The decoration of the hotel is older, the corridor has a taste, not very comfortable. The bathroom in the room is very small, the activity is not convenient, and the corners are not clean. The surrounding environment is good and there is a KFC.
Expensive parking, parked the car somewhere else
Nice staff, Thomas showed us the facilities, Gijs and Gwen also did their best for the good atmosphere only 1 at the farewell, no attention at all, it shouldn't be like this
Good room service and cleaning, good service with technical problems
Nice Wellness, but some facilities stop too soon, press buttons again...
Not really a 5 star hotel, but a nice stay

Rooms are relatively small. Staff are helpful. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and ******* nearby. Parking is super expensive (around 49 euro)
Nice NH with pool and some wellness facility. Everything was good apart from having to wait for the room to get ready. We checked in at around 16:20 but the room was not ready for another 25 min.
Really nice hotel, only the person from the reception was not very flexible. I wanted a late check out (willing to pay for)but he only wanted to check it in the early morning on the day of checking out. For me it was useless since I wanted an hour of extra sleep.
Hotel was in a good location, right next to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. For the price, I thought the amenities in the room were lacking. No iron, some of the sachets eg. Shoe shine was torn open, a wine glass was missing, bare minimum of tea options, the bath took 40 minutes to drain, and the hot water was BURNING - burnt myself (no warning). I usually don’t complain about stays but as this a highly rated hotel and for the price I paid, I was disappointed.
It is located close to Den haag World Forum (5 minutes).
The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room.
The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.
Fine large clean room (own choice), but in the toilet still a last paper rest not washed and a long female hair in the shower, iehhh! Beds and kiss lovely! Breakfast greatly expanded. Location is close to the beach but in the middle of a pressing crosspoint, a little ‘nouja view' . Service reception and restaurant super friendly!

LLuoluohebaobaoThe layout of the room, the bed and the desk are a bit strange, and the shower in the bathroom has no curtain. However, the Dutch can't play by the rules. It's on the 91011th floor of a building. The 12th floor is the front desk, which is also the reception for the spa, but some rooms are not in the elevator location of the front desk. It's a bit difficult to find it by going to the 10th floor. The building is next to the train station, which is convenient for travel. Leiden is like a fairy tale kingdom, very unique. It's worth a visit.

__WeChat14953****I drove there and arrived in the evening. The hotel parking lot was full and the parking spaces were tight. I suggested parking in the underground parking lot of the museum next door. The maximum parking space is 35 euros. The room has a large mirror. The height of the wardrobe is suitable for the average height of the giant country. It is not very friendly to a 161 hobbit like me. Other environments and services are fine. The key is that it is close to the museum and you can walk there in a few minutes the next morning.
