffic light to cross the road. Crossing road is dangerous. We took Grab to go Toppen instead of walking there. The restaurant nearby breakfast menu is good

The hotel rooms were impeccably clean. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff provided excellent service. Located in the business district, it offers great convenience for shopping and entertainment. Furthermore, the hotel readily agreed to my request for a late check-out.

We stayed in a deluxe king bedroom on the 16th floor. It’s quite easily walkable from City Square Mall, abt 5-10min away :-) Staff were friendly too. Very refreshing view of the causeway from where we were. The room itself was decently clean though the ceiling was a bit dusty. Bathroom amenities were the usual. But overall a decent choice for a hotel near CIQ :)

There’s a store nearby for daily needs, and in the evening, there’s a bazaar just at the back of the property – perfect for grabbing snacks or enjoying the local atmosphere. It’s also easy to get around from here, whether you’re heading into town or exploring nearby attractions. **Service:** The staff here truly made our stay more enjoyable. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Even the cleaners were approachable and easy to talk to, which gave the place a warm, welcoming vibe. **Amenities:** Trinidad Suites is well-equipped for both relaxation and longer stays. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the deck area, perfect for winding down after a day out. There’s also a gym for workouts and a kitchen area if you prefer preparing your own meals. Everything was functional and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. The combination of clean, spacious rooms, a convenient location, friendly service, and excellent facilities made this an easy 5-star experience. We left with great memories and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Johor!
