Ummi TravellerHad a wonderful family stay at Birkin International Hotel. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a great Kids Club, playground, and swimming pool that kept the children entertained throughout our stay. It’s also conveniently located near Klebang Beach, making it easy to enjoy the seaside. In the evenings, there are plenty of street food options nearby, which was a bonus. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay for families, and we would definitely return.

Anonymous UserThe environment is comfortable, clean, and hygienic, and the staff's service attitude is also excellent. The hotel is also very close to famous shopping malls, so shopping and dining are not an issue. It also has its own carpark, which is convenient for those who drive.

Vinothini VijayakumaranThis was my first time staying at this hotel in Melaka, and it was a comfortable stay for my husband, our 1-year-old son, and me. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing.
However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the taste was below our expectations. Unfortunately, it was not really to our liking. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast options in the future.

rainiejy_We had a pleasant stay overall. The ambience was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Love the welcome drink!
Just a small feedback for improvement: the coffee machine, cup area was a bit dusty, and we weren’t know that items like toothbrush and shower cap were provided and placed inside the drawer. We only found out after going out to purchase them from nearby shops. It might help to make this more visible or inform guests during check-in.
On a positive note, we were told by staff that there’s a new parking space beside the hotel, which is much more convenient and safe compared to the previous one behind the hotel that felt quite dark and unsafe. The buggy service was also provided from hotel to parking and vice versa. Fast and efficient, which we really appreciated that we no need to walk, especially during heavy rain and night time. We also liked that they sell fizzy bath bombs, a nice touch for a relaxing stay.
Overall, still a great experience. Thank you!

Guest UserOur second stop in Malaysia was The Majestic Malacca, and I was absolutely captivated by its vintage charm. The decor in the lobby, courtyard, and even the rooms was incredibly photogenic. It's a historic building itself, and the overall design, furnishings, and soft decor perfectly matched my aesthetic – I was so pleased! The hotel service was excellent, embodying the attentive spirit of British butler service. The staff were also very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was of exceptionally high quality. All in all, I absolutely loved this hotel. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which isn't ideal and might bother light sleepers. However, compared to the beauty of the property and the outstanding service, it's a minor detail I can easily overlook.

This stay was fantastic, I'm really happy with everything overall. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained, making for a great stay. The location is excellent, right by the sea, offering beautiful surroundings and amazing views.
Getting around is super convenient. It's about a 25-minute walk to the Red Square in Malacca city center, so it's easy to visit attractions and get around. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of choices with good flavors, easily meeting daily dining needs. The overall location, cleanliness, breakfast, and transport links were all outstanding, offering great value for money. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is calm and ideal for healing. Not crowded at all. The buggy service is very quick to pick up guests from their rooms.
The mini zoo package is a bit pricey, but the tour guide uncle was very engaging and informative. He shared a lot of knowledge.
Breakfast was only a partial à la carte and buffet, perhaps because there weren't many guests, so there wasn't a wide choice of food.
In room 3020, there was a leakage in the shower between the shaft and the ceiling. The pantry floor felt a bit fragile and not 'solid', which could potentially cause injury.
Overall, everything else was fine.
